    I have been using this company for years and they have ALWAYS provided excellent service. They are prompt. The drivers were always friendly and professional and the drive was always smooth. I happily recommend this service.

    • My wife and I used Ultimate Class Limousine (UCL) to get us from the airport (LaGuardia) to the Marriot Marquis in Times Square. Days later we had UCL take us back to the airport.
    • I really enjoyed talking with Matt (I believe Matt is the owner); he made numerous recommendations on sights to see while visiting NYC.
    • When our airplane arrived at LaGuardia, I turned on my phone to find a text from our driver welcoming us to NY and announcing that he was at the airport.  We were to simply text or call him back when we had picked up our bags and were at the curb.  A few minutes later, after he was sure our aircraft landed, he called us, welcomed us, and said he'd pull up and get us when we were ready, just give him a call five minutes before hand.  When we met, he loaded our bags and we were off.
    • The driver (Sandy) was polite and professional throughout the trip.  In fact I should point out that he presented my wife with a mylar "Happy Anniversary" balloon, making the occasion a bit more special.  We arrived at the hotel roughly an hour later.
    • For the return leg to the airport, UCL called us the night before to confirm our pickup.  I really appreciated that.  
    • The morning of departure, the driver called us and said he was in the area and to simply call him when we were ready for him to pull into the hotel and pick us up.  We did so and the driver (Karo) showed up as promised and loaded our bags.  It was St. Patrick's Day and the police had closed some of the roads and bridges earlier than planned.  Karo was unphased.  He simply rerouted our trip.  He had to drive a bit out of the way in order to get us over the river to LaGuardia.  I really enjoyed the fact that we were not in a cab listening the a constantly clicking meter.  
    • The driver (Karo) was polite and professional throughout the trip. 
    • The fee quoted for the trip included the tip so there was no guesswork or awkwardness involved at the end of the trip.
    • I'd happily take UCL again.

    Everything provided by Kings Executive Limo Service went better than we even expected. No hidden charges or additional fees over what was quoted when we made our reservation and even the gratuity was included in the price as quoted (although we did provide the chaffuer with an additional $50 tip because the service was so good, both to and from the concert. In fact, while we initially reserved a 12 passenger limo, Kings Executive Limo later offered us a free upgrade to a 14 passenger Limo Party Bus for no extra charge, which we eagerly accepted and which made the evening even more enjoyable. Most impressive was the very courteous and professional driver who was timely and helpful with everything he did (Ivan was his name). This was the first time we used KIngs Executive Limo (who we found here through Angies List) but we will definitely choose Kings Executive Limo again in the future without even needing to look elsewhere. First class is first class and Kings Limo Service has it !!! (And a thanks to Angies List too!)

    Phone call to Penske and reservation set up was smooth and efficient. Obtaining truck and keys was quick and simple. The truck performed well. (Don't know why these large truck aren't equipped with back up carmera's.) I drove about 30 miles with the truck. I went to the gas station prior to returning the truck to fill it with gas. My gas total came to 16.28 gallons ($47.68). This tells me that the truck was far from full when I received it. I was told that it was full and that I should return it full. I dropped the truck off on Sunday when the owner/operator was not available. I left a note in the truck with my gas receipt indicating that the truck was far from full when I received it. When I reviewed my american express bill the charge was not credited in any way. I would not use this provider again as he is disreputable.

    Booked a trip 9 months in advance of trip. I had to cancel trip 6 weeks after booking. Husband passed away. Be careful of refund policy, Not explained to me clearly. I thought there was a full refund if trip was cancelled three months before trip. There was a 20% refund fee when canceled after booking. Not only of there fee but the grand total including the cruise line fee. Cruise ship gave full refund within two days. After two months I got $26. back of the cost of Dialysis at Sea which was $1575.00.

    In addition to purchasing spark plugs, I asked about service for my Mercury outboard engine. The service manager was so friendly and helpful that I also asked about problems I have with my boat. He courteously and expertly answered all of my questions. I intend to take my Mercury outboard to Keith's Marine for service.
