ADampier Septic Tank Co IncDampier septic is the best! The company has amazing moral values and will be completely honest with you no matter what. They truly care about their customers and will treat them with the utmost respect. I used Dampier to schedule a septic cleaning/pumping and inspection on a home we were buying and they were able to contact the health department and pull all of the previous records for the septic at the house. Brenda answered my many questions about septic tanks and drainfields, as I don't have much experience with them. She was kind, patient, and honest with me, even if it meant that I may not be needing their services in the end. This is THE company to choose in Gainesville for any septic needs. I was blown away with their customer service and have told many many people what angels they are!! You can't go wrong with them.- Sasha A.

DDampier Septic Tank Co IncWe are just over the border of Alachua County. We explained what kind of system we have and that it would need to be pumped and the pump would need to be replaced. Dampiers agreed to send someone out. They did not tell us that it would take two different people. The pump out guy came and he was there on time and was a fantastic guy. He was the only positive to the entire experience. He was not the one to replace the pump and he told me that they would be out in a day or so to replace the pump so he left the system dug up. I called Dampiers to schedule the pump repair and was told that we are too far out for them to replace the pump. WHAT??? They sent the guy to pump it out but we are too far out to replace the pump????? SO HERE I SIT WITH MY FRONT YARD ALL DUG UP AND AN OPEN SEPTIC SYSTEM IN MY FRONT YARD.!!!! And now I have to find someone else to do the job that Dampiers agreed to do. If they had asked for a little bit more money because of the distance (2 miles outside of Alachua county) I would have agreed to that. I am not happy at all. This is a health issue!- Theresa F.

AClay County Master Plumbing LLCContacted Jim by phone to see about getting an estimate on replacing a 30+ year old septic drain field which was not performing well at all. Jim said Harold, his Septic System Master Contractor would contact me to setup a time to look at the job and provide an estimate. I received a call from Harold within about two hours and we setup a meeting time. Harold came out and looked at the job, asked multiple questions about the issues we were having with the system and some questions about the history of the system. It was determined that the drain field would need to be replaced. I felt very comfortable and at ease with Harold. He answered all of my questions, giving options and his opinion based on my needs. We accepted the estimate, signed the contract and Harold said he would be out the following week to begin the job. Harold arrived on the day he and time he said he would be back and immediately began the job. It only took three days to complete the job to my amazement. I am very happy with the job results. I commend Harold for his professionalism, knowledge, compassion and patience with the many questions that were asked. He answered all questions with a smile and at a level that I could understand. I would highly recommend CCMP to anyone and will be contacting them again soon regarding a tankless water heating system.- Richard M.

ANewsome Well & SepticOur septic tank was full, we couldn't flush the toilet and we were desperate. We called everyone there was in Putnam County and it would be at LEAST a week before they could come. Some I didn't get to speak to because I had to leave voice mail. Did a search of "septic pump out gainesville FL" (a 30+ mile trip to my house) and found Newsome Well & Septic. Called and Kyle answered right away. Not only did he come THAT NIGHT - like 2 hours after I called - he spent half his time there cleaning the tank, having to get through a huge bunch of roots that had grown into it somehow, and making sure everything was in working order, as well as letting me know important info about my set-up and what needed to be done, giving me an estimate. I expected my price to be way higher because he was hauling a heavy truck over 30 miles one way to come here but he just charged enough to cover the gas on top of his usual rate, not to mention it was after dark when he got to my house (finished at 7pm) and did the entire job by flashlight!! Customer service is what it's all about for me. I don't care how cheap a place is, if they don't have good customer service and give 110% to their customers then I don't want to do business there. Newsome gives that 110% - they really are "#1 in the #2 business" 10 stars! The only company to call.- Lorraine C.

ANewsome Well & SepticVery well. The tanks were difficult to locate because of tree roots. But on a very hot day, the workman persisted and located both tanks. One was clear and did not need pumping. The second tank was pumped out, the yard restored as much as possible, and care was taken not to damage landscaping.- Carole J.

ACalled McDonald, Charles was over working on my issue in no time, did the job right the first time and in less than an hour an annoying leak I could never solve myself was done, I'm so very happy for their service and the price was more than reasonable. This is the second time I have used their services and both times they did a great job, very prompt service, and they clean up afterwards. Nothing but good things to say about this company!

FTerrible experience with Newsome Well & Septic & then asked to take down my review! Septic back up. Called and they provided a window of time (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) when they would be at the house. They agreed to call when enroute. I was called at 12:59 pm to say job was done. Whaaat? They described which septic tank was pumped. The house has two septic tanks and they pumped out the wrong one. They then went ahead and pumped out the correct septic tank — still prior to the window of time they said they would be on site. Arrived after they completed pumping the second tank (1:40 pm). Again, still prior to the window of time agreed upon. Was told we would have to pay for the pumping of both tanks ($600) even though we only wanted one to be pumped out. Employee was rude —first thing they said upon my arrival was “oh, you are one of them”. I don’t really know what that means so I asked and didn’t get a response. I asked for owner/boss/supervisor contact information. Called him and he said if we didn’t pay the $600 he would have his employee pump the fluid back into the first tank (the one we didn’t want pumped). Who knows how much was removed? Also, he would have had to uncover it again. Plus, how would he be able to pump the same amount of contents back into that tank? So, his other option was $50 off the bill...so $550. Note to you: Avoid doing business with this company unless you want to pay for something you did not authorize. update: I was contacted shortly after I posted this review by the owner asking me to take down the review for it would tarnish his five star rating and he felt that offering to re-dig up and septic tank and pump the contents back into the tank was an acceptable resolution to his employee's mistake.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AI called around to a few vendors and found they were all at $300 or above. Since $300 was quoted by Beltz and since our neighbor was satisfied with their recent pump-out, I decided to go with them. It was easy to arrange a date and time window on the phone. The two-man crew arrived within the time window and went right to work. They found the cover quickly enough, dug it out and proceeded to pump the tank out. Steve and his associate were very cordial during the time they were here. Steve told me about the workings of our particular system and made a recommendation to insure that the tank would not cause future problems. It did not take long for the tank to be pumped out, followed by the cleanup, which was done with thoroughness. I will definitely call on them again three years from now.
