It was fine and I plan to stay with Humana. It is sort of required by your money that you have to use those services. It takes the money if you're constantly being checked. Up until this year, I would have given them an A but all of a sudden they are charging for medication yet I do have to take a lot of cholesterol and blood pressure medication. Now they are charging money and I'm not very happy with that because I'm on a fixed income. I only have my social security and I'm 77 years old. So all of a sudden from not paying anything and using a generic drug from them regularly, I find myself paying a hundred dollars every time I had a prescription. Its a 90 day refill but its still $100. They also increased the fees for a doctor that you're being referred to by your primary. For any outside doctor you have to pay $30 instead of $20 which is a $10 increase in that as well. I'm a little bit worried that if they raise it every year, then Humana will not be that much of a good deal anymore. I usually go through my primary and she communicates with them, then I follow her direction. I do get my statements regularly.

They provide lunch, and they even have grooming days, so she gets manicures. It is a family run business. They are trained in health care. The transportation is wonderful! It is a wonderful operation, and I really consider myself lucky! They celebrate holidays, have entertainment, and social activities. They really take care of their elderly patients and understand medical ailments. It is a safe and comfortable space.

My daughter went to the office to have a permanent retainer removed from her bottom teeth. She was told that her teeth were going to move if she did that. The dental assistant only discussed the issue with my daughter and never consulted with a parent who was sitting in the waiting room. My daughter was told the retainer would cost $150 and did she want one.
First this is not a decision for a child to make on their own. This issue has repeated occurred at this orthodontist practice. The dental assistants only communicate with the children and not the parents. I was never provided any information when she had her braces initially removed. There seems to be a problem with all sorts of communication in the office. When I had called a year ago (multiple times) to find out the estimate for braces for my son, I never received a call back from the appropriate office staff. I subsequently ended up going to another orthodontist.
Second, why is there an extra charge for a retainer after the patient had spent thousands of dollars on braces. The orthodontist my son received his braces from, included the cost of both top and bottom retainers in his initial fee.

I have been going to them for years and I am happy with them. I can get in and out quickly. If I have a problem and I call them, they get back to me and decide whether I need to go or I can do something without going to them. They give me advise over the phone. If I have something urgent, they will take me in. The doctor takes his time with patients and you wait a little. The staff is very friendly and they pay attention to you.

They were wonderful. They are so thoughtful, good and caring to not only the patient but to the family members. They did everything to keep her comfortable. My mum lived over 100 years and was in good shape.

It is a tough place. You are kind of like a number, you go in there, and it is not the same as a family practice, you don't get the same attention, and you don't get looked over the same. It is like a cattle market. They do the best they can. It takes forever to get in there. I have another place that I go to, because you can't get in there if you are sick. The punctuality is pretty good.

She is the Co-director for the section of menomaly invasive gynocology. She is very caring and is a true healer. She is a great communicator and you feel immediatley that you are in very good hands with her. She is in the city place tower of the cleveland clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida.

He is very professional and is a great communicator. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Dr. Gans nurse Penny is very professional and pleasant. The waiting room is very clean and beautiful. You get to see a wonderful view, and its very close to a shopping center. Sometimes they have a pionoist playing in the waiting area. It does take a little while to see him but he is definetly worth the wait, he is wonderful.

Over the years, this is the 3rd time I've gone to this location; my wife has gone here as well. We've had top quality service every time. Short wait times, very friendly staff, the medical personnel were great. I hate going to the doctor but, if I need to, I would go hear again.

The admin people are good, and the doctor is OK.  I have another appointment scheduled in May and have left three messages for the nurse in the last month.  I get through the switchboard OK and they tell me the note has been left for the doctor or nurse.  After that, I never hear anything until I try to call again.  These questions are important to me, but apparently not to the service provider.  Cleveland Clinic has a great reputation; it's a small group that gives them a bad name.
