    Ross Services
This is a long overdue review. Ross Services did a lot of work in my backyard, assisting with a backyard remodel. They expanded my current paver area in my backyard. They built a raised platform along the length of my pool for a nice sitting area. They installed three sheer descents into this area that spill into my pool. They resurfaced my pool. They poured cement footing for a screen enclosure I put into part of my backyard. The area of paver was more than 2,000 sqft. They did the entire job in one week! 6 consecutive days, working from 7am to 7pm. The foreman, Milton, was the best foreman I've ever worked with. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and worked with us. We even changed part of the project midway through and they were extremely accommodating and didn't add onto the time it took to finish the project. They were so good and quick and professional, I've since hired them twice more for different projects in my house.

It cost more that we anticipated originally, but in the end it worked out for the best. the cost increase was due to changes that we made after the construction began, so new plans and revision ect had cost overruns. The company did a good job we are very satisfied with the work and higly recommend them

Excellent job by Brian and his crew. Prompt on issuing a quote and follow-up with the work that was done. They came back for a second day to be sure that the work was done properly. Seemed quite thorough and customer focused which was a relief. All in all, an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Ivan did a great job. I explained to Ivan I didnt want to cut corners and we decided to completely remove an old sub-standard patio and pour a new patio what was fully code compliant for construction of an additional room. It took longer for Palm Beach County to process the permit than the actual work took to complete. As soon as the permit was ready, the concrete sub-contractor began work. Once the new pad was ready, Ivan had the screen room complete in less than two weeks. The room features a roof with guttering, solid side panels and two doors. I knew I was paying a little extra for top-quality work and I wasn't disappointed. Ivan went above and beyond code requirements. Code only requires taping of the roof seams, but Ivan first calked the seams and then applied the tape. He also sealed all external screws with calk and used more screws than required by code. All materials were approved for " High-Velocity Hurricane Zones". Once he started the project, he was on site almost every day until the work was complete. I highly recommend Ivan if youre looking for high quality work. We expect to enjoy this screened room for many years to come.

We had a flat roof that was leaking very badly and we could not use the patio. So we had the roof replaced and the patio enclosed with acrylic windows. Here is the good news I had used this company before for a roof repair and had a very good experience so I had them come out for a price for this project. They suggested the acrylic windows and I am so happy we can now use the patio as an additional living space.

    Tropical Screen & Repair
The company is top notch. Returned calls, arrived when they promised, they really listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions without issue, did all they needed to do with engineering, permitting and inspections. They also completed the job just as we expected and within the time frame that was promised. We could not have asked for more from Eddie and his staff. We highly recommend this company - wish we could give them 10 stars. (pictures attached to review are from install day - pool was not completed) We could not be happier with the end result.

    Palm Beach Aluminum Inc
Can't believe this company. I make an appt 2 weeks out and they call a few days before to make it earlier, which is OK by me. The day of the appt. to discuss our patio enclosure the owner contacts me and asks if he can come early. Unfortunately I was unable to accommodate his request and said that we had to keep it at 12pm. I waited until 12:45 before calling the office and informing them that when they speak with him to not bother calling me. His cell phone voicemail box is full, (another bad sign), If they can't keep an appointment, how could I possibly trust them to handle a $15k project. Unlike many "poor Florida contractors" this one unknowingly let me know just how unreliable they are before they had my money.

This is a company I would recommend to friends. We worked with Jorge to design our patio with a picture window so as not to block any of the view. The front door had to be ordered with our choice of designs from many doors to chose from. Very professional sales (no pressure) and quality products and installation.

    Lundy's Screen Rooms
From the onset I cautioned my cousins against using this company, especially since I would be overseeing the work as they are snowbirds.  The first issue was his trying to sell the concept of putting new pavers over the existing and then extending the patio.  3 paving companies stated that they often come years later to pull out the whole job as it settles unevenly.  When pushed we come to find out that he was saving $400 and putting it in his pocket.  We paid the $400 and had his subcontractor do it correctly and this was done well.

The fabrication, contrary to what we were presented with was fabricated and installed by another company.  Apparently he has had problems with suppliers who would not deliver product unless it was COD.  More excuses than God about the ongoing delays.  There were punch list items which were not taken care of, and point of fact he hired this man Frank, who thinks that you can threaten to place a lien when you don't confirm to their payment schedule.  Clearly the contract stated that final payments would be make after completion of the job and not before.

Three overhead screen panels came loose and the spline was cut and fell out within a weeks time.  Lundy wanted us to believe that this was done by birds and wanted to sell $1800 worth of bird deterrent spikes.  Interestingly nowhere in our community of over 100 screen enclosure have there been any "angry" birds.  He refused to fix the screens and complete the job.  Certified letters have gone unanswered and the screens were repaired appropriately by another contractor.  Why anyone would do business with this company would defy the imagination.  Save yourself months of grief and find another vendor.
