    Our vehicle had vinyl on the passenger door that had come loose (interfered with door window) and needed to be refastened. An appointment was made, the work was done as we waited and the door panel was repaired and looks like new. No problems.

    I have previously reviewed them and been very happy (2/3/2011). Also recently they installed 4 new tires for me and did a good job. This time however, not so much at all! Since they had installed my tires, I brought the car back to them to find the source of a high speed vibration that occurred immediately after hitting a pothole very hard. I knew it was coming from 1 or both of right side wheels since that's what hit the pothole. As the car was due for a tire rotation anyway, I asked them to check the balance of each wheel, and also inspect each wheel (particularly the right side wheels) for any out of round (dent/bent/damage) while they were balancing/spinning. Then rotate the tires and let me know if any were found either out of balance or out of round. Pretty simple request and standard approach for finding the source of vibration after a pothole hit. At first they were reluctant to do anything, either balancing or rotating for fear they might make the problem worse, or move the problem to another location. I told them I understood that, and just wanted them to remove, check, rebalance the wheels in order to find the problem. After much discussion and some unknown friction with the mechanic and clerk, it seemed they agreed to do the requested work. 3 hrs later they give me back the car and basically say they balanced and rotated the tires. No information as to if any were actually found to be out of balance, or if any wobble or damaged wheel was found. Nor did they note what rotation pattern they rotated the tires so I would at least know where the right side tires now were. Well the vibration was still there, so I assumed it must be a bent wheel that they either did not notice or care to tell me about. I bought a new tire and wheel online and had another shop mount the tire. Then I jacked up my car in the driveway to be able to spin the wheels and look for damage/wobble. Bingo.....the first wheel I checked was the right front and it had a very noticeable wobble, both up and down, and inboard/outboard. This was easy to see! I decided to try to find if there was another bent wheel, ie; the other previously right side wheel. Since the front is easier to jack and spin, I went to the front left side to spin that. This is where it all went bad. While spinning the wheel, my right index finger hit the brake caliper and was severely shattered and hanging by a small piece of remaining flesh. The afternoon was spent at the Palms West ER getting my finger shot up, xrayed, bones put back together and sewn back on. Now I am facing extended healing time, rehab, and uncertain return of function. Not to mention about $5 grand in medical bills. All this typing is with my other fingers that actually work. While I can't directly blame Apex directly for this accident, I am confident it would never have happened if they would have just done a simple job that I asked them for of identifying any obvious wheel damage. And it WAS OBVIOUS as I found it 10 seconds just spinning the wheel in the driveway. To be fair, I did get a text from Wes the owner (before I got the new wheel and sheared off my finger) asking if I was happy with the service and I gave a detailed reply as to why I was not satisfied. He replied that they balanced all 4 wheels and offered to re-inspect the car. I asked if I could call him directly and never received another reply, so I just dropped the issue knowing from process of elimination that I must have at least one bent wheel and would fix it myself or elsewhere given the difficult time they gave me over the 1st service. In they end, I did have my other mechanic install my new wheel and tire on the right front where I found the bent wheel and the vibration is completely gone. Definitely not happy that this shop could not perform a very simple service and it ended up costing me a finger. <

    Car looks amazing, bugs and sap are gone, paint looks deep, tires and wheels are spotless. I got the mid-level package as my last wash-and-wax from Lux Car Wash wan't that great and had wax residue all over. Now the car looks like new, carpets and seats look great, leather is clean. Everything loks like it did on the showroom florr. I've got to get them on a schedule.

    Light and Bright Tinting called to give a heads up before arrival , got here on time, showed us the options, very knowledgable about the different products. No pressure, took his time and helped us make a choice. It couldn't have gone any smoother, I would use them again.

    Quite frankly, I would say they are the WORST SERVICE I have ever used for anything. I'll spare you the long details, however, dealing with Mario, who really is Maurice "phone balls" Rodriguez, the proprietor, was absolutely a horrible experience. If he doesn't agree with what you are asking or saying, he gets upset and lets the little Redneck JIm guy at the front desk handle your questions. All he'll say "it's up to the owner - I'm not the owner" and to be even more frank, that little Redneck Jim guy is just a plain liar. Everything he says is a lie. Do yourself a favor, find one of the many many many many auto body services out there that are not only much much better, they actually appreciate your business. BRUNO'S AUTO BODY JUST PLAINS SUCKS! And I dare them to prove me otherwise! I feel like they just stole my money. P.S. The owner's name is Maurice '***** Balls" all Chelsea Rodriquez posts are B.S!

    The windshield replacement was done at the home. I made an appointment and was given a four hour window for the day of the scheduled appointment. I received a call the day of the repair and the technician (Richard) showed up at the beginning of the scheduled visit (very punctual). The work was completed in about 45 minutes and looks good. I have no expectations of a problem (leak) but will update this review if a problem develops. No price for the work performed is given because it was covered by insurance. Richard was very professional and friendly and appeared to do a fine job.

    As good as could be expected! Feel thrilled with this place because going to auto repair shops is usually quite stressful as I constantly feel I'm being taken advantage of. The shop is also in a great area. Overall had a positive experience and will definitley be back when I need a mechanic!!

    Dealers are always more expensive. Once it was done the quality was good. They always follow-up. Punctuality, does it count if making you an appointment then they tell you they don���t have the part after you show up. That kind of punctuality I would give a D. I will use them as long as I own this car.

    I called to book appointment and explained that I needed clay bar polish. They said no problem and I booked for 2 days later. They TEXTED me 40 minutes before appoinment and said that they were not coming as they did not feel comfortable doing the job. I tried to call and left message...NO call back. These people are NOT responsible. Also, they get terrible review on YELP. I wish I had read YELP first as I would never had hired...STAY AWAY! I am posting provider address as I do not want to give out my address, but they were supposed to come to my home

    Aaron arrived within the time specified. The car was extremely dirty due to yesterday's trip to Tampa which made the front splattered with dead lovebugs. When he finished the car was extremely and completely clean. It looked like new. It took him almost 3 hours to complete the job. This was a great buy and will do it again.
