The prior system had been broken and cut underground so that when the water was turned on the water bubbled up in unusual places. Heads were broken off and paved over. Charlie's price was very good and the team got it accomplished before lunch in one day. They replaced several heads that were not technically in the quote for no additional charge. The system they installed allowed for expansion as well as the ability to add iPhone control!- Craig C.

ACULTIV8 LANDSCAPE SERVICESI highly recommend Cultiv8 Landscaping Services. They have been nothing short of professional in their responsiveness, accommodations and ability to get things done. We are currently undergoing a massive landscape project that includes grading, clearing debris, taking out trees, fencing, landscape design. While I was getting quotes from multiple companies we went with Cultiv8 as they provided all the services we need at a very reasonable quote. They assisted us in phasing and budgeting to make our vision a reality. This included helping us establish our dog run, first phase of fencing, grading, taking out trees along with stump grinding, and installing an irrigation system. They even helped us with our renovation efforts by providing a dumpster! Our project is still ongoing with Cultiv8 and will be posting an update. ARain On Your Land Irrigation Inc.I give my highest recommendation for Guillermo Perez and Rain on Your Land Irrigation. Guillermo was very professional, easy to work with, and really just a nice person. He and his crew were at my house 2 full days to install a 7 zone irrigation system. After the installation was complete, he walked me through using the control panel and we went to observe each irrigation zone. I never thought I'd say something like this about sprinklers, but the design and function are just beautiful. His price was competitive and he was able to start work within a reasonable time frame. AHostetler Irrigation IncHostetler's representative came out and reviewed my concerns. He explained that a malfunctioning sprinkler head had likely become temporarily clogged but had since flushed itself. He also explained how two sprinkler heads which I thought were not working were simply assigned to another zone. In short, there was nothing for them to do at this time. And he left. I was stunned with his professionalism and expertise. They didn't even make a service charge! Clearly they are trustworthy and I will call them first when I do. In fact, I just realized that a couple of my landscaping lights are out, plus I want to expand my lighting system. I didn't know they did lighting as well but you can bet I will be giving them a call.- William K.

AFlorida's Finest Landscape ServiceGary and his crew are some of the most professional that I have worked with. By far the most professional of the three companies I used to remodel of my backyard. Every team member is professional and personable. Willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy. Additionally, they leave the job site (our backyard) better than it was when they arrived by cleaning up the entire area, even in places that they did not do work in. After the original scope of work was completed, I realized that I needed to do more. They were able to quote the additional work and get it accomplished in a timely manner. FI would not recommend a company that can't quote you an hourly rate. Often time's a fixed quoted fee not based on actual time and hourly rate, will be set much higher than needed under that business model. I just wanted a sprinkler valve located and Sunrise Irrigation quoted an additional (advance) diagnostic fee of $500.00 to locate the valve, after I was being charged a 59.00 diagnostic fee for them to come out and spending 30 minutes to visually inspect the zones that were working. That additional quoted $500.00 would be equivalent to nearly 7 hours of work at 75.00 an hour (a going rate in the area) to locate a valve. With the equipment they have, they easily could have traced out and located that valve in an hour or less.

I really appreciated that because I have a baby. Shane came out and fixed all my sprinkler issues and also educated me on my system. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend Shane if you decide to use this company. If I have any issues in the future I will be using this company again.

AGreg's guys came by and in less than an hour fixed the pump, checked over the zones, rebalanced a zone with new heads, and fixed every other problem. They double checked the programming, and it was clear that they were experts. Very satisfied, definitely the A team. In the future we are adding a pool and will have to reconfigure the system. They will get the call when we are ready to do that.

Northside Lawn Service is owned and operated by Richard Ellis. Richard has over 25 years commercial and residential experience in Landscape design and installation, lawn maintenance, irrigation, tree work, drainage and pest control. Pest control work is subcontracted.

ANorthside Lawn Service did an excellent job replacing approximately 20 shrubs, plus adding 6-cubic-yards of pine bark nuggets to my shrub-bed and tree areas! They also trimmed my 75' long viburnum hedge to a height of 10'-6" and repaired a couple of leaking buried sprinkler pipes. Kerry handled the administrative side, and was very competent and professional. Brandon, Bill, and Richard did the physical work on the scheduled day. They showed up on time and worked most of the day removing shrubs, installing new shrubs and nuggets, and trimming the hedge. After installing all the new plants, I asked them to move a couple of them a few inches to exactly where I wanted them. They were customer-focused and receptive to doing so, which I really appreciated. Their price was reasonable based on the amount of work required. If I need similar work done in the future, my first call will be to Northside Lawn Service!
