    The medical staff is great. but the front office is so horrible that they drop the whole practice down to an F. I have called at least 50 times in the last year and gotten through once. This is simply inexcusable and totally unprofessional. Dr Hayes, WAKE UP!!

    wonderful. Dr Brown-Graham was very helpful in my making the right decision. she even contacted an oncologist to make sure i was making the right decision. Surgery went great. She was extremely informative and attentive. After the surgery, I had some minor issues. i called the office and the wonderful office staff fit me in immediately. everyone in the office is wonderful to deal with.

    It took a long time to get the shoes. She was good. I was only in there for a short visit. Her availability was very good. She was there when I went. There was no problem. I didn't wait very long. The staff was friendly. I don't remember any instances. She gave me everything I needed. The shoes are great. I paid them when I went so they didn't bill me. I just gave them my copay.

     I used SFF&A about 4yrs ago. My wife needed foot care. She called SFF&A,... always voice mail-"leave a msg & we will call you back in 2days". Went on line to their web site, used the "schedule an appointment" feature--got auto response--"we will call you in 3 days". On 5/17/15, drove to the main office in Royal Palm...at 1045am..office closed--sign on door says "open at 1pm".. Went home & called at 1:30..same story..leave a msg. Called all 4 of their locations..got the same "leave a msg story". Never was able to reach anybody..They might even be out of business. Never got a call back from my 5/26 left msg or my email. If they are still in business...this is just horrible customer service.  Went to another Dr.

    I've been seeing her for about three years. I like her because of her bedside manner, the office staff and her expertise. Her office is very pleasant. She's very knowledgeable in several areas and she's trustworthy.

    I really didn’t see her.  I saw her physician’s assistant, Kristen and her medical assistant is Tony, and they are both wonderful.  The staff is really friendly and they get me in right away.  If I need a prescription resale, it gets done that day.

    I went because my OB/GYN sent me.  I have a pituitary adenoma and he wanted to see if it was growing and causing thyroid problems.  She saw me the first time and wanted blood work and a brain MRI.  I had the same problem getting the notes to get the referral.  I never got the referral.  I went back and forth to their office.  She saw me a second time for the blood results.  Even though they were not good results, she told me I was fine and blew me off.  She told me to come see her dietician.  She had no bedside manner and she didn’t really listen to me.  So I did not get very good treatment.  They were not bad with availability.  The office environment was gross in there.  It was dirty and the place was falling apart.  I just paid my coupe when I went in and there was no issue.  It was fine.

    I told him I was having a mold reaction and he told me I was having a sinus infection.  He misdiagnosed me and gave me wrong medication.  He gave me a breathing test and told me that I had asthma, and gave me medication for it.  I told him that the lung problem was from the mold.  He wanted me to go for a CAT scan but they were fighting with the district health insurance 11.23.  They didn’t send in the paper work and so I couldn’t get the CT scan.  They did a culture and sensitivity, and I told them I just wanted to wait a couple of days for that to come back to make sure I actually had an infection before I took more antibiotics.  They sent me a letter on December 29th and fired me from the practice, telling me that he gave me medication that I refused to take, which he never did and that I better find somebody else.  I wouldn’t send an animal to them.  I do not know about their availability since I never could get back into them because I didn’t have the tests.  The office environment was kind of 12.30.  Their punctuality wasn’t bad.  When I was there the staff was very nice.  After they fired me, they sent me a bill for my 13.12.  I’ll never go back to them.

    I have been Dr. Lamp's patient for several years. I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Lamp, her physician's assistants and with her office staff. I am in my 60s, an age when things start going wrong with bodies. Dr. Lamp has picked up on and addressed every issue that has come up. When it has been necessary, she has steered me to appropriate medical treatments and communicated with specialists on my behalf. I feel my quality of life is good because of the medical attention I have received from Dr. Lamp.

    I have been a patient of his for about six months and have seen him twice. Typically in Florida, you can spend a long part of your day waiting in the doctor's office to be seen. With Dr. Brasloff, your appointment time is respected. He has a great bedside manner and does not rush. He recommends all of the preventative treatments that are appropriate. However, he will not recommend any unnecessary procedures. His office staff is very professional and efficient as well. He has very good credentials. Dr. Brassloff himself calls with any follow up to appointments. He is very professional and gives you the personal attention that you deserve.
