    Alajandro came and gave me an estimate. Very likable and seemed like he understood what we wanted. A couple of days later, he came back and took our two night tables to refinish at his shop. After about a week, I called to find out the status, and he said that he would have them back by that Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon I called and he said that he couldn���t come, because he was sick. He told me he���d be back on Monday early. When I called Monday, he said he was stuck at the VA hospital waiting to be seen. Later that day he said he needed a few more days for the tables to dry. When he finally brought them back, he showed me that they still needed to be completed. This took several days and when he finally brought them back, he took three of the drawers back to refinish again. He doesn���t call back and is untrustworthy. I would find a more professional company that will communicate with their customers more honestly. I only let him do the two night tables and found another company to do the rest of the job.

    Great. My movers screwed up my table when they assembled it. At my new home the movers were not able to reassemble. **** I am made at the movers. Somewhat complicated to assemble. Real heavy! AAA Furniture Repair and Steve rescued my table. Thanks Steve. It cost more than I expected but I'm happy.

    My wife and I have bought major appliances from many retailers over the years including; Sears, Home Depot, Lowe���s, Best Buy etc. However, Rosner���s was a truly enjoyable experience. This retailer has been in business for over one hundred years and is family owned. The staff is very knowledgeable about their product line, and has years of experience and depth of knowledge. We���re taking 15, 20, 30 years. The salesman we worked with Robert Feller (whose father also worked there for many years before retiring) and his sales manager Art, guided us through our selection process and we are very pleased with our choice and the delivery and installation they provided. They also have a guaranteed 30 day %110 price match with local retailers after the sale. I searched for sales and found a few appliances cheaper then what we paid (which was a great price too), I sent the information to my Mr. Feller, and within an hour was credited with the difference. What a marvelous experience. We would highly recommend Rosner���s to anyone who values and exceptional shopping experience.

    It went faster than I thought it would.  I asked the Tech when the crane was coming to put the AC on the roof and he said "they already came your AC is 70% installed"  They covered the floor with tarps left nothing behind.  It was a very pleasant experience.Again all dos no don'ts.

    Steve worked very diligently and through his perseverance was able to fix the swivel coffee table.  The swivel mechanism was very complicated and now the coffee table is like new.  I would certainly recommend Steve for any of your furniture repairs.

    I called Steven to discuss touching up six dining room chairs. I told him the chairs were made by Stanley Furniture and that they had a double cane back, cane seat and were solid wood with a very dark finish. I explained to him that I had recently purchased them off Craigslist for a great price, but that three of the chairs had minor scratches and/or small nicks and they all needed to have the cane touched up in several places. I asked him his price and he told me $45 dollars a chair. Although I thought this was high, based on his reviews, I was willing to pay the price. We scheduled an appointment at my house for September 10th. Steven arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. However, he informed me the cost would now be $60.00 a chair. I was surprised at the increase because I had fully explained what needed to be done and described the style of the chairs. I was disappointed, but had him proceed with the work because we were having guests a few days later and I wanted the chairs to look nice. When he finished (applied stain with a small brush) he asked me to look at the chairs. I noticed numerous places on every chair that had been missed. He immediately fixed the missed spots. However, I think, this is something he should have noticed before he asked me to check the chairs. We discussed what I should do if I needed to do other touch ups. He told me in the future to touch up spots with a permanent black marker. Which, I already had to do, because after he left I noticed additional missed spots in the cane. In addition to the increase in price, my other concern is that both the cane and wood have a lovely glow to their finish and the product he used appears to have a matte finish. As a result, once the stain dried you can clearly see the areas that were touched up. This is disappointing for the price. I also assumed he would polish the chairs, but this would have been an additional charge per chair. Since I had worked in the furniture business myself, I know what results a technician can achieve touching up light scratches and nicks. Unfortunately, I did not get the results I expected. In my opinion, I could have got similar results by purchasing a permanent marker and doing the work myself. Again, he was a very nice man, professional and very courteous, but for me I think his price was high for the end result. Thank you.

    Precision Piano Tuning
    He arrived on time and spent a great deal of time tuning the piano which had been moved from New Jersey to Delray Beach.  He is extremely  knowledgeable with a great personality.  The piano was an old steinway grand piano. I enjoyed the conversation and the resulting sound of my piano.  I would recommend him without hesitation.  We already have a followup appointment for 6 months.

    I had an antique chair with a broken leg and when he examined it more carefully, he said the arm was also lose. He said he could fix it as well as re-frame a picture that I had. When he looked at the painting, he said it looked very valuable and was sure it was "a real Turner," and advised that he would have someone look at it. He said he would want to take the chair and the painting and asked for $1600 on the first meeting.

    I have two homes, so I was back and forth between my NY home and my FL home, but they always knew when I was in town. He had the painting for at least a week without having anyone look at it, and I wanted to have the painting back in my house before I left for FL again. He did not want to do any work to the painting until he could confirm whether or not it was a real Turner, and he kept saying he was having trouble getting an appointment to have someone look at it. When I called Sotheby's for an appointment for an appraisal, they were able to have me come right in.) Mr. Gaines then had my chair for 3 months because he kept saying it was not ready.

    Around the end of April, when he brought my chair back, he had completely ruined the antique decorations and had covered it with a dark varnish. He said he could fix it in my home as I did not want him to take the chair back again. He also said he would only charge me $400, and I said I would give him $500 as he came back to fix the chair. At this point I had also asked for $1,100 back as they did not complete the work correctly and had also not re-framed the picture. His wife, Vivian, was very rude and kept yelling at me that they would not give me back any money. After they both left, Michael came back saying he needed to pick up the wrappings the chair came in, and said told me he would get me the $1,100 back.

    There have been at least 10 phone conversations where he keeps saying he will get me the money shortly, but then when the date comes that we agreed to, he doesn't have it. His excuse for not returning the money yet is that he is waiting for a big check so he can bring me cash as I paid him originally. Finally last week, I advised him I would be leaving for FL again on Tuesday and I would need the money by Monday (today) before noon. When I called him at 9:30 this morning, he advised that there was a flood in his apartment and he had to go to the doctor today too, so he would probably have it for me at the end of the week. This has been ongoing and I want the $1,100 back as promised.
