THE FIRST ESTIMATE WAS FOR EXCLUSION OF RODENTS INCLUDING SEAL ALL ENTRY POINTS, PEPPER SPRAY UNDERNEATH, SET TRAPS, BAIT, REMOVAL OR CAUGHT RATS, REBATE AND REMOVE. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN WITH HIS SERVICE THAT HE HAS PROVIDED. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND EXPLAINS FULLY WHAT HE IS DOING TO MY UNDERSTANDING! ARick Ricker Termite & Pest Control IncOur detached garage was being consumed. I called someone else first that we had used before for something else. They came out, looked at it and then didn't call me back. It was kind of a problem because of its proximity to our well and I guess he didn't want a challenge. Anyway, Rick Ricker handled it, no problems since, and we have a regular checkup every year on our buildings. They have also come and handled an extra stubborn ant problem that resisted my own efforts. That was managed well too.- Melliny L.

FOwner came to treat for ant problem. Was supposed to return in a week to retreat. Did not show up, called him to 2 times and left messages, also texted. He did not respond to calls and texts, we have never heard back from him. Ant problem was not corrected.

He took his time, pointed out areas around my home that could be contributing to the problem, and then sprayed and did all he had to do inside and outside of my home.
