    Van Buskirk Painting LLC
I researched this project for a while, what kind of products to use and who to hire. I never heard of a bad review of Terry Van Buskirk and after meeting him was confident he would do a great job. During his inspection I pointed out my desire for specific repairs and attention. He incorporated my wishes into a comprehensive and fair estimate. When the day arrived to begin the work, Terry showed up on time and prepared. The first task was to pressure wash the structure and he noticed the old paint was coming off in areas. He immediately brought this to my attention because those areas would need priming. We had discussed this possibility during the original inspection. My house was built in 1962 and the pressure washing revealed quite a number of mortar joints in need of repair. Terry took the time to diligently repair each joint with concrete. He also thoroughly caulked seams, windows, fascia where needed. When it came time to coat the house, Terry applied two coats of masonry primer to the block and two coats of Pro Block to the new wood ceiling in the carport and where fascia was repaired. Per our discussion Terry next applied two coats of elastomeric paint to the entire house paying particular attention to the foundation where the block meets the slab. I had requested this layer because I wanted the house to be protected from driving rain. Finally Terry top coated my house with two coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience paint. Compared to what the house had it was now bulletproof. I cant be more pleased with Terry and his crew. They were on time, diligent and professional. I told him he could advertise with his sign in front of my house as long as he wanted. I would happily and confidently recommend Van Buskirk Painting to anyone and everyone who asks.

    Easy Sliders Glass Door Repair
They came, they saw, they conquered! New rollers, new track, new lease on life. These guys know their stuff. Also I really appreciated that they came to Titusville and also that they did not insist on more than needed to be done. They said a good cleaning and adjustment would give us another couple of years on the rollers. I chose to change them out as a preventive. They were on time (early, even) and had all the equipment and parts they needed to do the job instantly. Could not have been better.

    Doors by Tim LLC
The drain was moved, but other than that the quality of the work was very poor. Grout lines were as large as 1/2 inch. The shower wall is not plumb. Ceiling does not match existing ceiling. Doors, trim, walls, etc. were poorly done, not painted, and not even paint ready. I provided all of the material and did most of the demo work. I found that the license holder was someone other than anybody I worked with at Doors by Tim. When issues arose the answer, from Tim was "we are only human" or "we do our best" . I wish I was told that prior to hiring them! I knew that the cost contracted was on the high end, but I expected an exceptional product at the end.....and I received far from that.

    Perry Wright Home Repairs
Perry picked up door from local Home Depot, transported to my parents house, installed & painted the door, rebuilt door frame. He used high quality products in the kitchen cabinet to ensure wouldn't rot again and cut out all rotted soffet wood, repaired and painted. He did a great job of matching old paint color & reinforcing bathroom grab bars. I trust & rely upon him to always do quality work in my parents house regardless of the project.

    Doors by Tim LLC

The full glass doors were to be white. They came with white trim but the frames were unfinished not even primed. When questioned about it after they were installed he said that surprised him as well that I could paint them or hire someone to paint them. I asked for a $100 discount to hire a painter. The barn door for the laundry was hung fine and he patched the wall but again no paint. of trim, door or wall. The security door there were 3/4 inch gaps top and bottom around the frame for bugs to get. Said he would come back to weather strip but never showed.

Worst part was the lockset on the security door was mounted upside down so the only way to open the door was to lift up on the handle. I called to have that fixed but they never came or never returned my call. Two months later the locket broke and we could not get out of the house through that door. When I looked at it I found all the mounting screw heads had been stripped and they had used decking screws to attach the face plate to the lock set stripping all the threads. While putting in the decking screws they snapped the head off one of the screws so they glued the screw head in place to hide the damage. I stopped at the company to complain, had to leave a message with the office. Never returned my call. I drilled out the bad screws just to get the lockset off and replaced it myself.

    Musalo's Door & Trim LLC
They worked long and h****** the repairs needed.  Pleasant, professional to the max! Very trustworthy, and genuine.  They sent an invoice for the parts for their supply company (there are few contractors have ever done this)... and let me know what the labor would be for each job. Fair and square!!
We are fans!! Would highly recommend this father/son crew!

    Doors by Tim LLC
All of the workers were professional and competent, especially Ryan. He was involved in every aspect from carpentry, plumbing, and tile installation. I felt like, sometimes, the other guys were just getting in his way. Unfortunately, Ryan had to leave early on the last day of the job for a family commitment, which left two other guys to finish up. I had requested that the shower curtain rod be permanently attached by drilling holes in the tile and screwing the mounting cups to the wall. These guys were rushing to get out of there on a Friday and ended up cracking the tile. With that, they threw up their hands and left. Ryan had to come back the next week to complete the task. His boss, apparently, had him supply friction cups to complete the curtain rod installation saying that further attempts to drill into the tile would likely produce additional cracks. I reluctantly agreed. A week later, I obtained my own porcelain tile coring bits and completed the task myself. I am not a tile contractor or carpenter, so I felt like, if I could do, they should have been able to do it.

    Perry Wright Home Repairs
After an initial visit for an estimate , they recommended a fiberglass door for the outside .
They ordered the door and when it came in they called me to set up a date.
On the date they called me that they would arrive at  10:00 am and they did.
Finished the work at 2:00 pm and were professional.
Cleaned up after themselves and had me try the door and the key to make sure all was in working order.
I like that they gave me an explanation of the materials they used and the prices, great!

    Perry Wright Home Repairs
I am very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism! Perry and his partner Dave we're very prompt and completing the work and buying the supplies needed to complete the job! Their estimate on the work that needed to be repaired for labor cost was accurate to the final invoice price.

The doors leak, the doors and windows are not level, the sliding doors have no bucks, the doors and windows failed inspection, the doors have to come out for a third time, the windows also may possibly need to come because they are out of level, the owner just wants to resolve problem by putting a stucco band around the doors, when I wanted to return the doors and windows the owner stated I wasn't allowed too. The company has not been very responsive and this has been a very stressful experience.
