His workmanship was excellent. His attention to detail was superb. Great communicator. He was very willing to accept change orders and never seemed rattled. He was always prompt with his replies when questions arose. Hes a perfectionist. I highly recommend Oleg for your remodeling work.

The gentleman was very prompt to call me and I will definitely use him when I get the time to do the project. He and I were both a little too busy to do immediately and since I'm in no rush I will call him later.

Jovan and his assistants were punctual, conscientious, knowlegable, experienced, and the job was resonably priced. I must also add, they cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend JDS Remodeling and Handyman Services.

Work was done and finished, and we were back in the house months before anyone else in the area. Our price was excellent and we were able to get interest free financing to speed up the process. After 5 Helical piles were installed the house was structurally sound, and then Dave had carpenters and painters to repair other damages from the storm. Everything was done carefully and quickly at the same time.

Excellent. Oleg was on time, did the work we agreed upon in accordance with the terms of the agreement. He was a partner in that he listened to our requests and offered excellent suggestions about how to proceed. He was willing to discuss various ideas and we took a number of his suggestions. He was very clean and kept the job site in excellent shape. Overall quality of workmanship was impressive. We would hire him again and recommend him without reservation.

The tradesmen who did the installations were punctual, and professional. I am totally satisfied with their work. Our Tile Installer was excellent. That's where my satisfaction ends. Problems: 1] Miscommunications between the project manager and the tile setter (who was here and ready to work!) caused aggravating delays. (See photo) - the amount of work for this drywall repair was not communicated to tile setter who had to first install supports. Therefore, he was not prepared and had to make trips to the local Home Depot for materials. 2] The designer effectively disappeared after I signed the contract, taking days to respond to questions I sent him in emails. 3] The designer ordered the wrong border tile. Project manager was notified by 1:00. But because the reorder was placed AFTER 3:00 - UPS did not deliver overnight for the next day. The timing resulted in a 3 day (weekend) delay, not an overnight delivery as expected. And the designer tried to blame me for the error - saying I approved his order. He had a photo with the proper product ID. It was his error not mine! 4] The work order CLEARLY stated a measurement of 30 linear feet for that border tile - yet he only ordered 17! ANOTHER DELAY! Unbelievably stupid mistake! 5] I chose expensive tile. So in our conversation I specifically asked about returning unused tile. This designer assured me that if we did not use all the mosaic accent tile ($85/sheet) that the unused sheets could be returned for a refund. When the job was done, there were 3 sheets left over. However, he would only credit me for 2, insisting that ordering 'overage' was standard procedure. So I am stuck with one sheet which I cannot use, even though it was a full sheet and fully returnable. My guess is that doing the math on the returns would have meant they had to write ME a check. (BTW I found the same tile online for $30 less than I was charged. That's a pretty hefty profit margin for them.) 6] After all the 'credits' were deducted from the small balance due, the final amount due was $14.37. You'd think, after all the mistakes they made, that they would have forgiven that amount at least for some small customer accommodation, especially since I'm stuck with the expensive tile overage. NOPE! So much for wanting good word of mouth. STAY AWAY! I REPEAT... STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP.

Brian's Painting & Pressure Cleaning Inc
The areas of the wall that were going to be hidden by the new kitchen cabinets being installed looked pretty good. The drywall repair guy decided he was going to use one of my boxes containing an expensive new cabinet as a work table for his drywall mud. The water and mud got into the cardboard box but fortunately did not damage the new cabinet. The drywall repair guy called me to say he was done with the job and due to the amount of time it took, I reminded him about the pass-thru (I thought he might have forgotten about it). He said he would call back. He did in a few hours. I came back when he called to say he was finished and paid him. He said if I wanted him to "Finish" up the job to give him a call and it would be additional. I was DONE with him basically. The pass-thru was a rush job. It was not mixed properly and there were bubbles left in the mud and it dried that way, so there were holes left in the drywall repair that are still there. I would not hire again although the price was fair, it will have to be fixed.

I was extremely impressed with the sales and service issues for this company. We ended up choosing another company, but except for the price, their knowledge and willingness to assist however they could was impressive.

Dan Haller Handyman & Painting, LLC
Dan did an excellent job.  He matched the texture in the ceilings and repaired the bathroom wall so that it is not noticeable.
Dan is very professional, reasonably priced, and shows up when he says he will.  Definitely will be using him again in the future.

Dan was prompt and had the bathroom done in a short time. He did not mind when we asked him to do extra work in removing an intercom receiver from the wall and repairing the wall. We used a dark tone paint, and he did an excellent job edging. I was completely satisfied with the job, and I am very picky.
