It cost more that we anticipated originally, but in the end it worked out for the best. the cost increase was due to changes that we made after the construction began, so new plans and revision ect had cost overruns. The company did a good job we are very satisfied with the work and higly recommend them

Excellent job by Brian and his crew. Prompt on issuing a quote and follow-up with the work that was done. They came back for a second day to be sure that the work was done properly. Seemed quite thorough and customer focused which was a relief. All in all, an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

I hired this company to replace my T1-11 siding with Hardie Board.  Christopher Moore initially came off as a nice guy, but as soon as the contract was signed, he would consistently fail to live up to promises.  To give you an idea of his character, an inspector came to my community gate at one point and could not get in.  Both my wife and I were home, so the gate must have been malfunctioning.  Christopher (real name Charles) called my wife and threatened to take our home from us.  He did this instead of just calling us to see what the issue was.  He also knew my wife was recovering from breast cancer and called her instead of me, seemingly to purposely upset her.  He was also slurring on the call.  I am told he takes medication from one person, although the contractors indicated that the slurring was caused by something else.  While there are a number of things I can take issue with regarding the siding installation, the greatest is that it was supposed to fix a leak in an outer wall that was allowing rain down onto my pantry and kitchen ceiling.  While the siding work was complete in December 2013, the first sign of a problem came with the heavy rains in February 2014.  Despite the fact that Hardie Wrap was used under the Hardie Board, rain came in a ruined a part of my kitchen ceiling and pantry ceiling.  Their solution was to caulk an area around the flashing.  This seemed odd since water should not have been able to get through the wrap.  In any case, it took weeks for their contractor to come back and water test and several more weeks for them to send a person in to repair my ceiling.  I thought everything was fine until August of this year.  I started to smell wet sheetrock.  I tracked down the smell to a wet area on the ceiling in the pantry.  When I reported this to the person who responds to issues via email (Janet), I was first told that it might be the roof.  I knew that it couldn't be the roof because there is no roof above the effected area, just the outer wall.  Finally, they sent someone out (Norris).  Norris found holes in the flashing (this was supposed to be replaced when the work was done) and some issues with the original caulking.  Although he acted like he wanted to do more, it seems like he was only authorized to caulk.  After he did this, I emailed Janet and she seemed to indicate that she wasn't sure that what Norris saw was the problem.  She indicated that since it was wrapped, no water should have gotten through.  When I reminded her of the February 2014 leak, her tone changed to annoyance.  She told me to monitor the situation and let then know if there was still a leak.  On October 17, 2016 I did just that.  The ceiling was wet again.  After sending an email, I followed up with 2 more.  Then I sent a text to Mr. Moore and to Janet.  Janet responded by saying she didn't work for them anymore (it's important to note that she's said this before when there were issues).  She told me that she "thought" that Mr. Moore was out of town and I should contact Hardie, cover the area with a tarp, and then called me a 'hateful person' because I said that Mr. Moore should have a contact person if he leaves town.  Where we stand now is that I have sent Christopher Moore a text message, several emails to the aluminumone@gmail.com account (where I have received responses before and I have left him a voice mail).  To date, he has not responded.  I am getting the impression that I will have to take further action in order to get Mr. Moore to live up to the guarantee in our contract.  My warning to you is simple.  If someone bids a little more, go with them.  The aggravation I have had with Aluminum One is incredible.  It seems that every time I report an issue, they stall and attack me.  All I want is the siding leak repaired - not a patch placed over some seemingly faulty work.

The service that I got was excellent. They deal with synthetic siding and not normal wood. Their advantage was that it came pre painted and it last 20 years. They also put on plywood underneath and barrier and its guarantee for 20 years. They did a marvelous job and it was excellently done. It was absolutely professional and I had no issues whatsoever. They gave me a quote and they did the job exactly how I wanted. When they removed one siding of the wall we found that there was no insulation and they stopped their process and they added the insulation for me at a slight extra cost. It was very professionally done. I got two walls to finish and without a doubt there is nobody else who is going to do that.
