  • These guys were very professional and skilled. I was truly amazed at how very quickly they got the job done, it was completed in less than a week. Brandon our sales rep described the process and he was very true to his word. I am very happy with the outcome.

  • Bluewater Pools was exceptional from start to finish! Kevin came out the next day to give me a quote on my job. Not only did he take the time to answer all of my questions, he gave me options for my patio that I didn't know were possible. His industry knowledge was apparent almost immediately. I was given a formal written quote right on the spot (something my previous 2 quotes did not provide) Bluewater Pools ended up being the lowest quote out of the 3 I obtained, even with higher end products. (Travertine vs pavers) Work began, and the guys always showed up when promised. Bluewater Pools does not contract their work out, so you know the job will be done right. Kevin was always responsive and available any time I had any questions and was great to work with. Work was done quickly, and they even cleaned up after themselves! At the end of the project, Kevin was sure to give me detailed instructions on how to take care of my new patio and newly resurfaced pool. He really has a wealth of information! After all is said and done, I can honestly say that using Angie's List to find Bluewater Pools was the best thing I could have done. I previously had bad experiences when choosing a contractor, based solely off an "A" rating. It is so important to read the reviews, and make sure there are plenty of them to get a wide range of opinions. You can see that Bluewater has plenty of reviews to read thru. I now have an amazing travertine patio and a fresh, updated pool with beautiful tile. I am forever grateful to Bluewater Pools for making my pool and patio beautiful, and an enjoyable place to spend time!

  • Johnny was excellent. He was very responsive when I first called. Came out to my house the same day to give me an estimate and then kept me informed the entire time as to when he could start the job. He did an excellent job pressure cleaning the outside of my house and patio and even pressured cleaned my outside rug without me asking. Johnny also bleached the outside of my back patio doors and did an excellent job. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone needing his services.

  • The installers worked without stopping to complete the job in a timely manner. In all, they installed over 1200 sq. ft. of pavers. The final product is beautiful and we continue to get compliments on the excellent job.

  • This is the second time I hired Johnny Under Pressure. Even though he was so busy, he responded to my call quickly and he started to make arrangement to come and do the work at my house. The quality work he did was good, and as promised he got the job done on time.

  • Mr. Alicea responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He and his crew were just as prompt when they showed up about 7:30 A.M. and completed the job by 3 P.M. with no lunch break. They were efficient, professional, and neat. We were thrilled by the results.

  • We hired Ross Services to install a travertine patio over existing pool deck, resurface our pool, remove glass block from spa, take care of leaks in the pool, new glass tile in pool, and add a salt system. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Everything looks amazing! Brandon was on the job daily to check on the progress and follow up with the teams doing the work. This project was completed in about a week and we think the whole process went smoothly. Thanks Brandon!

  • I shopped around as any good consumer would with 3 different vendors.  Generally price, like for everyone else, is what your shopping for.  However, there is a price that is paid for quality service, and while ross was not the cheapest, they were by far the best service, and was why i went with them.  My salesman, Mike, worked with me for almost 4 months while i mulled over the details of what I wanted.  He went above and beyond to find the stone that truly spoke to what i was looking for, and it wash;t easy to find, i looked myself as well for a while.  The other companies  that i shopped with stopped calling me after the first few weeks, i couldn't imagine them sticking around for 4 months.  Mike was available whenever I contacted him, nights, morning, weekends, etc.  I am in sales as well and analytical customers such as myself, who can take a while to make a decision are the most tiresome.  at one point i almost backed out of the deal and if it wasn't for mike, i wouldn't have a brand new patio to enjoy right now.  Long story short, if your considering a patio, I would ask for mike to be your salesperson, and watch how hard he works for you, and give some serious thought in hiring ross services.  for the few extra bucks you might pay, the money is well spent in helping to make your project as strew free as possible.

  • We wanted wood shelves BUILT in the entire garage and the floor painted. I was convinced by our conversation that he was a professional and as he said ?could do anything.? Eddie showed up unexpectedly too early and apologized and we were ok with that. I described the job(s) and he immediately reminded us (several times) that he goes by the hour ($85 the 1st & $50 every additional). My wife reiterated several times, it?s not the money; we just want assurances that we all agree on the job at hand. He repeated that he does not do estimates because he doesn?t know prices and works by the hour. That caught us off guard because we understood that he was coming over to ?discuss? the whole (big) job but not to begin working on it.  He never explained that he was going right to work on a job he knew very little about.  He said he wanted to ?see? what I was talking about and calculate supplies needed.  We?ve had contractors for installing fencing, a driveway, sheds, a wood deck, tree trimming, yard etc.  and all gave us an estimate.  My wife felt bullied every time he talked about wanting to go to Home Depot to ?pick out the shelves you want installed?.  That?s not how I described the job we wanted when I called.  Several times he remarked on the great job he did installing some metal shelves like the ones we pointed out in our garage that we installed ourselves 15 years ago and he was clearly told we would never consider them.  He charges the hourly wage when he goes to buy the supplies so have your supplies ahead of time.  We offered to have supplies delivered as with other contractors but he said we could order and he would pick up which we assumed would begin his hourly fee and that?s fine.  Had we known he does not give estimates we would not have picked him; also he never made it clear that he would start work immediately and was annoyed when we explained our confusion.  Buyers beware.   We did all the grunt work; he did not have to clear the garage.  We did that the day before.  My wife spent a lot of time explaining that we just wanted plain wooden shelves;  gave him all measurements, a diagram and offered whatever he needed to complete the job.  He agreed to come back in one week and pick up supplies my wife would order after he calculated how much wood he needed to accommodate the plans she gave him.  We also agreed to a $600 epoxy garage floor after all the shelves on all the walls were done.  The best part is when he called the next day and cancelled us because he had gotten a ?big paint job for a week? and WE would have to reschedule with him.  So, we?re left with our garage torn apart until we get a carpenter who wants the job.  He wanted cash but never gave us a receipt.  So if you want someone to paint one wall and a 4 foot apron on the floor in front of it for $314.78 he?s your guy. ($68.78 was for 2 cans of paint + $250 labor, pix attached).) At that rate to paint three walls of the garage would cost about $1,000.  Really? - Cliff

  • Marc and Marsha the owners were helpful providing good ideas for the installation process . Carlos the installer foreman was also very helpful by listening our suggestions. His crew was experienced, fast and knowledgeable by laying down pavers. The job was finished in three days.
