Glen(Guardian) should be your go to guy if you are tech challenged like myself. How did it go?? Read above... Extremely satisfied and have and will use again and again.... Don't aggravate Guardian

FRS Pros were absolutely fantastic! They responded to my call right away and were so friendly and accommodating. They truly understood how important this was for me and had one of their expert technicians remotely log in to my computer. They explained everything to me step by step and were able to locate the problem and resolve it fairly quickly! It happened to be due to a combination of things, partly user error (my fault) but mostly because of how my network and systems were set up. They were really nice about the whole thing and even gave me a first time customer discount :). I have them scheduled to come out and do a full assessment of my office to make sure there's nothing else that needs to be taken care of before it causes a bigger problem. Finding a great IT company is like finding a great mechanic...not a lot of them out there, but when you do find one - don't let them go! Thank you FRS Pros!

I’m stuck with them. If there was another option other than satellite, I guess I would do it. Part of our maintenance in our community includes basic cable. Even if there was another one out there, it probably wouldn’t make sense to me. The price is ridiculously high. You get a different story every time you call them. Sometimes it takes a couple of times to get somebody who knows what they’re doing.

They're horrible. It was $40 for a technician visit. For some reason they thought they could charge us for having to come back out to fix their own faulty work. I spent the better part of two weeks trying to get that money refunded and ultimately did. But it was just ridiculous going through that process. They need to treat people honestly and fairly instead of like idiots. They're always late. They don't know what they're doing. If I had a choice I would not use them.

I have had great customer service, and also horrible people out here. I have had terrible service. My mother has used them for along time. We are stuck with Comcast because where my mother lives, we cannot put an antennae on the roof.

The installers were new and had to call the company a few times. They were extremely nice and friendly. Comcast did not tell me there would be an $80 charge to come to the house and install service. I called and was never called back. I think it is unfair that they charge you to put service in when you will be paying dearly to have it.

I have noise on my phone. When I bought the service they told me it was a land line and it's not. When the computer goes out and the modem goes out so does the telephone. They screwed up the other company lines and whenever I'm talking to somebody I ended up with static at least a couple of times weekly. They are good about coming when they give you the window that they advertise on television, but a lot of times they can't fix the problem and say that you don't really have a problem. I pay a small fortune considering my homeowner dues we get cable for free, but in addition to that I'm paying $168 a month and the service is supposed to be worth another $60. For some reason it supposed to be an extra $94, but it rounded up being $168. Some of the cost is mine because I added a few extras, but it's always $40 or $50 that you can't quite explain. If you find something different and call them up they usually take care of the bill, but it's a job to do it. If the homeowners association asked for a vote to try something new I would say yes. Once you can get them on the phone you might be able to get somebody, but even getting them on the phone is often a challenge. It will ring for a half hour before you can get a hold of them, but then you can be on hold for another half hour. Some of the guys are very good and some of them are very bad, but it all depends on who they send.

Pricing and quality overall were pretty good. However, I have a dismay with them because everytime the TV and internet goes down and you will call them, they really can't help you and I get poor answers from them.

I had Bell South internet services (merged into AT&T) for 12 years. My DSL maxed out at 6.5 mbps on download using, which is not fast enought to stream video. I called to get Uverse, and AT&T said it was available. Several svs techs came out and spent a day trying to install it, during which I was without internet service. At the end of the day, they hooked me back up to DSL and said they could not do it and that I needed a "double bond" and they would follow up and schedule it. They never did, and so I called probably 20 times over several weeks trying to get it and was always given conflicting info. AT&T had no record of two of their service techs spending an entire day at my property! I could never get an answer why the double bond was not installed. I sent inquiries to neighbors and found that some of them had Uverse. Indeed, my next door neighbor was told by AT&T that she could get Uverse. I called AT&T again and they told me it was not available at my address! I told them my next door neighbor was told she could get it, so they need to investigate it and give me an answer. They told me there is no way to investigate it, either the computer says it is available at your address or not! So fed up, I fired AT&T and switched to Comcast and am getting 20-25 mbps on download for the same price I was paying AT&T for 6. I have since learned from my neighbors that were able to get Uverse got it by bundling services with AT&T. So this is why I could not Uverse but my neighbor could. You can only get it if you bundle, but they do not tell you that. I have also learned that the Uverse technology is inferior to cable because it only uses fiber optics to a central point and then phone lines to your house. So it will only provide 12-15 mbps on download while Comcast provides 20-25 using cable. Verizon on the west coast of the US provides fiber optic lines to each house and is faster than cable internet. But Verizon unfortunately does not provide internet services here. Anyway, it is a sad ending to my 12 year relationship with Bell South / ATT. I will never use them again after this fiasco.

I have used them for over a year. I would refer them to friends and family. The overall experience is excellent. The price and quality of service are excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this provider.
