FRS Pros were absolutely fantastic! They responded to my call right away and were so friendly and accommodating. They truly understood how important this was for me and had one of their expert technicians remotely log in to my computer. They explained everything to me step by step and were able to locate the problem and resolve it fairly quickly! It happened to be due to a combination of things, partly user error (my fault) but mostly because of how my network and systems were set up. They were really nice about the whole thing and even gave me a first time customer discount :). I have them scheduled to come out and do a full assessment of my office to make sure there's nothing else that needs to be taken care of before it causes a bigger problem. Finding a great IT company is like finding a great mechanic...not a lot of them out there, but when you do find one - don't let them go! Thank you FRS Pros!

We up graded our smart Phone through Best Buy.  They took care of the entire transaction with Verizon. They sold us a warranty plan For $10.59/month. They neglected to tell me that I had similar coverage through Verizon that had to be cancelled.  I had no idea that I had coverage which was carried over from a previous Verizon phone.  I only discovered the redundant coverage when trying to reduce my Verizon bill.   The  Verizon plan is about half the cost of the Best Buy plan.  Although I realize it is 'buyer beware,' I felt since I had redundant coverage, and I wasn't warned , Best Buy, knowing from their computerized records that I was a regular customer of big ticket items, would at least offer something to help me.  Their attitude is 'not our problem' and my view now is 'not your customer.'  They are probably legally safe, but loyalty goes both ways and they have none.
It took several times over a period of weeks to contact them, as I gave up after being on hold fore more that 10 minutes on a number of occasions.

My experience with the Apple store was okay because they didn't listen to me when I was there. I told them that I worked for almost eight years at the user support center, supporting hardware and software and they did not hear that. I told them that I had a power book and an iPad. They talked to me like; I was an idiot so I immediately asked for a manager at that point. That was like a little off putting. The Imac that I bought was not good, it was bad. But what I want to say is, when I called the Apple support in California, they were wonderful. They replaced my Imac and shipped it directly to my door. I didn't have to do anything, I got a brand new Imac and it works beautifully. They sent me a returned FedEx thing as well. The support at Apple was excellent and they were very professional. I give a high grading for the support center but for the store itself, I'm not crazy about. I would not recommend people go to the Apple store to buy computers rather I would recommend them go online and have it shipped to them. The Apple stores are so crowded, so noisy and so busy; it feels like it's absolutely a zoo. I’m a computer literate and I find it disturbing.
