    A great experience. Appointment was made for service call to narrow down the problem. I was given a time window on a certain day and Matt called me when he was on his way. Matt narrowed down the problem, didn't mind me asking questions and watching. Part was ordered and installed for the cost of the part plus a small labor charge. This company is professional, courteous, timely and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to hire them again when I have any electrical issues.

    Great experience. Called their office, described the problem, made appointment for the next week. Serviceman called just before the appointment time to say he would be there in 15 minutes. Quickly diagnosed problem, had brought the parts with him and was done in a half hour. Wish all service and repair companies were this good!

    David was helpful in diagnosing our issue and although the news was not what we wanted to hear, he did a great job informing us of our options and helping us to figure out if we should replace or fix our machine. He takes the time to explain things, and is thourough in his inspection.

    I got a return phone call within an hour of leaving a message. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful, and set an appointment time that was convenient for me. Matt arrived exactly when he said he would. Again, he was professional and impressed me with how he handled our problem. It turned out to be minor, so he only charged us for the service call, although he really took his time to thoroughly check out all the possibilities and explain what he had done and what he had found. But before he left, he said that if we had any further problems within the next 30 days, he would apply the service call to the needs repair. I was really impressed with how everything was handled, and I'd use this company again in a heartbeat.

    Hired Palm Beach Grill to finish a project. They communicated in writing that they will handle it. We made final payment to later find out they never finished the permit process ,which ended up putting me into court. Every day we chased him until after 30 days he disappeared. So the stories you hear of contractors saying yes to pay and then disappeared are true. I had to hire another company to finish what he was paid for and somehow they got it handled with no problem.

    STAY AWAY!!!! 2 hours late. His wife sat in his SUV/truck. Said his work truck was broken. After 4 hours and sending his wife to home depot for a part, he had to go because she got the wrong part. They were gone about an hour and we live 10 minutes from Home Depot. He said it was fixed. He said to call in an hour if doesn't turn on because it was in "defrost mode". I paid cash- his request. He gives a warranty and extra warranty for a good review. He left a mess on my swale and cigarette butts on my property. Numerous calls and texts have gone unanswered. Have asked for my money back. No answer. I searched and found out that there are multiple complaints on line and through the BBB.

    He thoroughly tested it, but could not repair it. He said it was probably an electrical problem, and I needed to call the factory. Since he could not fix it, he did not charge me. I tipped him $20.00 for his time. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call him again if I needed an appliance repaired.

    Was called within 5 minutes. Was here within 40 minutes. Had the right board in his inventory to replace the bad board in my refrigerator. (The part was a bit expensive but would take that over replacing the whole frig anyday!) Outstanding customer service. I would use this company again anytime I have an appliance issue.

    ECM did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and changed 2 circuit boards. They are difficult to find given I have a 10 yr. old refrigerator but they found a company who refurbished them. I���ve been satisfied with work from appliance repair, basic electrical, plumbing and air conditioning services. I have a service contract but there has been a charge for some parts that aren���t covered in the contract.

    Matt was pleasant, responsible, and punctual. He came and diagnosed the problem. He came the next day twice with all parts and fixed it. It is working fine now. His price was very reasonable. I would use him again and highly recommend him.
