    This business is family owned and provides incredible service! My experience with home repairs is minimal AT BEST. My point of contact was Nikolas Hernandez. He is bilingual and had no trouble communicating with my father. He talked us through the repair process and even introduced us to the technician, Robert Hernandez, who would be handling the installation. Robert arrived early for the installation, kept disruption at a bare minimum, and the parts of the house he worked in were even cleaner after he left.

Enviropro, is the epitome of what a homeowner hopes for. I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am to the work they have done in my home. From the owner, to the employees that actually do the work, I can attest to quality of service, consistent punctuality and candid communication about the work they are doing every step of the way. They actually go further and demonstrate sincere concern about what the client is experiencing. Having mold in your home and having to see walls and ceiling being torn to remove it is very stressful. Enviropro employees were courteous and careful, covering my hardwood floors, sealing the area off, and even cleaning up after each workday and always taking the time to explain what they were doing. Honestly, they epitomize what service and expertise is. They care and they know what they are doing.     This review is an update of a previous review which included a complaint about the responsiveness of their help desk. After I reached their troubleshooting department, the response was excellent. They returned and installed the NEST thermostat that was due me for a complete system install. They also installed a pad and leveled the outside unit as requested. My initial impression was poor due to repeated calls and no action but once the problem solving team became involved, the response was great. I labeled them an F previously but now consider them a solid B.

    It is a challenge to get a competent, knowledgeable, and professional A/C contractor in the Keys that shows up and provides the best product and service for their client. Harold answers your phone calls after hours and assists with any questions or issues you have with your unit. He is there for his customers. We listened to Harold and installed two Trane 22 SEER units in our multi-level concrete home. We are glad we did. The highest monthly electric bill since July 2016 has been $146.00.

    Dade Super Cool
    Honeywell recommended Dade Super Cool ( Phone 305-223-3915, 13605 SW 149th Avenue, #13, Miami FL 33196) to find out why my thermostat with redlink kept losing connection with the air handler. Dade Super Cool came out and could not find the reason. The logs on the thermostat showed the repeated loss of connectivity. However, Dade Super Cool installed a thermostat for just the redlink board as suggested by Honeywell. They charged $275.60 for this. That did not solve the problem. Ultimately Dade Super Cool said they could not solve the problem with why my one thermostat kept losing connection with the air handler and would require us to turn off all circuit breakers for 30 minutes and then turn them back on to get the thermostat to work. Dade Super Cool said they would install a new thermostat for me at no charge. It took a while to determine that is what we were going to do. Dade Super Cool then said because the thermostat i wanted to be installed was not the exact same old one that was there, they would not do it for free, but would for $125. I agreed to pay the $125. When they came to install the installer concluded that the new thermostat required 6 wires, but we had only 5. I went on line at Honeywell and found they provide a connector (about $15) that converts the 5 wires to 6 wires. I figured out how it worked, prepared a diagram of same and sent it to Honeywell service for review. Honeywell service said the diagram was exactly correct. I ordered the part. I asked Dade Super Cool to come install it in email I sent. I included my diagram and the email from Honeywell approving the diagram. They did not reply. After 3 weeks I complained to them and they said they did not know how to install it. When they came to put on my new thermostat they removed the transformer they had installed for $275 and gave it to me. A picture of it is attached. You can see it is old and rusted. They did not install a new transformer, but rather an old used one. I have found online a NEW transformer costs about $30. They ripped me off for charging $250 to install a small transformer. Tyey stopped responding to my emails. They were not professional. They could not do the job Honeywell said they could. I ultimately paid them a total of $730.60 and they did not get the Thermostat to work. All they did was to install a different thermostat I bought, after they said they would do it for free, and charged me to install it. From the results of their work, only thing was done. Take a look at the used transformer they put in the picture is below. They should refund all they charged me, except the $125 for installing the existing thermostat. I notified HOneywell that Dade Super Cool should not be an authorized representative because they could not find a solution for my thermostat and did not know how to install the Honeywell adapter sold by Honeywell.

    Misleading website note of 'Free Estimate'. Based on this note I called to have someone come to check the unit and give me an estimate for the repair. However it was clarified that this 'free estimate' is an estimate to replace the unit, if needed. To have a technitical come to the house for a 'diagnostic' , there is a fee $90.
