    First Choice Cleaning & Painting
I would recommend him to anybody probably because of the quality of work. Everything that I needed done was automatically taken care of. He was responsive. He was prompt. There is not one thing that I could have asked for- better service than we've got. As a matter of fact, we probably will use him in the next couple of months. I have a little job I need to do and I will certainly call him first.

    Crown Home Maintenance & Repair
When we arrived at our seasonal condo, we noticed the front storm door frame was pulling away from the wall every time the door was opened. Fearing the wood frame was rotting, I called Crown Home Maintenance (from Angie's List)  and spoke to Michelle Nash on Tuesday, March 26th. She was very friendly and we scheduled an appointment for Friday March 29th at 10AM.
On Friday at 10AM, Andy and Michelle Nash arrived right on time. Andy examined the door and explained that when the door was originally installed, the installer didn't use the proper length or number of screws. Instead of 6 or 8 screws, the installer used only 2. He explained that over time, the door was slowly destroying itself because of it's weight.
While he was repairing the door, I reached for something under the kitchen sink and noticed a puddle of water.  I sheepishly asked Andy if he also did plumbing. He did and explained that the drain was very old and prone to leaks because it was constructed of 3 pieces rather than one piece like newer ones. He said to save me the cost of a new drain, he would re-seal the old one.
Andy is very knowledgeable and Michelle is his helper and scheduler. Both are very friendly and were a pleasure to meet and do business with. They were here for over an hour and his fee was more than reasonable. I am sure we will be using them again (though not too soon I hope).

    Joseph W Mazzuco Construction Inc
They were recommended to me by a friend who had put one up and I absolutely loved it. They drew up blueprints. I added on some things afterwards. Once the work was complete, it was just like having a back room.  It is my favorite part of the house. Everyone who has seem my cabana has thought it was very nice. I was very happy with him!

    Silva Homes Inc
Alex Silva acted as my general contractor in a major remodel.  His main function seemed to be guarding me against my mistakes.  He realized that the kitchen "foot print" would change if I remodeled later rather than before I started the tile work I had originally called him for.  My "well how much" was always answered with a series of creative choices and very reasonable prices.   Alex subcontracted a lot of the work and did some of it himself. His subs were courteous gentlemen.  No cussing!
We remodeled the kitchen, bathrooms and tiled house throughout,  Alex helped me most by  the suggestions he made for accommodations for my husband's disability as we remodeled the bathrooms.  We tiled the showers, one with handicap features like wheelchair access and grab bars.  He consulted with my husband about the height and angle of the grab bars until they were "just right."  He told me about articulated hinges for the bedroom door and then installed them for me.  He raised the kitchen ceiling and got rid of the popcorn.  He had new lighting installed in the kitchen, dining room, hall and both baths.  When he needed to use a jackhammer, I got a POD and his men helped me load and unload it. He took on the odd things I needed done too.  There were some "out of place" cracks in the outside of the fireplace chimney.  He knew the moment he looked at it what was wrong and how to fix it.  He removed an ancient air conditioner from the wall of the FL room and walled it up.  When he finished there was no sign of the hole, inside or out.
Alex took pride in his work and his "subs" did, too.  I would hire them again in a minute!
