AArry's Roofing ServicesI initially saw their TV commercial and also found them on Angie's List so I decided to hire them - one of the best decisions I made. From contacting, getting estimate, actual job to after-job followup, everything was so pleasant and perfect. Especially, the team was very helpful trying to work with my insurance company claims (those legal stuff is extremely complicated!) After I noticed one of my small air vents was damaged, they were quick to send the crew over to replace it in no time. I should have written this review much sooner but better late than never... The service provided was more than excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone needing new roof in Tampa Bay area. A+++- Maggie M.

ATotal Home RoofingI used Total Home for a repair after meeting with a few different companies. Jason Smith was my project manager and he was knowledgeable, great with communicating before and during the repair when I had more questions, and very professional. AArry's Roofing ServicesHad a great experience with Arry's Roofing. There is a reason they are a 5-star company! They were extremely prompt in giving us an estimate. We were not sure which roof shingles we wanted- one that we liked, they didn't have a sample of, so they quickly had a roof rep drop some off to our home. Once we made our decision, they were able to quickly work with our schedule and get us on the calendar for install. Day of install, the team promptly showed up on time, and got to work. Removing an old roof can be a messy event- but Arry's team made sure that the job site was tidy- and at the end of the day all debris was picked up and removed. The roof was done efficiently and right on schedule. With the added perk of looking GREAT! This is a company that takes a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everyone we dealt with was polite and very customer service oriented. Would hire them for any future roofing needs.- Joy B.

Their staff was very professional and handled each step, all the way to installing my roof, fixing water damage in my garage (not included in the claim money) and providing free wind mitigation inspection, with care. ADynamic Roofing ConceptsI am very impressed with the way this company scheduled, carried out and followed up on the work. I had to accelerate my plan to replace my old roof early this (2021 year) when it started to leak during the storm in November. I had planned to ask Dynamic Roofing Concepts to carry out that routine replacement because the company had replaced a flat roof for me in 2019 and did a splendid job, and I’d contacted the company and received an estimate and very helpful explanation about my options from Joshua. When the roof started to leak, I emailed Joshua in a panic, and he helpfully replied and set things in motion to move the job up on the calendar. Responding to me during the storm was above and beyond any routine service commitment. The job was scheduled soon after my call. (I got someone to put a tarp over the leak in the meantime.) The workers arrived as planned as did the person delivering the materials and everything was efficiently unloaded and work proceeded systematically. My request that they not play radios was honored. All the old materials were put in a dumpster in the driveway, and before they left, the workers cleaned up every bit of debris from the yard. They did not damage a single plant. Someone collected the dumpster in less than two days. The roofing installation actually was finished in one day. It passed the county’s inspection on the first visit. Dynamic Roofing Concepts offered me warranty options and arranged for an independent company to do a Wind Mitigation inspection and send me a report for my insurance company. When I had questions about these matters, owner Colin Clark always answered my email messages and phone calls and provided helpful answers. I could not have asked for a better experience with this roof replacement.- Regina H.

AErik came out to look at my roof to see if there were any issues, because I had been told by others that some of the shingles needed to be replaced. Erik did a thorough inspection and said the roof looks fine, it is a 15 year old roof so I know it needs to be replaced soon. What impressed me the most was his honesty and his approach. He wasn’t there to use scare tactics to make money. He told me exactly what he saw, and he didn’t see anything that needed to be addressed right away. I will definitely use him for all of my future needs. Excellent service and most importantly “HONESTY”!!!

AA+! I used SCM Roofing to install a new roof on my home in Tampa. To start, Jason was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. Even more importantly, the work his team did was very high quality and met my expectations. They also got the job done very quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated (along with my neighbors) so we could get back to our normal routine. They cleaned up everything when the work was done and took tremendous care of my property while they were working. I had a few questions after the work was done, and Jason and the team continued to be incredibly responsive, ensuring all of my questions were answered and expectations 100% met. I'd highly recommend SCM and will continue to use them for any roof services in the future!

He thoroughly explained their whole process, was punctual with being on time for the original estimate, followed up with us up to signing the deal, and continued to follow up after the job was done. The craftsmanship by the roofers, themselves, was impeccable. Showing up so early the day of the re-roof and somehow managing to finish it in ONE DAY was remarkable.
