Robin is fantastic! Very punctual and professional from the very first call. He is fast, incredibly capable and detail savvy. His work was fast, clean and very low impact on to our household. He understands the proper techniques and performs them flawlessly and his results were outstanding! We could not be happier with every aspect of dealing with Robin. He is simply outstanding in every way!!! Greg

Robin Davis Trim & Cabinets LLC
It went very well. We were not present for the construction, but he was able to work from my sketches to get us exactly what we wanted done. He communicated well and with pictures sent from his phone no surprises. All work was completed in a workman-like manner and looks professional and first class. We had two closets converted to walk-in closets, had a portion of a wall removed (which was done properly, with new load support beam above existing ceiling). And also had finish reim work done with crown molding and trim around bathroom mirrors. We were very pleased with the workmanship and recommend highly RobinDavis for any similar work.

It is still early and I will revise my review as we proceed. If things get better my review will be better. If things get worse, my review will get worse. When you pay top dollar, you expect top work. They have been on the job for 2 1/2 weeks. Did most of the demolition quickly. Lost 2 days because of no work being done after they started. I'm in a condo community where hours are important but work never starts until after 10-11 and of course doesn't go past 4-5 so not many hours in the day. That's it so far, demolition. I know work cant proceed until the demo is inspected. No inspection because we hit a code issue. I Expected that and its fine EXCEPT, the delay should have taken 3-4 days. That's based on similar experience in the past. Has so far taken a week, and I expect another 3-4 days till its resolved. if its shorter, I will tell you. 3 days elapsed because they just couldn't get to it because they were too busy. Really? Maybe we can make the time up. Maybe not. My main concern is that the company has little regard for my schedule. It really isn't all about them you know.

    Thomas Ciccones' Business Consultant Entrepreneur
He did a great job. Very good quality of work. He showed up on time, worked pretty much non-stop throughout the day, and delivered what he promised. He was very honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and I will use him in the future.

    New Hope Handyman LLC
I am monumentally unhappy with the final result. Firstly, the wrong color sink in one of the vanities was delivered and Mr. Emmanuel Souck Ndjock, Owner of New Hope Handyman, didn't notice that the two sinks in the master bath did not match before they made the installation permanent. A new sink had to be ordered and re-installed at my cost. All avoidable if New Hope had noticed before accepting delivery. Secondly, the cabinet fillers/spacers were not installed on the ends of the cabinets against the walls which resulted in the cabinets being flush to the wall so drawers/doors don't clear the baseboards to open properly. (Fillers space the cabinet away from the wall so that drawers/doors near the wall will open.) To make up for the fact that the doors/drawers didn't open properly, the baseboards were permanently damaged by cutting out or shaving them. A drawer still doesn't close properly and doors only open half way even with damaged baseboards, all avoidable if the spacer/fillers were installed. Rather than stopping the job and pointing out to me that fillers were needed, New Hope chose to move forward with making the cabinet installation permanent without the fillers and leave me having to live with it. Finally, after I brought the issues to the owner's attention he absolutely refused to make it right. Rather, of $1700 labor I was given $500 back as a consolation; pointing out that if I sued him, I would never win. Paramount issues include lack of professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and communication. New Hope's workmanship was sub-par on this project.

    My Flippin' Family, LLC
Karen, Gary, and Pete did a phenomenal job. We had a previous botch job on our kitchen backsplash and they were able to make our kitchen look beautiful. The other work they did for us was exceptional also. I highly recommend My Flippin Family and just wish we would have known about them when we began our projects!

Robin Davis Trim & Cabinets LLC
Robin did an excellent job on the crown molding on our kitchen cabinets. He also did fine work correcting problems left by the original cabinet installer. We would not hesitate to call him in the future for any type of quality carpentry work.

    Locatelli & Associates, INC.
I thought they were the greatest. They gave me an estimate on how long the job would take and they completed a week before the set date on the estimate. All their work was superb. They were clean and on-time. They also redid the plumbing and electrical. I got new cabinets as well. Everything was just great.

The job went as planned. Including some surprises along the way.... I could tell that they were more interested in getting the job done correctly, than charging for every little item. Originally we thought we could save the old wire lath and stucco- when the tile installer arrive he checked the wire lath and said it really needed to be removed- they removed and disposed of it with no additional expense to me. All of the workmanship was done as if this were a multi million dollar home. We were so impressed that we had them remodel (down to the studs) the other bathroom and kitchen. All 3 jobs were done beautifully. As a former residential real estate appraiser I know about construction and quality. All of the cabinets are solid wood (no particle board and Formica/melamine) featuring soft close hinges. This is a family owned business where they know how to do things right. I have recommended them to neighbors who are also please with their work.
