Tile Installation reviews in Titusville

The bathroom was in serious need of a face lift. The proposal was fair, the work began on time. I really liked Vince who did most of the work. There were the usual hic-ups but were handled without problems. The bathroom looks great! This was a first for me but Eddie and Vince made it easier. I will have them back for my master bath if they are available.

I first contacted Tammy to set up a time for her to come to my home to give me a quote to repair damages to my den and half bathroom due to water damage. I explained to her that this wasn't a big job, however it was our only bathroom downstairs. I also explained to her that I had already had a team in to do the water and mold remediation and the hygienist gave the all clear for the restoration work to begin. Tammy and I played phone tag for a few days - this was not her fault! When she came to my home to take measurements and discuss the project, she seamed not enthused to do the work. I walked her through both rooms and explained what needed to be done and what type of vanity I wanted for the bathroom to give her an idea what to price for me. As I was walking her out, she felt compelled to tell me this was a "little job" and she "normally have larger projects". She proceeded to tell me that she would have an estimate ready for me in a week. Three weeks later, she still hasn't contacted me. The work was just finished by another company on yesterday. They did such an amazing job, I hired them to do a full remodel of my master bathroom and a guest bathroom, which I'm looking forward to working with them on. It troubles me when people say you should support local businesses and this is how they choose to engage with potential clients. I guess when that happens, you look for the talent you need in other places such as Orlando... because there's some really great talent there, especially in East Orlando. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend Apollo, but that's based solely on Tammy's professionalism and not the quality of work - I can't speak that.

Overall, I was thrilled with the way everything turned out. I was in the process of putting my house on the market and I was extremely upset I had this disaster. PuroClean was so reassuring and helpful in my time of need. They made sure the cabinets went in to perfectly meet the existing tile floor so I did not have to replace flooring also, as it was not damaged. The finished product looked awesome !!! I was impressed how clean everything was when I came home. My home owners insurance was the slowest and most frustrating part of this process. I had a buyer the first week it was on the market and she loved the kitchen !

    Couldn't be happier!
Shower and tile around tub completely removed, without any damage to the surrounding areas. Excellent tile installer, plumber, etc were brought in as needed to do a first rate job.
Everything went as I had hoped for. Mr. Truffa called every day to let me know what would be going on that day (how many people do that???). Responded to my emails and texts quickly. Will definitely be calling him back for the next project.

All of the workers were professional and competent, especially Ryan. He was involved in every aspect from carpentry, plumbing, and tile installation. I felt like, sometimes, the other guys were just getting in his way. Unfortunately, Ryan had to leave early on the last day of the job for a family commitment, which left two other guys to finish up. I had requested that the shower curtain rod be permanently attached by drilling holes in the tile and screwing the mounting cups to the wall. These guys were rushing to get out of there on a Friday and ended up cracking the tile. With that, they threw up their hands and left. Ryan had to come back the next week to complete the task. His boss, apparently, had him supply friction cups to complete the curtain rod installation saying that further attempts to drill into the tile would likely produce additional cracks. I reluctantly agreed. A week later, I obtained my own porcelain tile coring bits and completed the task myself. I am not a tile contractor or carpenter, so I felt like, if I could do, they should have been able to do it.

Demolition and construction progressed as we expected.  The parts of the house which were not involved with construction were isolated from the mess of construction by thick plastic sheeting covering doorways and halls.  The crew was meticulous at cleaning up after each day's work.  The entire crew was polite and respectful and answered all questions professionally.  The owner, Roger, visited the construction daily and if he saw anything that he wasn't satisfied with, he would re-do the work himself. (Only happened twice).  The electricians, drywall specialist, tile people and plumbers were all excellent.  Roger had given us a completion date and even after we had to add the re-piping and several other time consuming extras, he still finished well before the original completion date.   The entire job took approximately 1-1/2 months.  We are very pleased with the final construction and would definitely have CBCI Cabinets Plus work for us again.

Scott (company owner) was very professional. He and his lovely wife came out on a w/e to look at my shower. Very receptive to my concerns and had good suggestions to repair the shower that had been installed less than 7 years ago by All Bath Solutions. Believe they are out of business now due to the recession. The sealant used by the other company had come loose and allowed water to get inbetween the tiled wall and the acrylic overlay. Tried to fix it myself and made things worse. So, Scott sent out his repair guy, Trace, and he did an outstanding job. I can't say enough good things about this company and the management, owners, and installers. They are super!

They were right on target with start and finish times and stayed with the price originally quoted. The guys were very professional, polite and respectful of what I wanted. They were great to work with. I do plan on asking them to do some additional work in the near future!!

This is the third time we had them at our house.  The wood flooring is beautiful and the tile in the bathroom was professionally well done as well.  When the electricity went out, due to an electrical storm, they used a flashlight for light and finished painting the bathroom! Their craftsmanship is always top notch.  After each day, they always have us look at what they have accomplished and ask if we have any questions or concerns.  The walls in the bedroom and bathroom were smoothed out to perfection. (We had removed wallpaper many years ago that left the walls a mess.)  The rooms look brand knew.
We are very fortunate to find  the Wright Construction crew that can do the many jobs we ask them.
