  • This company far exceeded our expectations. As a former Army Command Sergeant Major, I demand professionalism and the highest level integrity about individuals in their performance. Jim Yeager the owner of the business certainly exemplifies the above. The work was completed on time as promised, while Jim made personal visit to ensure his contractors were doing the right work as promised. A owner who really cares about his customers. The end product was way above our expectations and left our home way better than before the project started. Even if small corrections needed to be made a few weeks after the project was completed, Jim and his contractors made it happen without any additional costs. If you want to have the job completed on time, without major costs, have contractors respect your home and add their personnel touch, this is the company I would highly recommend for any home improvements. The best part it was so easy working with our insurance company and Jim to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks to Jim and his team of professionals we are so happy with the outcome. If you go looking for other contractors, I would lay my stripes on the line that you will find no better company that will work for you. Outstanding work, cost and professionalism by his entire team!! All because of a business owner who truly cares about people he serves and makes their home as he would his own !!! Daryl and Brenda

  • Their work was outstanding in every way. Another vendor informed us that our floor couldn't be refinished and suggested that we would need to replace the floor at a cost of about $20,000. After careful inspection Through the woods concluded that they could sand and refinish the floor. They saved us about $13,000 and did a wonderful job on the floor. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional

  • Working with Kevin and his crew from Taylor Made, to remodel my 1959 home, was a wonderful experience. The first thing I noticed about Kevin, and the reason I selected Taylor Made, was his ability to see and hear the vision I had for the remodel. In addition to that, he continually offered suggestions that would help make my vision a reality. Kevin continually kept me up to date on the remodel's progress and always had quick and thorough answers to my questions, extremely valuable qualities for this project, since the remodel was done long distance. When I had the opportunity to stop by and see the remodel in its early stages, I was extremely impressed by the quality of the work. It was easy to tell by the initial demo and framing that the work was top notch, with excellent craftsmanship. When I had to leave, I knew my remodel was in excellent hands, and that proved to be the case throughout the project. There were several pieces of this project that might have been challenging, but in every case Kevin was able to make my vision a reality. By the time the remodel was done, I could truthfully say that Kevin and his crew had made my entire vision a reality. I was thrilled with my new home and knew that the job was well done and to the highest standards. Thank you Kevin and crew!!

  • I choose World of Floors because their price was lower. BIG MISTAKE I should have trusted my gut that paying a little more would be worth it. They installed new wood floors as well as carpet in a large home. Wood was installed beautifully. Carpeting was installed with the wrong padding. I knew the minute I stepped on it and called them up. They told me they never charged me for the upgrade and said if I paid the difference they would replace it. The came out and replaced it but there was a LOT and I mean a LOT of left over carpet and padding. In fact there was a whole role of padding that was never opened. The installers asked if I would like it hauled away and I said no because I wanted to see if I had paid for more than I needed, and I wanted to be sure I got a refund. I thought that was weird to have so much left over since the salesman showed me on the computer how he was accurately placing pieces to "save me money". I spoke with Diana the owner. She agreed after a few weeks to review the matter and I sent pictures to show how much there was. She gave me a partial refund. A few months later we re-carpeted a rental of ours. Since they corrected their mistake I went with them again. This time Jaime was our salesman. He never showed us the computer and we arranged for full house carpeting. After they were finished we AGAIN had tons of carpet and padding left over, one piece was enough to carpet another large room. Beyond the huge scraps, one piece was 15 x 12 ft! When I called Jaime our salesperson about the excessive remnants, he screamed at me and he actually said "you pay by the job, not by the square feet" REALLY? And I BET HE got something from the installers for the extra's that they "took away" too! I called Diana again. She said she would send someone over to pick it up because she had no idea what was sent. As a business owner if you have my house measurements and you have the order placed - you should be able to catch when something is not right. I said I want to make sure I got my refund again. That was the last I heard from her. I have called off and on for six weeks. I leave my name and number and she does not call back. Finally I left a message that said return my call or I am writing a review, which I hate to do. I would have much preferred to have my refund and the extra carpet hauled off. Looking back I remember that the installers seemed kind of mad that they didn't get to take the extra carpet and padding. They never mentioned returning it to the store - just "taking it away". RUN AWAY and Never use a business that say the per foot price is the lowest but sells you MORE than you need! VERIFY YOUR NUMBERS before signing a contract. Also, look them up on Employee reviews are horrible. Apparently they don't pay commissions correctly either. This may be the way sales people increase their sales!

  • Chris and coworker came out to extend the wood flooring into our guest bedroom.  I will mention that they had also previously laid all of the wood flooring we currently have in our home.  They removed the carpeting (and all that entails along with clean-up) and were so amazing and took out the first few pieces of wood that lead up to the room so that they could lay the wood straight into the room without any transitional pieces.  The end result is flawless.  I have a couple of additional rooms to be done and I won't call anyone else!  I was completely comfortable in leaving the home to run errands and when we returned they had finished the job, cleaned the entire room, disposed of all the remnants and had a nice pile of what was left over.  Couldn't be more impressed and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional flooring job.

  • Excellent job. We already had hardwood in the hallway and he did a great job of transitioning it so that it all looked like it was done in one job. He was very professional and finished the job very quickly.

  • Michelle came out to do the quote. She was all business and highly competent. The work crew was another story. We moved the contents of our home into our garage to make it easy for the install crew. The crew set up their saw inside our garage. As a result the entire contents of our home were covered in sawdust. We were advised that the job would be a 3 day job and the crew rushed through it in a day and a half. after they left we found glue spots everywhere. It was soluble glue, but we had them back out to clean it. After they left we had to re-clean it again. Four weeks later we go out to get something out of our deep freeze in the garage to find they had unplugged the deep freeze when working and never plugged it back in. A month's worth of sour spoiled meat. Not good. Additionally the crew were smoking outside our home and left cigarette butts everywhere in our landscape for us to clean up. Would not use again. Michelle is their only redeeming quality.

  • The salesperson who brought samples didn't show us all the available samples of products.  They subflooring wasn't done at all.  After the installation, I felt air pockets all throughout the floor when walking on it.  Also, during the initial installation, they didn't remove carpet tack strips and ended up scratching the new flooring with these tack strips that they were dragging across the new flooring.  They did replace these pieces.  Ultimately, they needed to completely redo the work because of the subflooring.  I was very disappointed and I feel they were over-priced and the product was inferior.

  • The Go Mobile team was great.  From the inital estimate, our experience was great.  Our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and professional.  She helped us select an affordable nice hardwood option for our office/study.  The installation went smootly and quickly with no mess after the work was performed.  Great experience.  Thank you.

  • Responded with a quick appointment at our home for estimates.  Appointment was set and materials were ready for install within a week.  Installers were professional.  Received a call directly from Mr Yeager making sure everything was going as planned.  The wrong tiles were sent in for the fireplace and a solution was found immediately without delaying install. After the floor was replaced in the kitchen, the elevation was different so the appliances didn't fit in as they should. Again, the problem was remedied within a day without a hassle! Would definitely recommend Yeager.  It's invaluable knowing that the company will stand behind their work and make any corrections as needed!
