    Dr. Abdal and her staff were very accomodating to my needs and she did a very thurough eye exam to fit me with contact lenses. She took her time with explaining everything and was great at answering the questions that I had. I went back for 2 follow-up visits within the month and she was very thurough in determining the best prescription which suits me best for my situation. I have been to several eye doctors in the past and can truly say that I have never recieved such genuine care for a professional such as her. She sets the standards for others to follow. Kudo's to you and your staff. Thank you for being there 20/Twenty Eyecare!

    The service was good but I was really disgruntled with the price for what I got. I thought it was way overpriced. After I got done with all of the work which took me probably about 45 minutes, they quoted me a price. I just about walked out but then I said, I am going to get this over with. It wasn't topnotch service that I would get from a professional eye care center. The pricing was definitely topnotch. I paid over $1100 for 2 glasses. I did go once to have the glasses rim bent a little bit. I will never go back again to them.

    I found this place after being totally ignored at one of the larger chain eyeware stores. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the initial contact with Peggy, who gave me my appointment with Dr. Goldman, to Robert, the consultant that spent a lot of time talking with me about the right glasses for me. The appointment with Dr. Goldman turned out pleasant as well. All through the process, including the fitting and pick up, everyone was so professional and nice. They all seemed to understand that it is very easy to make a customer feel welcome and appreciated with just a smile or hello. It was a very busy store, and I had to wait my turn for a fitting after seeing the Dr., but I never once felt forgotten or over-looked. You might not get quite the low price as the large chains, but slightly higher price is more than made up for in the quality of product, care and service. I don't accept anything less than outstanding when it comes to the care of my eyes.

    The sales employee was a nice lady and encouraged me to go ahead and shop around for new frames, so I did. Found three frames, one larger progressive light weight wire frame, one stylish progressive with autoshade glass, and one strictly for reading. I wanted to put these on hold till I had my eyes retested. She said "go ahead and order them based on your test 6 months ago as it is a very rare thing that your eyes would change in that amount to time, and if my eyes did change, they'd go ahead and reorder at no charge," so I did. A couple weeks or so later I had my eyes retested and there was a minimal change by 1/4 in my left eye.
    Here's where it all unravelled. That day I requested that we change only the reading glasses as I felt equally responsible for ordering all three pair prior to the retest. The sales lady was not there but the new Boca Raton-New York transplant sales manager was. I explained what happened and that I felt partially responsible but she wouldn't even let me finish, cutting me off she said there was no way I could even tell the difference between my original glasses and lenses that are 1/4 different. And clearly demonstrated the attitude that I was a sticks-dwelling pleb and couldn't know from my own eyes what I saw during the testing process. She should've known by my accent that I wasn't originally from FL. Moving 2 years prior from CA to this point I can't remember ever experiencing this kind of demeaning customer service (I'm 52 years old). I worked as a public servant and the customer was always right and it was your job to convince them in a professional and mannerly approach otherwise.
    I complained to the Costco manager and as a result was able to have my request of replacing the reading glasses only.
    Was in Costco two days ago and there she was standing tall still in charge of customer service. Hard to believe!!! Even after I filed a written complaint against her rude and in-your-face attitude.
    It's now two years later and need new glasses. I need to go somewhere without breaking the bank but simply can't get myself to buy from this Hitler lady. So this is what brings me here. Searched for "A" rated bargain places to buy and up pops "COSTCO" on Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL.
    If you go there you may get lucky and be serviced by some other employees, but I did speak with one of them and they are all afraid of her, so if you shop there.... Bring your lawyer, state your business, and don't expect small talk.

    I found a frame I liked and the service and glasses were great. I was fitted perfectly, the glasses were ready in about eight busines days and I was called promptly as soon as they were ready. The glasses were perfect. The lenses were excellent (I immediately felt comfortable with the new lenses.) I got a deigner frame with seamless tri-focal, polycarbonate, transition lenses with anti-glare and scratch-resistent coatings for $239.00. I think this was an excellent value and I was completely satisfied.
