First let me say that my husband is a Chiropractor and I am his office manager. We are very particular with the doctors we go. We treat our patients with the highest regard and in a warm, friendly manner and we will accept nothing else when we go a doctors office as a patient.
I can clearly say that this is the first office that we have found that operates on the same high level that our office does.
The staff is knowledgeable, warm and friendly.
The doctor knew we had a time problem because we had to open our own office and they made sure that we got out in plenty of time without cutting care.
We were treated with the utmost respect.
Most importantly, Dr. Glick was very nice, great bedside manner and really knew his stuff.
We were so impressed that we asked for a stack of his cards and put them out on our own front desk.

Dr. Robin Schecter and her nurse were very compassionate, I had a very short wait and got an immediate referred to a surgeon that could help me. They showed true interest in me and even charged me much less since I had no insurance and they weren't able to do anything (I needed to be referred to a surgeon). I recommend them!

A good experience every time. In this case, I had an unusual looking mark on my leg. They checked it out, biopsied it and luckily there were no problems. They are far better than an average doctor's office, but around the B+ range as far as I'm concerned. Apparently I like them as I use them every year. One note - the overall atmosphere is a B, but the actual physician I see is excellent!

Doctor recommended upping my antidepressent and wear gloves. She made me feel embarresed and had no empathy what so ever. She gave me a prescription for a antibiotic tape to use, but offered no suggestions as to how to keep from getting the spots to begin with. I will never return. My husband has used this office as well and is not happy. We will both be looking for a new Dermatologist.

I went to see Dr. Berlin to have two brown spots/lesions on my face checked out.  They told me I would need to see a plastic surgeon to have them removed since they were very close to my eye and a plastic surgeon could remove them without scarring and have them biopsied (which I did and all was well).  But while I was there Dr. Berlin's office did a thorough exam of the rest of my skin to check for anything suspicious.  They removed 5 moles and sent them off to be biopsied (one on chest, one on side, two on back, one on stomach).  To me, these moles looked completely normal so I expected all of the biopsies to be normal.  Much to my shock and surprise, two of the biopsies came back abnormal.  One was mild and one was moderate/severe and if it had not been removed it most likely would have progressed to melanoma within a year or so.  I had to go back to Dr. Berlin's office to have additional tissue removed from the areas where the two abnormal moles were to insure clean margins.  Everything is fine now.  If I hadn't gone to see Dr. Berlin about the lesions on my face (which turned out to be nothing) I never would have known about these other two serious problems which they detected just from looking at them.  I am very grateful indeed.

She is lovely, she is marvelous. She is a very down to earth person. Her staff is very nice, knowledgeable young people. I have no problems with the assistants that come in to work with her. They are all very nice. Dr Matta is very attentive. She goes over everything and explains everything.

With regard to the skin biopsy, as soon as results came in I was notified and given information about MOHS surgeons to follow up with. I now go every six months to Dr. Griff for a general body check.  He has female assistants who take information regarding any skin issues I may have.  They also give you a gown for changing.   Dr. Griff comes in, greets me and starts his examination.  If any skin growths are present, he will do whatever is appropriate, ie burning, cutting, etc.  Bandages are applied if needed and I am on my way.  I have never had a post visit problem with any services rendered.

Dr. Glick was recommended by Dr. Glover, my PCP. I've seen him three times now and will continue to see him for a regular interval checkup. He reviewed the healing of a biopsy site which Dr. Glover took and has sprayed several sites on my forehead, face, and back. My appointments are around 8 AM; he is punctual. There is always another female in the room with me (one of his techs) and there has been no problem having a friend in the room to listen as a second ear. He is direct and seemingly thorough but not rushed when I have a question. As is the case these days with those in the medical profession, best to have a list with you when you see a professional rather than relying on memory to remember all your issues.

I had a spot that did not need to be removed but since I was there he suggested I get it removed.  They removed the spot but he did not send me home with any care instructions.  After about 2 days it got infected and I now have a scar.   I did not find his services very professional.   I don't doubt he is a good doctor.  They all make mistakes but I will not go back to see him.
