Went to ER at 3AM Sunday for extreme pain. Never saw a doctor. Phys Assistant gave oxycontin which was no help for pain. He sang sad song about opiods unavailability and said sorry, Bye bye. Collapsed and wound up back in ER Thursday morning by ambulance. Incoherent, non responsive. Drs eliminated stroke and determined I was in septic shock from severe blood infection. Admitted and spent 3 weeks in ICU intubated and had tracheotomy.. 3MRIs and 2 CAT scans determined abcesses in shoulder and spreading throughout the body. Dr. drained 3 abcesses. He never came back to remove stitches before discharge to rehab hospital. Nurses never turned patient resulting in fungal infection of skin on back, very nearly a bedsore covering the whole back. Nurses and Drs were nice to speak to, but very very lacking in professional expertise and preventive medicine.

Exam went well. Time in office was rushed and never much explaining. I had more than one appointment rescheduled which caused loss of work. I called several times to ask to speak with the Dr. and office said he refused to speak to me over the phone. Said I would have to make another appointment to ask him a question. Instead I wrote him a letter which was finally answered by his office. He then wrote me a certified letter telling me he would no longer be my Dr. He stated it was because I did not follow all treatment recommendations. I did everything he asked. So I assume the letter was in response to me writing a letter instead of making a frivolous appointment. He and his office seem to care more about money than they do treating patients.

Dr. Eric Crall has been my family physician for over 15 years, first when he was a physician in the Bay Care Medical System and now as a private practitioner.  He is a great diagnostician and provider of effective treatment plans.  Dr. Crall currently is providing affordable concierge physician services to individuals, families and small businesses.  I pay $60 per month and receive full medical services by this physician.  Dr. Crall does not, however, take insurance of any kind, allowing him to practice medicine as he sees fit without the dictates of an insurance company.  I highly recommend this physician.  Insured individuals with large deductibles and small business men and women without medical coverage should look seriously at retaining the services of Dr. Eric Crall.

He was quick. He didn't waste my time. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. He was busy, I couldn't get in for almost a month and a half. His staff was great. They were really nice. They even called the insurance, got everything done for me and said to get the procedure done, it was just a co-pay so that was wonderful.

We were always able to get an appointment in reasonable amount of time.
Clinic claim to fame is everything under one roof, and it's true. Specialists, lab, X ray, you name it its just an elevator ride away. Great service.

They're pretty amenable to everything. They're pretty much on time with things. Every once in a while, there would be something. Everything is on time and professional. The doctor's chairside manner was fine. The communicated pretty well.

That in itself should be a reflection of how important he is to us. He is very personable and professional, he has always felt like family. Over the years some of the front office staff have left a little to be desired, but he is irreplaceable!

I've been seeing him for probably 10 years. I just like him. He's very good to me, very quality and very competent, very sincere and very thorough. He listens and takes care of the things that needed to be dealt with. He changes staff.

His office sucks. You can't talk to the office. He has never called me back. I was supposed to go in for a follow-up appointment and he has never called me back. I've left messages and voice mails in his office. They have an office at medical office building at Mease Countryside. His name is Mudathiri Buhari. When you call the office you can't talk to a person. You've got to leave a message on one of their voicemails and nobody ever got back to me. I don't think that's very nice, especially when I'm paying him and he is supposed to be following up. They have an office at Kenneth City too, wherever that is. There are six doctors in their group. He was very nice. He came in to the hospital everyday. That was fine. I assume he was watching my chart. He explained things. He told me he wanted a follow-up appointment in a week. When they don't get back to you and that's all you have to do with, it's kind of frustrating. Fortunately, I'm well and I don't really care if they ever call me now. But it's kind of hard when you leave a voice mail and no one gets back to you. I don't think that's a nice practice. But they apparently are so busy that they really just don't care.

If I need something I can call her and she will answer my request. If I have any blood work done a nurse calls and tells me my blood work is good and that there are no problems. Most doctors don't do that. Otherwise, I don't find out until the next time I go to the doctor. Her treatments have worked out very well. The office environment almost makes me feel like I am in a clinic.
