Matt has come out twice when my A/C started blowing warm air in the middle of Summer. Both times were on short notice and he didnt leave until the problem was solved. He has helped to extend the life of my homes A/C. He was a life saver.

Always Air Heating & Cooling, LLC
After 2 other reputable companies in the area (including one I have a maintenance contract with) wouldn't help me, Always Air Heating & Cooling were quick to the scene, friendly and courteous, and were able to pinpoint the problem immediately. Words can't express how grateful we are to have found such an honest, and caring company in our area! HIGHLY recommend!

We are THRILLED that our landlady decided to use Martin Air. Sean came out yesterday, the SAME DAY she called them! He found the issue right away and offered her options on how to proceed. Thankfully, on Martin Air's recommendation, she opted to go with a brand new unit that is larger than what we had before. They were here today and we now have cool, fresh air coming from our vents again! When she told me that she didn't have a service contract on the unit, I really thought it would be WEEKS before we saw anyone. I was amazed to see someone come out the same day and install the next, even though it is Saturday! If we eventually buy a home, we will be using Martin Air as well! Less

THIS IS TO SERVE AS A WARNING TO ANYONE WHO MIGHT CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY: 1) Called my elderly parents, like a cold call/telemarketing type call, and sold them a super cheap maintenance on their 6 or 7 year old AC system. When the technician came he told my parents that their AC was fried, pulling 3 x the normal amps, that they were lucky it didnt burn their house down, said they couldnt even do the maintenance and it needed to be replaced immediately. Literally within an hour they had the contract signed and had begun the tear out and installation of a new unit. By the time I found out, they were already installing the new one and it was too late to stop it. They were out $5600.00. 2) On the change out sheet they marked that the condensation line was clear and flowing. It was not. It was old and brittle plastic in the attic which the technician stepped on and cracked. It began to leak into the attic until it made it to the area over my parents bathroom in their master bedroom the following day. It flooded their bathroom/bedroom, buckling up their wood floor horribly. Both of my parents are in pretty rough shape and my mom has end stage COPD and is oxygen dependent. They can no longer use that side of their room or the bathroom because the floor is so badly buckled up that they cant walk on it, plus it is a tripping hazard. My dad now has to sleep in the recliner in the living room. FOR WEEKS NOW the owner of this company (who was once jailed for illegal telemarketing from Coastal Air) keeps dodging my calls and my dads calls. It is just constant run around, lies, and excuses. My dad had to rig up a temporary condensation line which he has run out the cracked open front window with it dripping down on to the sidewalk. 3)They did not pull a permit for this unit as required by law, until over a week later when I confronted the office girl about it. WHAT I INTEND TO TO ABOUT THIS STARTING FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING: 1) Actually, as of right now I am going to start copying and pasting this review on yelp, Google, Yahoo, home advisors, every single review formum I can find. 2) Contact the state attorneys office and report them for preying upon the elderly. Look up other reviews. We arent the only ones. 3) Report them to the building department for commencing work without the required permit. Asking an inspector to come out Monday if possible to look at the work and make sure its even safe. 4) Find someone to replace the floor so that their room is accessible again. 5) File a small claims lawsuit for the cost of repairs and everything else we can get for damages. 6) Call the credit card company to report what they have done, asking if we have grounds to dispute the $5600 charge, at least until they stand by their work, fix the damage they caused, and it passes inspection. 7) Make sure that the unlicensed/un-permitted task force for Sarasota County Building Department is aware to watch them for un-permitted work. 8) File a complaint with the DBPR contractors licensing board, as well as local licensing boards. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, TAKE ME SERIOUSLY. There are PLENTY of reputable companies out there!

    LPAC Services- Larry Pearson A/C
LPAC has provided us with our regular maintenance for 5 years now and they have been great! They call to remind you when your maintenance is due and they have very flexible scheduling. They always show up on time and the technicians are always friendly and very professional. We woke up one weekend morning and our AC was not working. We called LPAC and they had a Technician at our house within a few hours. Our core was shot but they were able to get one and install it the same day. We have had no problems since. They always do a great job.

    D & W Heating & Air Conditioning
The tech came out and looked thru the system. He then told me that the coil was "mucked up"and that the only solution was a new coil 3K or a new A/C 7.5K. When could they start the work? I called around and had someone come put and clean the coil for $350 and now the a/c is working perfectly.

Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating
Service technician came out within 24 hours of the call; part had to be ordered in and they were back to install it within 4 days. I can't praise this company or its staff enough. They are truly customer focused and they are professional in every sense of the word. Their products, pricing and service are top notch. I have every confidence in their work, they make me feel like a VIP with every interaction. I highly recommend.

If I could leave a 0 star i would. Paid for a 10kw vertical split air handler, however Airnow techs "know only enough about electric to not kill themselves" as stated by one of their techs that came out. Airnow installed a 5kw vertical split after I paid for a 10kw to try to dumb the system down a bit in order to get the system installed on old electrical that could not handle the 10kw. An inside and out AC install job done by one guy, no helper and it took him a god awful amount of time. Not to mention the techs own AC at home was broke and was in a frantic hurry from the start. One year later and I have been unknowingly experiencing voltage overload from the AC disconnect electrical that was dangerous to hook to to being with bacl and forth from the main panel of the house causing further extensive electrical damage. Pictures are to show the danger this caused for me and my family That could happen to yours as well if you use an AC company that literally tells you after install that they are not certified in electric. The company breached contract, violated electrical UL code, violated DBPR licensing guidelines and so much more. I will be following up with litigation and taking this to the full extremity of the law. I just don't want this to happen to another family in the surrounding Sarasota area in the mean time.

Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating
Great service by a very competent and qualified technician. Very satisfied customer for 5 years now. They installed my AC too and the pricing was better than my AC provider of 10 years so I switched and never regretted it.

Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating
I love the service and quality of the technicians that come to service the AC unit. I have a maintenance agreement which provides 2 services per year and a 15% discount on any parts for $140.00 per year. I never worry about my AC not working and that's very important given we are only in Florida 5 months of the year. I don't feel like I'm being overcharged or underserved...I highly recommend Sean McCutcheon's AC & Heating. You will not be disappointed.
