    Mr Rogers agreed to come out same day to install a dishwasher and even did me a personal favor as a repeat customer. They took my old dishwasher to a friend of mine from church that needed one badly. They then installed the old dishwasher at the friends house and hauled away her old one. That's going the extra mile. Will always recommend them!

    Did an excellent job, would hire again for appliance repair. He came within the time frame he gave us. Because repair work was done, his service call fee was waived. He also made sure that the dryer was running properly and cleaned all vents, including one that we didn't know lint can escape to under the dryer. Showed my husband how to remove and check this spot, at least once a year. Very professional and polite.

    I called and spoke to Bill. He was able to get a technician out even sooner than I anticipated! The tech was prompt, professional and courteous. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Since I was replacing/upgrading my existing gas range Gas Masters supplied me with the paperwork to submit to TECO for a rebate! I couldn't be happier with Gas Masters and their employees.

    scheduled to come 17 April , but had some time so called and came 13 Apr. Part was ordered for 17 Apr return. Upon return and repair, it was determined the part was not needed so problem solved with no charge for part. That's honesty. The Appliance Squad is also professional and friendly, will definitely use again.

    Based on Angie's List recommendation, we called Appliance Geek to look at our non-operating washer. We are very happy we did. Jon was able to come by the next morning and arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time. After diagnosing, Jon advised us that the repair costs would outweigh the cost of replacing the washer. There was no pressure or unnecessary attempt at repairs. We were only charged a modest service charge. We appreciate that kind of honesty. Appliance Geek will be our first call for any future appliance repairs and we will be recommending them to our friends.

    We called on a Monday to make an appointment to have our clothes washer repaired. First of all the call center was evidently in India, and I had a very hard time understanding the agent. An appointment was made for the following Wednesday for between 1pm and 5pm. I made sure I was at my home before 1pm. No one showed up or called by 445pm, so I called the 800 number. Again, I had a very hard time understanding the agent. She told me that time had been changed for the repairman to now arrive by 7:45pm. I asked why I was not notified, to which she had no answer or apology. I told her I might cancel the appointment, since, at this point I was very irritated. After thinking it over I decided to wait. Finally, at 7:30pm the repairman showed up. The repairman was very nice and apologetic. The work was completed in about 30 minutes, and he was very knowledgeable and efficient. No complaints about the repair itself, although I think the cost was a little high. He said it would be $250, but gave me a 20% discount for a coupon I had. I checked the part online, and it was $47 from Whirlpool, who makes the washer. I am sure Sears paid a lot less than that, but charged $90 for the part ( a capacitor). I understand they need to make a profit, but for 30 minutes work and the part I think the price is high. I originally called Sears because I thought they would have the most expertise in repairing the washer, but with the problems with the scheduling and the language barrier I believe I will go elsewhere in the future

    Jon was right on time and got the job done quickly. I even emailed him about the flap sticking about 2 weeks later and he came out to take a look for no charge. Jon is friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. I'd hire him again for any other appliance work we need done.

    I have a Samsung Refrigerator that pools water under the veggie tray. The water freezes which eventually prevents the tray from being pulled out. I requested an appointment between 2pm & 4pm so I could be there and explain. They would not accommodate my request and showed up at 11am, so I couldn���t be there for the appointment. Over the phone, I spoke to the repairman, while he was in my kitchen, who demanded an additional $90. When I asked him what service he had performed, he stated that he had cleaned the back of the unit. I explained to him that I was capable of cleaning the unit and wanted him to address the pooling of water. After a frustrating conversation, I was convinced the repairman was not interested in helping me. I told him to leave and I would talk to his supervisors about the $90. Two weeks later, the refrigerator still pools water as if they had done nothing at all. I do not recommend this company for any service.

    When they arrived the repairman proceeded check to see if appliance was even plugged in and then gave me a lesson in how to push the buttons, that they had a "sweet spot". I stated that this issue has been getting worse, and the buttons were not working like the dryer. He continued to maintain that it was all user error and left. Sears then called to say that they would not be repairing panel because of bug infestation behind the panel. He never even removed panel, so how would they know. I did look this up, and apparently can happen in places like Florida with washers. I called the company no less than 6 times to speak to then and they never returned my call. For the most part, I wanted to get a quote to repair out of pocket. Guess they don't need my business.
