    Excellent - This is a family owned business and the quality work and customer service shows. They even offered me a ride back to my office. They are an AAA approved service center which adds to my decision in choosing them. I plan on bring my Diesel Truck next time.

    I don’t remember the cost. I know an oil change is like $25, and changing the fuel filter is maybe $100. It took maybe an hour total. All the workers were very knowledgeable, courteous.  I really don’t know of anything they need to work on, I really like them.

    First time checking out Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda and I couldn't be more pleased with not only the job well done, but the fashion, professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations.  Tina and Shane did an awesome job and my 2006 Honda Odyssey with almost 150th miles on it, runs like a charm!  I'll continue to drive past another Honda service place and drive many more mile miles because of the service they provided.  Oh...and not to mention, Tina offered me a rental car at no charge!  She anticipated all my needs, without me having to ask!  I had a LOT done on the vehicle, as up till now, I've really only had to change the oil.  So the price, I feel, was very competitive and I expect to get another 100 th or more out of it.

    The oil change was great. No leftover oil drips. On the air filter, the cover has 3 screws and they only replaced 2 of the screws. It could be that there were only 2 screws to start with, but nonetheless, they should have replaced the screw then. I discovered this after I returned home and inspected their work. They did put in a new screw that day. On the radiator hose replacement, I do not believe this was a fair price after I saw the work that was done. They charged me $144.00 for the hose. There was residue of radiator fluid that leaked on my driveway after this. Today (10-7-15) which is 7 weeks after the job, I noticed radiator fluid leaking from the hose they replaced. I tightened both clamps and this seems to have taken care of the problem. Either the clamps were not installed correctly, or they have worked loose over the past 7 weeks. In that case they are not good clamps.

    I called to make an appointment to bring our car in due to an odd AC problem.  They (Theresa) squeezed me in that afternoon and when I got there they looked at the car almost right away.  Turned out to be a loose connection in the dash.  Wow.  I couldn't be happier.  I don't know if I was happier about the simple fix or the fact that they were so honest about it.  Thanks Grand Auto Care!  We've had other work done there in the past and was happy then as well. I'll definitely bring my vehicles there again.

    I used this mechanic because they were A-rated and I wasn't disappointed! The receptionist was friendly, courteous and a delight to chat with. The mechanics were professional, knowledgable, and honest, and personally showed me the problem part. I thought it was an exhaust manifold leak but it turned out to be a faulty emission valve. I am bringing in my wife's vehicle next week and would highly recommend them to anyone!

    Found MCOR on Craigslist while shopping around for window tint for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Called the shop and set up an appointment to come in a couple days later. The shop was at the older location not the current on on the corner of 54 but about a block or so down. The guys in the shop weren't the friendliest (maybe because it was early morning) and the tinter didn't even say a word to me. Because I didn't have any other form of transportation I waited in the waiting area and did some work. Took about 2.5-3 hours but I was pre-warned it would take a while so I didn't make a fuss.
    After completed the tinter parked my car up front, I paid and did a walk around on the car. No one walked around with me to ensure the work came out to my satisfaction. It was basically 'thanks for your payment, goodbye'. Overall not a pleasant experience but I didn't take it to heart since a lot of auto shops are the same unless you're friends or regulars. 
    The bad: The tint was not a good install. There was a hair inside the passenger side tint that was discovered by a friend while riding in the car. The tint didn't go high enough, very big gaps. It was mediocre at best. For $200 I expected better but it's whatever. I didnt bother arguing it or asking for anything. Ended up trading in the car less than a year later anyway. Hopefully times have changed since then.
