Glass Repair reviews in Wellington

In these days, it is really hard meet the contractors on time which they promised. They always showed up on time, and brought the quality of work. I already refer to friends of mine. I will hire them again.

The installer removed the old shower enclosure, installed the new enclosure, patched the holes of the old enclosure. The purchase included two 18" towel bars attached to the glass. A Clearshield coating was also applied. We received exactly what we ordered and expected. The old shower enclosure was taken away and the work area was left clean. The installer was punctual and professional. We received a $100 Angie's list discount. totally pleased with the work.

In general I am happy with the install and the overall quality of the door as well as the price paid. The glass is better than I could have purchased through a home improvement store and the hardware is approximately the same quality. They scheduled the original appointment and were late, however, did communicate. The visit was straight forward and options discussed - good experience. Timeframe was 3 weeks for delivery. Door apparently arrived early and the crew scheduled for install.  Again, crew ran late, however, as before, they did communicate and was OK. They got through a majority of the install before I noticed it was the wrong color (was chrome, suppose to be nickel). They called into the office to see whether they could finish the job with the current door and return later to replace the chrome parts - owner said no and had them remove the door. This left us with no door, however, not a huge deal as we have multiple showers. Approx. 2 weeks later, called to reschedule the install.  Settled on a date and was called later saying the order was again incorrect. Later that week, they did call and reschedule. The crew was late and as before did communicate - again, was not a problem. They installed the door, cleaned up and the door is as expected. Installers were professional and polite.

Mark really knew his products and had samples with him.  After we purchased he called to let us know when he was on the way when appointments were scheduled.  He also kept us informed when product (windows) were due at his facility.  When it came time for installation his crew was on time and very efficient.  Mark is great to work with.  No other salesperson told us that putting shutters on our front windows would entail cutting some of the detail around the windows.  He suggested Armour Screen which actually was cheaper than the shutters!   I would definitely work with him again as we have more windows to replace in the future.

This is a great company. My wife even commented that it is such a pleasure - and blessing, to deal with such nice, friendly professionals. This is the second time we have used this company and I can honestly say that I would never even consider anyone else. I have recommended Pure Showers to a couple of my friends as well and both were extremely happy. From the very first meeting we felt confident that we made the right choice. They are very professional, friendly, responsive and patient - taking the time to thoroughly explain our many options and the pros and cons of each. They provided a professionally done estimate outlining all costs involved. Being an accountant I appreciated this. They showed up on time. They put down protective blankets on our floors, cabinets, tub etc. Did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Their workers were very respectful to both my wife and I as well as to our property. The quality of glass, hardware and hinges looks like what we see in million dollar models! Can you tell that we are so happy and that we more than highly recommend this company?

I called several contractors (some from your list). I got estimates ranging from $300 to $515. I went on line and called this local contractor.  He gave me an estimate of $325 + tax. He came on Thursday to measure and did the installation on Monday. He was punctual,  pleasant, clean and efficient.  There were no problems at all either with the removal of the old mirrors or the installation of the new ones. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to my friends.

We had a great experience from the first contact we had with Francisco. Everyone was extremely professional and their work exceeded our every expectation. Quality work and beautiful product. To this day everyone who comes to our home and sees our new master bath comments on how beautiful it looks and how our glass enclosure makes everything pop.

Jen, (wife/owner), got back to me promptly when I called for info last week.  She was able to give me pricing (which others I called couldn't/wouldn't) so I had an idea what we'd be looking at (we were clueless on these types of repairs; I only had other Angie's List reviews to use as a basis.)  We planned then on having Ron (husband/owner) work on / replace the rollers on one slider, as well as replace the lock on that same door plus another slider in the house.
She asked how we'd heard about them and I told her about my investigating places via Angie's List; she gave us a discount then, which I believe it stated in their ad on here.  We made the appt for today (it worked best for all of our schedules.)  Jen called us on Fri to remind us of the appt.  Sure enough - Ron called us ~15 mins before arving within the 1 hr window we were told when we made the appt.
He and his partner got to work, showing us what was wrong w/ the current (worthless) rollers and replacing them.  We spoke about the locks and unfortunately he said they stopped making yrs ago the kind we have so he showed us another solution that he ended up installing for us - FREE of chrg!  (He did mention that we could find them at Lowes/Home Depot for ~$6 each.)
We could have been the perfect victims for selling us new doors - I mentioned how I hate these, and not being able to fix the locks properly...  Ron and his partner both told us that we'd be looking at thousands of dollars to chng out the doors completely - that with the fix they performed and the new locking mechanisms he put on each door we'd be good to go for many yrs now.  So not only did he not take advntg of up-selling, I guess you'd say, but he found a solution for us and didn't even chrg us the $10 or $15 we would have pd doing the locks ourselves.
Without a doubt I will recommend them to anyone I find needing window/door assistance.

Company removed the mirrors and shower door back in November in preparation for the bathroom demolition and said they would need to return after the shower and counters were completed to measure for the shower door and mirrors. After the bathroom was completed, they returned to measure for the shower door and the mirrors. A couple of weeks later, they returned to install the items, but only had the shower door and did not have the mirrors. The measurements for the mirrors were lost. So, they measured again for the mirrors. They returned a couple of weeks later to install the mirrors. The shower door and mirrors look very nice. Work quality is excellent. Just a few bumps in the road, but nothing major. Nice work.

Everything went well for the project. But  I was shocked by the price.  So far it seems that everything is working well.  The only reason I put "No" as to using them in the future, is that I simply  cannot afford them.
