    We hire a town car to and from the airport instead of a taxi, expecting to pay more, but to get a nicer smoother ride. We've used them a few times before, it's hit or miss. One previous time they sent us an old junky Chrysler 300 and we specifically asked for a clear newer car. She pulled up in a beat up dented car, dirty and smelly inside, rattled worse than
    an old taxi. That is exactly why we pay for a town car hoping to avoid. I asked the driver how many miles was on the car, she said 222k. The main issue it the car was dented up and dirty and smelly inside - a rattle trap.  It was NO better than a taxi. Unfortunately, we have paid in advance for 3 more pickups in the next week. So, I called the office once we got to the airport to again request a better car. The lady who answered said, without a pleasant attitude: "Our cars are inspected regularly and I can do is make a note on your account". She clearly didn't care to honor my request so I asked her to cancel and refund and she stated they don't refund, so we are stuck using them 3 more times. If they pick us up in such a car again, they'll have 4 bad reviews.

    Rocky's service was outstanding. We booked him to take us to the airport and pick us up on our return. He was on time, very professional and made the trip to the airport enjoyable. His prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than leaving your car at the airport. I will be using him again.

    On return from Tampa Airport to New Port Richey:
    1)We waited over 1/2 hr for the shuttle to arrive after we checked in at the SuperShuttle kiosk at the airport.
    2)After waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle, I went back to the service kiosk, but it had closed while we waited. The check-in screen was not working. The service phone was not answered.
    3) Our home is 1/2 hour north of airport, it took over 1 hour 30 minutes to get home after the shuttle picked us up. The saving factor was that it was around 2 a.m. and very little traffic, in traffic it would easily taken over 2 and one half hours. The shuttle first delivered 2 separate parties about 20 miles west of airport and then started north. (I didn?t really need a tour of Clearwater at 2 a.m. after having been traveling for over 12 hours.) There should have been a west shuttle for the other two parties and a north shuttle for our two parties. 
    4)Customer service? I filed a complaint online with SuperShuttle which was completely ignored by them. 
    5)Shuttles for off-airport parking were constantly arriving and leaving while we waited for SuperShuttle. Most parking is less than $5/day. It would have been much cheaper and more convenient than SuperShuttle. Will go that way next time-no more SuperShuttle!

    Betty and the girls at the store are awesome.  They have been on most of the cruises that we book so they can tell us first hand what to expect.  Great service and always very attentive.

    The owner, Randy Burkes, is very creative; he's been in the business since 1981. He came out and listened to exactly what I wanted and he came up with a design that was precisely what I wanted. The best way I can describe him is that he is an artist with plants. What really stood out about him is his professionalism, his plant material, organizational skills, and his work force. The people who came out and did the work knew plants and knew precisely what they were doing. It was a wonderful experience. I actually talked to four different people before I made a decision. If you are ever in need of re-landscaping, this Landscape Creations is the people to go to; you could save yourself a lot of time and a lot of frustrations. His plant material is excellent and he is a perfectionist. One of the plants didn't match colors so they are going to bring something else.

    I have used them many, many years ago to do my flight tickets and things for tours to Europe, and I never had any problems with them, but that was not this branch, it was the branch in Maryland, but it's the same company. I talked to a travel agent from this company, and she booked the hotels for me, I wanted hotels which would take small dogs. The girl knew what she was doing and her service was A rated. She booked the hotels, and I had no problem at all. She had given me her direct number, and I called her from the road because one of the hotels she booked for me was not very nice, but she wouldn't have known this unless she had been there herself. I wouldn't stay there because it was dirty, and when I called her she phoned and found me another hotel that I would stay at, and after that I had no problems. She spent a lot of time with me. I wasn't looking for any quadruple rated hotels, I was just on the road and needed places to stay, and they were nice most of the time. It was the time of the year when people were trying to book summer vacations, road trip vacations. They do what they call a Trip Tik, which are updated every three months. They know where there are road blocks and such things, and they told me about those things, they just didn't hand me the Trip Tik so that I could look at it, they went through it with me before took it out. I can also call ahead and ask for a Trip Tik and they will have it all ready, and I can talk to them and cancel if I don't want it. I went in there because I wasn't sure what route to take. They tried to really uphold a high quality, even if I want to travel abroad, they do have an international travel agency, and there were people in their booking services, and they were getting some good deals. I absolutely would use them again, and I would recommend them to everybody, but not everybody wants to join, because they don't have the money.

    It was a VERY good drive! Both drivers were extremely professional, and on-time. In fact, both drivers were early. I was set for a 5am pick-up at my home, and the driver was waiting for my at 4:45am. And, when I got off my flight, which was over 2 hours late, the driver was waiting in baggage claim with a professional looking sign. The cars were very clean and new-looking. All around, a truly amazing service! A little pricey, but well worth-it.
