    Quite frankly, I would say they are the WORST SERVICE I have ever used for anything. I'll spare you the long details, however, dealing with Mario, who really is Maurice "phone balls" Rodriguez, the proprietor, was absolutely a horrible experience. If he doesn't agree with what you are asking or saying, he gets upset and lets the little Redneck JIm guy at the front desk handle your questions. All he'll say "it's up to the owner - I'm not the owner" and to be even more frank, that little Redneck Jim guy is just a plain liar. Everything he says is a lie. Do yourself a favor, find one of the many many many many auto body services out there that are not only much much better, they actually appreciate your business. BRUNO'S AUTO BODY JUST PLAINS SUCKS! And I dare them to prove me otherwise! I feel like they just stole my money. P.S. The owner's name is Maurice '***** Balls" all Chelsea Rodriquez posts are B.S!

    I write this in amazement. I dropped off on october the 2nd and I was told I would be painted and ready by Oct 4th. I called on the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th and never got a call back. Showed up on the 9th and I was told they would be done on the 10th. Called on the 10th, and they promised me a call back and they never called back. Called on the 11th, was told again they were backed up and I was guaranteed they would be done by the 12th. I showed up on the 13th and was told they are still not done. I asked who appeared to be the office manager Mary, and she said that they get get backed up with big jobs. I asked her if she didn't care about social media and reviews in this day and age? Her response was "**** no, no-one reads those" OMG. I was kinda shocked. I said you wasted my time for two weeks and wasted a lot of my time by me driving out here, if she was going to compensate me, she said "**** no". Then to be told that my property was looked up in a warehouse that's a mile away and the only person with a key to it is 30 minutes away. While they made me wait, I asked to use the restroom and I was told no, that I should go outside and use a tree like the rest of the customers have done in the past. You would think that thought this entire deal, someone would say hey sorry for the inconvenience. This never happened. I hope this saves you from all the time I wasted with Murphy's.

    John warned me I would have trouble with the insurance company, as soon as I told him I was with All State. He also warned me that he is a perfectionist and some insurance companies do not like to pay for all of the processes he uses to perfect his repair. John tried to assist me as best he could to work with the insurance company. In the end, they would only pay for the "industry accepted repair standard" which were not, as John pointed out, always best for a vehicle to be returned to "before loss" condition. Long story short, the insurance company would only pay about 80% of the repair cost, less my deductible. In the end, I spent $1500 on top of my $500 deductible out of pocket. I have had the car back for a few days, and it seems just like it never happened! John followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Also, the car was fixed weeks sooner than I would have though. Elite Paint and Body Shop treated me and my Nissan like I was bringing in a rare Ferrari. I was told I should expect nothing less than perfect and John delivered on his promise of excellence. If you want cheap go elsewhere. If you want perfection, then here is your shop!

    Very good service. they close early but agreed to let us drop off our car way past their closing time. Job was completed on time and done well. We recommended Nickee's to two other friends and they were very happy with the service. The repair cost was reasonable compared to other places. Definitely recommend!

    Company took an extra day to job without calling me.  They had promised me a wash and detailing after completing
    work which wasn't done.  Manager was getting married so some jobs were delayed..
    I noticed molding above bumper wasn't fitting snugly.  There was a thin 1/2 inch slice cut out of the  molding where metal tapered off. .  The owner said
    the shop had trouble replacing bumper because prior work had been done on car with bondo.  He promised
    to give me car wash  with simple detail if I returned one morning other than Monday the following week.
    Went back twice in weeks  that followed to resolve issue, once with an appointment and the manager told me how busy they were to
    come back again.  visiting the shop became frustrating.  Car wash and detailing taken care of some place else.

    Found this provider on Angie's list so I decided to take the car there to get the body work and painting done.  I regret that decision.  For me, the biggest problem was the quality of their work.  
    -- When I went to pick up the car, I was disappointed with the paint job.  The front quarter panel paint did not match the rest of the car -- it was a shade darker.  When I refused to accept it, I got an argument from the shop manager who said that the paint job was just fine and that I was seeing a reflection from the pavement.   Only after I called over 2 different customers and one of their workers  who all agreed that the paint was a shade off, did the manager acknowledge the mismatch and agree to repaint it.  Turns out that they originally pained the whole side of the car EXCEPT the front and rear doors, the parts that didn't match in color.  
    -- When I finally took the car, it seemed to be much noiser than what a Lexus should be.  As the car was still under warranty, I took it to the dealer to have it checked out.  They raised it up and showed me that the rubber plugs used to deaden the road noise coming into the passenger cabin were not replaced.  They sold me the part and installed it.  Total cost was $18.    The shop manager apologized and reimbursed me.  He said that he didn't even know that there were these plugs, strange, I thought, for a company that's  been doing paint and body work for over 20 years.
    These 2 incidents alone, and there were other minor ones, lead me to be very disappointed with the quality of the work.  Yes, they made good on fixing it, but, from my perspective, only after I had to  go through a lot of agravation and time wasting.  I expected much, much better.

    I chose to use Nickee's Automotive based on Angie's List reviews and it turned out to be a great choice.
    The entire experience was very positive.  From the owner Steve's friendly, honest and knowledgeable input
    to the service he and his associates provided, I was very satisfied!!  My car's paint was in very good shape
    with the exception of the rear door handles and the spoiler on the tailgate on which the paint was cracked
    and peeling.  Nickee's did an awesome job refinishing and painting the three parts to exactly match the
    rest of the car and put a high quality clear coat to keep it looking great.  I highly recommend Nickee's as an
    Auto Body and Paint shop!!!

    I called this shop to inquire about having work done on two cars.  One is a simple dent removal, the other would involve installing a custom grille for my 2015 Genesis sedan (which they would do) and about painting my brake calipers. (I have the special paint but now realize I'm not equipped to do the job)  
    I spoke with Phil, and after talking for a few minutes and saying I had the paint, etc., he said "Bring it down and let me take a look at it." 
    I jumped right in the car and drove 25 minutes, just to have Phil walk outside, look at it for LESS THAN 5 SECONDS to say "Nah, we don't do that, it's not worth the time".  I asked "Why'd I bother to drive all the way over here for you to just tell me that so fast?"  Phil gave me a dismissive, snotty look, turned and walked away.   Of course, this meant another 25 minute ride home.
    Here's what I don't get: 
    1) They're brake capers; I'm sure he's seen one before and understands where they go and what they look like. 
    2) If he could tell THAT quickly it was something they wouldn't do, he didn't need me to drive over there and waste my time.  
    3) Most importantly, How does he know it's "Not worth the time"?  Phil never even quoted me a price. 
    Hey Phil, do you mean to tell me if I'd have offered you $1,000 to do the job, you wouldn't have taken it?   
    If this is an example of their attitude, I'll never go back to them for anything.

    Interacting with Steve Petris and his staff at Nickee's Automotive Center was a great and positive experience. Steve (the owner) conducted himself in a very friendly and professional manner. He was very knowledgeable, honest and considerate. The repair met all my expectations-that is, honesty, quality, timely, and very reasonable cost. I could not ask for any better service, and I would recommend Steve's professional services to anyone that values good customer skills and professional conduct as I do.

    Took my Porsche to have the top replaced. Pick up the car and the next day the dashboard stated "Top Out of Alignment." Called Porsche and they said to not drive the car with the top down. Porsche serviced the problem and stated that Statewide did not install the top properly. Went back to Statewide to inform him. He made a few adjustments as I was getting wrinkles on the folds. Told me to water the top and wait three days. No help. Went back to Statewide where the owner would not stand behind his guarantee of work. Told me his could not afford to honor and to get a lawyer .I have reported Statewide to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney general's office. Processor getting a lawyer
