AUp cleaningI have been using the Upcleaning crew for several years now and I have been completely pleased with their services. I started with a deep clean (9 work hours). Since then they have cleaned my house every 2 weeks . (4 work hours) They are easy to schedule, show up on time and get through quickly. I love having multiple cleaners get in and out. I believe the charges are a good value. I have had no trouble with having anything broken. Ever since covid they have taken precautions to protect themselves and my family. They bring their own cleaning supplies. I love the feeling of walking into a clean house after they've left! They also do window cleaning and pressure washing- Sarah s.

AYou've Got MAIDS MidFloridaAll went good. They didn't get the blinds in the kitchen. I think they ran out of something. The tile in the bathroom needs more attention. They said it is caused by hard water. Hopefully they will have a better solution to clean it with next time! I thought they were going to clean the windows but they didn't.- Charlotte P.

FIt did not. Scheduled for a Friday at 8 AM, and we got a text at 7 AM stating that the cleaning person was not going to show up and that they were unable to find a replacement. They then went ahead and rescheduled for Sunday morning without inquiring whether or not this was convenient. I canceled. We scheduled the cleaning as we were having a party Friday night and wanted the place looking its best. Of course, after calling 16 places on Angie's list on a Friday for a Friday, cleaning was not possible. Not under any circumstances would I hire Handy for any task. The only way to communicate with Handy is through email. Therefore, I did not even have the satisfaction of working something else out or having Handy refer me to another company that could help out. Nobody needs that kind of frustration at 7 AM on any day. F across the Board.

DThis business was provided by Angie's List. I contacted them and provided details of the house- size in square feet (that was also entered in the Angie's List search for a provider), number of bedrooms, bathrooms, type of flooring, details of tasks to be done and items that did not need to be done, and frequency of cleaning (also part of the Angie's List search process).. The company asked what I was paying and I told them. They quoted a price and we made an appointment for cleaning. They came and did the cleaning, but when it came time to pay them, they wanted twice the original agreement and "compromised" on 1.5 times the original price. They said the price was based on square footage and that was why it was higher, but that had been provided in the first discussion before they set the price. I deem it either incompetence or bait-and-switch.

FAfter I explained the parameters of the project I had a phone conversation with the intent of being absolutely clear about what I needed. I said 2 things: "it's a mess" and "not expecting miracles", since I wasn't looking to turn the place into a surgical ward. So after date and time were agreed upon, I get an email later in the day saying basically it was too much for them. Not even the basic decency to call where we could have spoken about expectations and compensation (since this was my first time trying to hire a cleaning company). It was something I really needed done and would have not minded paying more.
