    Sunrunner Automotive Inc
We've been going to Steve's Sunrunner since he opened an SR 50, and before that when he was on Mariner - over 20 years. In that time,, we've had used vehicles as well as new ones. We won't trust another shop with any car we own, as Steve has always done good work, is honest, and prices are within reasonable amounts. he doesn't push or recommend unnecessary work, but will recommend when a vehicle has "served it's time" and should be retired. It was an awful experience and it continues to be horrific. The salesman, whom they refer to as Little Wil (short for Wiliam) was overbearing, and frankly, rude. Example, I was delayed at work the night I was going to pick up the car so I would be late for our scheduled appointment, 6pm. I called him to tell him this and he became upset, first letting out an audible sigh of frustration and then telling me he goes home at 6:30 and that wasn't going to work - asked me if I couldn't leave work earlier. What? You mean the place that's giving me a paycheck to pay for the car that I buying from you? Finally I spoke with his manager who helped me. Let's talk about the guy who handles the financing (I think his name was James). Possibly the most arrogant and obnoxious human being I've ever met. Upselling me warranties and then getting visibly upset with me when I had to tell him (with my 10 year old daughter in the room) that it was out of my budget range. When he realized I woiuldn't be purchasing the products he was originally trying to sell me, he became increasingly frustrated, raised voice, rolling his eyes and then finally giving up on me. Then when I finally got in the car, the hood wasn't closed all the way. On the highway is NOT when you want to find that out. Now, let's talk about the servicing department. Brought the car in for an oil change relatively quickly since I drive a lot for work. As the gentleman behind the desk was explaining what was checked on the car, he was literally looking around the room while talking to me and couldn't possibly get the words out fast enough, so bad in fact that I had to stop him and ask him if he was somehow annoyed or even worse, bored, that he had to list for me the work that was done on the car. If it were a man standing in front of him would he have behaved differently? That slowed him down. They send you a survey and told them I would be willing to share all this with someone and confirmed they could call me. Still waiting on that call..... This dealer is all of 5 minutes from my house, but I drive 45 minutes as to not have to deal with the rude, incompetent, and obnoxious group of Toyota Sun employees.

Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair
Pep Boys quoted $812.00 for a 4 hour job but I would have to wait 6 hours because they would wait 2 hours for the car to cool off. My wife's friend recommended Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair. I was pleasantly surprised. They did the same job with higher quality parts for $540.00 and took 2.5 hours instead of SIX HOURS. Ice Cold Air was very friendly and did a great job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bruce and his staff for your auto repairs. They have a new customer.

Flammer Ford of Spring Hill Inc
Always received trustworthy professional service. They have serviced my vehicle for some 15 years now most satisfactorily. The one constant during this time was Robert Dull who is now the service manager and who I have high regard for.

I refer other people to them and I started using them 15 years ago. They do everything not just air conditioning. We’ve never met this guy before, the first thing he did first we have to check where the leak is. He said I’m gonna put some fluid in and you are going to run it over the weekend and comeback and we’ll see where it’s leaking. He did that and we went back and he said he is leaking and this pat and this part which had nothing to do with what they ha told us at the dealership. He sad we will take the car and do this and if you have any trouble with the car you call him and we could take his car and he would fix our car. What he always does is before he fix them he’ll take them for a little ride. He hears everything, he knows everything about the car. He fixes it I take my car there all the time. He is a nice man, a good person.

The late time I was there for an oil change I didn’t like the guy that revives you.  After we had done I found the man that I had usually use who I didn’t realized was the service manager and I said I have to tell you about this guy. I am not comfortable with this guy. I am not comfortable with what he said and what they are going to do. The next time I was there was someone else at that desk. I said to the manager what happened to the guy that was there and he said that didn’t work out.

When we originally leased our 2012 Jeep Patriot from Northtown we were happy with the salesman. He seemed to give us a fair deal and made a point to mention that we would get a 36 month lease. He specifically pointed out how it was better than other dealerships who usually lock you into a 39 month lease. Come to find out that when he actually wrote up the contract he listed the lease for 42 months! Agreeably we should have checked the details before signing the contract; however we found this to be extremely shady.
On top of that, our Jeep just recently stopped accelerating. The vehicle isn't even a full 3 years old so we had it towed to Northtown thinking it would be covered under warranty. We spoke to a service worker on Mon night before towing it and he stated that it wasn't a problem he would make sure they look at the vehicle the next day. Well, the next day came around and we waited and waited to hear what was wrong. At 3:30pm the dealership called asking what they were supposed to do with the car. Apparently the guy from the night before never left any notes and the morning guys didn't bother with it until it was almost the end of the day! They then proceeded to tell my husband that they couldn't even look at it until the next day and that the warranty is void and it was going to cost between $115 to $160 just to run the diagnostic test to figure out the problem! Please note how they didn't mention that cost until after the vehicle was already towed there and we would have to pay to mave it moved. Once again they seemed very dishonest.
I will never again go through Northtown. Please Please Please use caution if you choose to use them.

After speaking with the service manager, our issues with the service department were resolved. We even received an apology phone call. Although it took 3 days to look at our Jeep, once they did the work was completed the same day and ready to be picked up the next morning. I am still leary of the sales team; however the service team did make up for their errors and I am satisfied with their work.

    Complete Automotive Care
Very happy with their service. Was in contact with Greg from the beginning when I contacted him thru Angie's List to get answers about what I needed to do and to schedule the repair. When it came up that my Saturn needed the kit he explained it thoroughly and to my satisfaction. They also found that my steering wheel was "cocked" and straightened that out with no extra charge. Will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors (in fact, one of my newest neighbors came in to schedule a repair while I was waiting for mine :)

Worked out pretty good. I went in thinking it was the water pump and they did a test right away and found out it was the thermostat. They had given me an estimate but called me back because I needed a higher priced one due to my car. They took care of it that day and I had my car back that afternoon.

    All Tire & Wheel

Went to them with low rear tire with slow leak. They checked it and found two different leaks

which were shown to me and then repaired. They also sanded rough spots from the wheel

and replaced air with nitrogen. Entire job was done in about an hour. Would use them

again for anything tire and wheel related.
