    Perfectly. We wanted to change the carrier of our auto insurance policy if a comparable policy could be found with a lower premium. Andy Hersh was the agent. Andy met and then exceeded our expectations with the policy he found for us. Not only was the premium hundreds of dollars lower but the deductible was cut in half. Andy was the ultimate professional. He returned all calls promptly. He addressed all of concerns. He trouble shooted all problems and assisted us in resolving them 110 percent. If you have any insurance needs call Andy. I know we will not be calling anyone else but Andy in the future.

    All I can say... Richard Vazquez is my insurance guy for LIFE. I had the same policy for years, never thought twice about it. Someone recommended that I sit with him to review the policy, which I did. He and his staff were very professional and polite. Richard went the extra mile to find the best policy, and my bill was cut in HALF. No kidding. Exact same coverage. Richard is always available for questions, and responsive to emails. THIS is what an insurance specialist is supposed to be like! I think everyone should schedule time with them.. I put my reputation behind their service!

    Initially, I was very pleased with the service I received. After receiving a quote for homeowner's insurance, I purchased this policy/binder. After sending payment, I called Jim at Artisan to make sure that my home is insured. Jim explained that I have a binder, the inspection had been performed, it looked OK, and I will receive the policy in about a week. Then - and only then - I cancelled my prior insurance policy. After about a week, I received a letter from the new insurance company. I thought, and quot;great, my new policy is here, I'll take it to my mortgage company tomorrow.and quot; However... when I opened the letter, it was not a policy. It was a notice of cancellation! My policy is being cancelled because my home didn't pass inspection. So I called Jim at Artisan, he called the insurance company, and said they will approve it if I make a minor repair and get the trees trimmed. I wish they had told me upon inspection (I wish I had told me when they were going to inspect it, I would have been there), or at the very least, prior to sending a notice of cancellation - which went to my mortgage company also. That was so unnecessary, and it puts me in a bind with my mortgage company. I am willing to do whatever I have to do to secure homeowner's insurance. If I don't, my mortgage company will - on my behalf - at an inflated price. So please, just tell me what I need to do and I'll do it. But don't cancel me! That was harsh. It's certainly not the way I would treat a customer. Since I'm going out of town two days from now, and I now have to prove to my mortgage company that I haven't been cancelled (I hope... but there's no guarantee, I'm still waiting), I acted quickly to get the trees trimmed. I took pictures, sent documentation to Artisan and called Raysa at Arisan as soon as I possibly could, all in a matter of days (THANK YOU Beaver's Tree Service). I explained the urgency and Raysa said they would take care of it right away. That was yesterday. Today I called Raysa at Artisan only to find out they don't know anything more than they did yesterday. Again, she said they would work on it right away. Raysa called me back a short time later to say she had contacted the insurance company, who is looking into it. Still no confirmation. Raysa also said she contacted my mortgage company and explained the situation to them. I didn't expect that, and I give Raysa and Artisan kudos for doing that. Overall, however, this has been a stressful experience - and that could have been prevented by simply saying and quot;you need to do these things before we can approve youand quot; PRIOR to sending a letter of cancellation.

    UPDATE 07/30/2015: Dear Mr. Vasquez, thank you but my issue is not resolved - the letter of cancellation has not been rescinded. As noted above, and as I have explained to Raysa, I am currently out of state and I am leaving the country this morning. That's why, immediately upon seeing your response, I left you a voicemail requesting a return call. I spoke to Raysa yesterday morning (07/29/2014), she said you would be in the office later that day, and she would ask you to return my call. I have not received a return call from you yet (it is now 8:40am EST, 07/30/2014).

    Please, Mr. Vasquez, I need your promise, as the president of your company, that the letter of cancellation will be rescinded. I will consider this issue resolved once the insurance company rescinds the letter of cancellation. As I am now leaving the country, please reply here on Angie's List. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
