Mr Rogers agreed to come out same day to install a dishwasher and even did me a personal favor as a repeat customer. They took my old dishwasher to a friend of mine from church that needed one badly. They then installed the old dishwasher at the friends house and hauled away her old one. That's going the extra mile. Will always recommend them!

The project started on time, but ran into issues due to an inexperienced foreman. S&W replaced the foreman with a very experienced foreman named Mike Frary, who quickly took charge and was able to get the project moving. His attention to detail, our concerns, and his follow through were excellent. We have been very happy with our end result - many positive comments from family and friends. If S&W is selected for your project, definitely request that Mike be your project foreman.

Dave of Lasker's now owns Tampa Bay Powder Coating. His company was recommended to me by a sheet metal manufacturer, fabricator in Tampa for his quality. He also does government and commercial work which gave me added confidence that they would do a good job. He did excellent work sandblasting and powder coating my 7 piece patio set. You can bring your items to his location. His price was fair, he picked up and delivered the finished set as I had no way of getting it to his shop. The work was quick and is of high quality. I love my color selection. I could not purchase a set of the same quality and with the same detailed scroll work as my current set. Powder Coating definitely was the best environmentally friendly and economical solution rather than buying a new set.

Summary: If you look at reviews for this company, they are excellent. In order to protect your wallet, please be cautious. The movers who completed the job were great to work with, aside from dropping my mother-in-laws piano down a set of stairs (truly hope the mover is okay). The front desk, however, quoted me a fixed hourly rate with no service fee. When it came time to pay, they slipped on a $100 service fee. When I questioned this, I was treated terribly by two different individuals in their office. If you go with this company, PLEASE print a copy of your quote when you receive it. They update their quotes in real-time, as they are a link to a cloud-based server. If you dont print your quote, you will have no proof that you have been scammed. I sincerely hope they enjoy the additional $100 they swindled from my 77 year-old mother-in-law. The only reason I am giving a D rating overall is because of the customer service provided by the actual movers. The Movers: The movers were very professional and courteous. They started at 9 AM and finished around 11 AM for a job that the office thought would take 1.5 hours. I understand that it can be difficult to estimate without an actual inventory, especially in the hot Florida sun. The only issue we had with the movers themselves was that they dropped my mother-in-laws piano down a flight of stairs. This unfortunately resulted in an ugly break to the toe of one of the movers. We were actually more concerned about him than the piano, and are unsure at this point if there was any damage to the piano. We are hoping not. They got a replacement mover in place within approximately 30 minutes (much appreciated), but they did not feel comfortable attempting to move the piano up the stairs again. At that point, my husband offered to just move it into the garage of our own home to save anyone else from injury. Had we known they would not be able to move the piano, we would have gone with a different company. Now, we will have to pay a separate company to complete that portion of the move. The Office: When I initially talked to the gentleman at Brothers, I explained that we were moving my mother-in-law from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom within the same complex. I shared that the move would include an upright piano up one flight of stairs, which he said would be no problem. He was very friendly and professional, and stated that we could pay a flat rate of $125/hour for 2 movers, and $33 per additional 15-minute increment. I asked if they charge a service fee, as a competitor had just quoted the same amount, but with an additional $80 for use of their truck. The gentleman said that, no, they did not charge any additional amount beyond the hourly rate. He promised to e-mail me a quote, which he did. I opened the quote and looked for the correct date, address, and that the items I mentioned (especially the piano) were listed. My husband is certain that the $100 service fee was not on the quote at that time. Not only did I recap my conversation about the phone estimate with my hubby, he also reviewed the e-mailed quote, which I forwarded to him that same day. On the moving day, after the piano was dropped, we were told that $62.50 would be deducted from the bill to account for the 30-minute pause. Since the move lasted 2.5 hours, this would total $312.50 ($125 x 3 hours = $375 - $62.50 for 30 minutes). Once they were done, the movers presented us with a bill for $475!! Come to find out, they did not deduct the $62.50, AND they tacked on a $100 service fee. After talking to the front office, the movers got the $62.50 deducted, and stated that the office would be calling about the $100 service fee. I received a call within a few minutes from the same gentleman who provided the quote. He said very sternly, I know I told you about the fee, and Im sorry you forgot. He would not listen to me, and was incredibly rude. He stated that it was in the estimate, that I opened it shortly after he sent it, and accepted it. I opened up the e-mailed estimate with him on the phone, but it was now a bill with the final amount no longer the original estimate!! When I continued to question the situation, he had their office manager call me. She said rather sternly that she heard I refused to pay the bill. This was NOT the case, I just wanted to pay what we were quoted. She became aggressive, was talking loudly over me (practically yelling), and condescending to me about the math. She said that if we did not pay soon, the clock would continue and we would be charged more since the movers were waiting for payment!! This has to be about the worst customer experience Ive ever had. I was polite up to this point, and then said a few choice words to the woman and hung up. I felt disrespected, and reacted accordingly. I cannot see why they couldnt talk through things professionally, as I had up to that point. They completely scammed us, and are getting away with an additional $100. We did not even get an apology from the office about the piano being dropped, and not moved into the apartment. The movers should be running the office, as they were amazingly professional and kind from start to finish. I just hope the workers are treated better than the customers.

Very well.  I guess I was surprised that the company was called "Appliance Repairs".  They were prompt and got the job done in what I thought was a reasonable amount of time.  Lesson learned...don't wait so long for the next cleaning!

We were supposed to get a call today to give us a time frame for the repairman to arrive. We did not get that call. That is my only negative in this review. I ended up calling at 2:00 and were told he would be here between 3 and 6:00. Repairman (Rafael) called us at 5:30 and said previous calls were taking longer than expected and he would be here within 45 minutes, and he did arrive promptly. We knew the dryer's timer was broken and that it was making a lot of noise.  The repairman's estimate showed broken timer and bad bearings, at a cost that made us decide it was better to just replace the dryer.  Rafael was very courteous, put everything back in its place, and told us if we decided to go ahead with the repairs, the cost of the service call would be deducted from the repair bill. Note:  We had already figured the dryer was on it's way out, but wanted to be sure it wasn't just simple repairs before we spent the money on a new appliance. I consider the service call money well spent.

I chose Woody's Appliances because he had the character to refund one of the other reviewers for there product. I personally believe honesty goes a long way so that really spoke to me. I bought a garage freezer from them, they gave me a 90 day warrantyand delivery was free!

He gave me a quote and I called him 3 weeks later to perform the service. The quote then changed from almost $400.00 to over $700.00. This was to repair a sticking dial on an Advantium Oven and one burner on my gas stove. He said I needed to replace all 4 burners as you can't replace just one. He stated that he only quoted me to replace one burner which was a lie. He told me at the time that I would need to replace all 4.
After I called to have the service done, it took over a week for hime to call me back and then the quote changed from the original.
Lame explanation. Will not use this service. Would be cheaper to buy totally new appliances.

Terrible.  I had a salesman come to my house in May of 2014 and a contract for service signed shortly after.  It took over two months to get my appointment for installation and 2 days before the scheduled install date I was contacted and was told that my components had not even been ordered yet and it would be over another month until they could install.  During the course of the installation, components were forgotten, not delivered and the install team had to come back every two to four weeks for months until the job was complete.  I was told I would be receiving a discount for my months of waiting and getting things wrong.  Today, after the project finally being done for a little over a month now, was contacted and told that I had a remaining balance due that they wanted to now collect without any discounts.  I was told that the upgrades I was given for my trouble was actually instead of a discount which I was never told about. I would have done without the extras if I knew I had to still pay full price for this project.  Overall, I took almost seven months to order, install (correctly) and pay for a closet that should have been done in 4 days which I was originally told would happen.  I will say that the finished product came out very nice and I ham happy with it, but the time and communication with the company was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone after this experience.

Drama less service from initial visit to installation. Workmanship met my very high expectations.  Small kitchen remodel, every inch was utilized. My exact design came to life once installed.  The cabinets have very smooth heavy duty tracks. He is very professional and a great craftsman. Second face of the remodel I want him to build the office furniture and the laundry room cabinets. I wish I can post pictures.
