    They first day they came was 11/28/18. ordered parts. It is now 2/22/19. They still have not fixed my dishwasher. When they do send someone out they just throw another part at it. I would not call them again if all I needed was to close a door. Warning DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I requested the owner William Gore call me and he never did. Well I guess I would be embarrassed to if this was the kind of work my company did.

    David was very professional, went over and above to provide customer satisfaction. He had to patch 19 wholes from a repipe on our home, he did not rush the work and we can not tell where he did the patch work. David you are top notch......

    All went smoothly, professionally, without confusion, and quickly but without rushing. Because I was interested in the process, Dale explained each item he was inspecting and the comments that would be reported for each item. I also received a copy of the report that was submitted to my insurance company. The report was clear, succinct, and included good pictures. I highly recommend Dale Reppy and would use his services again if I needed them.

    THE WORST SERVICE EVER! They dropped our piano off the back of the truck and couldn't lift it back up by themselves. This company - OWNER CHARLES LITTON - dropped my wife's 100 year old heirloom piano off of the back of their truck. When we called to schedule the house move - CHARLES promised that they move pianos all the time. We have a regular piano mover that we typically use - but we were assured there would be no need to hire two sets of movers since we were moving the rest of our furniture too. My wife reiterated on the initial phone call, "this piano is like my 4th child. If you're not confident then please let me know, I'm happy to have our normal guy out." The reply - by CHARLES - was that they do it all the time. They DROPPED OUR PIANO OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK! I have video of CHARLES talking over my wife, who was in tears, that we were notified in writing ahead of time that this could happen, and while he couldn't confirm which piano we had - because he REFUSED come to the site - and because it is a century old hand crafted piece - he would pay 60 cents per pound for it to be repaired - up to 450lbs. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked him to come to the site to verify the damage - get a quote from my trusted piano repair man - and then I would pay the difference towards the move. More than fair in my opinion as a business owner myself. He replied, "I'm not coming out there. If you don't pay... I'll file suit." At what point in business practice is it acceptable to have a base rate charge - but require more money on top of that to do the job well? Why would you ever hire a company where the comment is made, ���if I had known it was really important I would have been more careful.��� Everything is important - it���s your job to be careful. NEVER EVER EVER use this company. CHARLES LITTON can't be trusted.

    Superb. A respected Electrician partnered with R&C Engineering to provide the best service possible. We plan to install solar for our office once the roof is replaced. Together they calculated exactly the KW needed for us to be self sufficient.

    I called Royal Green Cleaning and was told the number was not in service. I found her website and called another number and left a message. Maria called me back and I told her the house was empty and I needed it cleaned and she said she had the next Friday afternoon or Sunday morning open. I said how about Fri and she said she would rather do it Sunday so she could take her time and I said fine. Then she texted to say she couldn't do it at all, and I texted back if she could do it another time and she texted and said she could do it Fri after all, so I said fine. She was supposed to have been at the house to clean it at 1 PM Fri, but she never showed up or called and I have not heard from her since.

    They came out and installed a new air conditioner/heater. The were prompt, did an excellent job, very friendly, easy to work with, and when I called them for a follow up call they came the next day and were very helpful on the phone and in person. Excellent workmanship, and help.

    Dealing with these people is a breeze. Everything happened in a timely fashion. This is the 2nd time they have replaced windows for me. I requested the same installers. They showed up early, cleaned up after themselves. Friendly.

    My wife and I have used Fox Movers for our last move and we are very satisfied. These guys were fantastic. They handled all of my furniture and belongings with extreme care. They were also very pleasant to talk to and made the whole experience a lot less painful than moves generally are.
