EXCELLENT!!!. when he was living in Orlando, he by himself remodeled (after a flooding broken pipe) our kitchen, put granite counter top, put tiles and backsplash, installed the electric stove and all the wires......ohhh almost forgot removed an old fireplace that we never used and put drywalls and fixed the roof outside ...the best handyman ever...Thank you Kelly for all that you did for us...we miss you here in Orlando... trust me all is exactly the same as you left it, you deserve much much prosperity...

    Franky's Electric Inc
I put in for quotes through Angie's List and it said 4 vendors would give me quotes. 2 called right away. Frankies did not. I waited over the weekend and followed up on Monday. When I talked to Frank and told him about the work he gave me an "off the cuff" quote of $675 for the coach lights. That seemed outrageous to me, and he said he would give me a quote on the rest when he came out to do the coach lights. I think giving a high quote like that is un-professional. So, I said NO, I want a quote on the whole job, and then I will decide if we go ahead or not. He said he could not come out and give me a free quote - it would be $125 for a quote. WHAT? Who ever heard of such a thing? Everybody knows you should get 3 quotes and select the best. This guy is unprofessional and I think Angies list should stop sending him quotes as he obviously doesn't need the work. The man I spoke to was Frank, but at one point he said l"let me go ask my Dad", so i assume I was speaking to Frank Jr. His quote was very high, so low marks on price. His attitude was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

    In Phaze Electric
I hired IN-PHAZE as a "professional" electrical contractor and their work DID NOT PASS INSPECTION!!! Here were the reasons listed: 1. 2014 NEC 352 Article; Ridge Polyvinyl Chloride Conduit Type PVC locknuts not properly installed at service 2. 2014 NEC 408.4 Every circuit and circuit modification shall be legibly identified as to its clear, evident, and specific purpose or use. Unless you actually want an electrician that CAN'T pass an inspection on the first try, that's a pain to get a hold of, and is so unreliable that you hardly ever know WHEN and IF they will show, do yourself a favor and find another company and forget about IN-PHAZE.

We called and left a voice mail message 24 hours ago for someone to return my call, explaining my electrical problem, leaving my home phone number. I was surprised a copy with so many awards from Angie's List did not have a person to answer its phone. I am also surprised 24 hours later, i am still waiting on a person to return my call. As a result, i will not be doing business with a company who has shown a lack of punctuality and professionalism with a perspective client. Makes me wonder what avenue of contact their clients have with this company after the work is done.

    Milano Construction Inc
This was a fantastic experience! Came out the same day for the estimate and got me in the schedule for the next morning, which was perfect for my schedule. The price was just where I needed it to be and half of what a competitor quoted.

The (Alex) installer showed up 2 hours later than agreed up time. He "finished" the work in about 20 minutes. Initially he said he was going to cut a hole for the exhaust on the side of the home when he gave me the estimate but instead ran the exhaust line across my house to the ventilation duct. Instead of running another power line to the switch he ran it directly off the same light switch in the bathroom so that it turns on at the same time. This is a shady company. Make sure you keep an eye on them if you decide to hire them!

    CN Romack
CN Romack was one of three contractors to quote the job. Newly and Dave were very personable and easy to talk to about the project and what our vision was. Once we received our quotes, it was clear that CN Romack was the only one to quote exactly what was requested. We chose Newly and his team for this job. After discussing with Newly we decided to demo our bathroom and prep for the work to come. What we saved in labor cost was redirected to the cost of reframing the new shower enclosure due to old termite damage found. This set the crew back by a few days but they caught up fairly quickly and were back on schedule. Newly arranged all plumbing, electrical and glass installation. We only had to make sure we had all fixtures/valves needed on hand for the installation. Throughout the process Newly was very open with suggestions and ideas for design. This was a huge help to us and very much appreciated. The project started on December 4th and the finishing touch was the installation of the shower glass on the 22nd. Our bathroom now feels like our very own spa and looks fantastic. We are very happy with the work done and look forward to having Newly help us with our next project. I have included before and after photos.

Very smooth transaction from 1st call to scheduling to completing the work. Tito is very professional, knows his trade very well and his customer service is superior. His rates are very reasonable and we are already planning to use his service again to upgrade our home electric. Thank you Tito.

    Handyman Power LLC
The first thing that got me was how polite he was on the telephone, then of course the price and availability.
Very professional, I could see that he was very experience when explaining what it needed to be done. Loved the fact that he told me he will be arriving at 9 am, and did just that.
Thank you Handyman Power for an amazing job.

The electrician noted that the service panel needed to be updated to accommodate the power load created by a room addition. He also noted the lack of GFCI outlets in the kitchen area & 2 of our 3 bathrooms. He gave a quote for the cost of the updates & provided pictures of the problem spots.
