I first contacted Tammy to set up a time for her to come to my home to give me a quote to repair damages to my den and half bathroom due to water damage. I explained to her that this wasn't a big job, however it was our only bathroom downstairs. I also explained to her that I had already had a team in to do the water and mold remediation and the hygienist gave the all clear for the restoration work to begin. Tammy and I played phone tag for a few days - this was not her fault! When she came to my home to take measurements and discuss the project, she seamed not enthused to do the work. I walked her through both rooms and explained what needed to be done and what type of vanity I wanted for the bathroom to give her an idea what to price for me. As I was walking her out, she felt compelled to tell me this was a "little job" and she "normally have larger projects". She proceeded to tell me that she would have an estimate ready for me in a week. Three weeks later, she still hasn't contacted me. The work was just finished by another company on yesterday. They did such an amazing job, I hired them to do a full remodel of my master bathroom and a guest bathroom, which I'm looking forward to working with them on. It troubles me when people say you should support local businesses and this is how they choose to engage with potential clients. I guess when that happens, you look for the talent you need in other places such as Orlando... because there's some really great talent there, especially in East Orlando. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend Apollo, but that's based solely on Tammy's professionalism and not the quality of work - I can't speak that.

.I needed to call another professional to finish one of the bathrooms. The hardware was not put in and the glass door was not installed correctly. The contractor never showed up to finish the total household job and didn't receiave payment for one bathroom, but overcharged for the rest of the house. I found this out when I visited the store where we bought the tile for the bedrooms and I paid far more than necessary. The kitchen was not finished according to what Walter said he could do and not grouted. Many areas of the bedrooms had places where grouting was overlooked. Walter would never tell me what he paid for the granite in the kitchen and the granite was not matched very well at seams. The $1,000.00 backsplash was put in with a lack of professionalism as the tile is serverly irregular horizontally and vertically. Walter said it was the fault of the tile. When I called the store, I was told you just have to know how to install tile on a sheet to get it straight and their installer did it all the time. I couldn't afford to pay that money again, but will some day. The furniture in my office has an actual hole in it where it was taken apart to tile the room. It is not expensive furniture, but I wouldn't expect to have to cover up a hole. There were other places that were hurt beyond repair too. |The other bathroom Walter supervised has a glass door that has begun to hit the other glass side. I guess I need to call someone to fix that. That door was the first point of contention with us. It was the first thing I said I wanted and the last to get installed. He said it cost too much and I insisted I paid what I was asked to pay and wanted the door. He finally relented. |On the plus side, Walter did accompany me to Loews and Home Depot to help me pick out tile. I really did appreciate that. I have to wonder, though. On the contract I was responsible for the tile purchase. When we went, he put the grout and mastic plus other essentials for the tile on the cart...I paid for all. |I blame myself for being too passive, but have learned from the experience. |By the way, the kitchen sink was bought after Walter called and said he got a steal of a deal and found a great one for $200.00. Later that week, he told me in conversation that it was $300.00.

Demolition and construction progressed as we expected.  The parts of the house which were not involved with construction were isolated from the mess of construction by thick plastic sheeting covering doorways and halls.  The crew was meticulous at cleaning up after each day's work.  The entire crew was polite and respectful and answered all questions professionally.  The owner, Roger, visited the construction daily and if he saw anything that he wasn't satisfied with, he would re-do the work himself. (Only happened twice).  The electricians, drywall specialist, tile people and plumbers were all excellent.  Roger had given us a completion date and even after we had to add the re-piping and several other time consuming extras, he still finished well before the original completion date.   The entire job took approximately 1-1/2 months.  We are very pleased with the final construction and would definitely have CBCI Cabinets Plus work for us again.

I live in an older 1960s concrete block home and had  the master bathroom redone.  The job was scheduled several weeks in advance so I could take off work to be there.  The job started when scheduled.  The workers arrived a little after 8am each morning and worked until after 5 pm.  They were all polite and informative about what they were doing.  They were careful about tracking debris in and out as they worked and cleaned up after themselves.  I felt very comfortable  with them in my home.
Job was estimated to be done in a week and was finished in less than 4 days.  The price came in abit under what was estimated.
I liked that there was a  price sheet that indicated the cost of each part of the job.  I knew what was being done each day.  I was always able to get in contact with Tim when I had a question.  Everything was very professional and went like clockwork.  I feel like the job was well done  for a fair price.  I would definitely use this company again.

Alan did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was here when he said he would be and returned all phone calls. Alan is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He did not even stop to eat, eating while he worked and never takes a break. He completed the job in two days and when he left you would never have known he was here. He cleaned up every scrap, sweep the garage floor and hauled all scrap away.
In addition to all of that, Alan is a very nice guy and it was a pleasure to have him in and home and watch him work. Do not expect Alan to spend a lot of time talking to you he is too busy working.
We would have Alan do work for us again in a heartbeat!
We love our new kitchen!!! Thank you Alan!!

A.J. was very professional and always available for any questions throughout this major project. I could text him anytime. He has extremely good project management skills in scheduling and cost estimates. He was also very helpful in drawing out what the new kitchen layout would look like to help us visualize the finished concept. He gave me an option to seek sub-contractors on my own, or use his recommended ones. I choose his and I am glad I did. The cabinet installer, and quot;Royand quot;, was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent install of the new cabinets. He even agreed to work on them on the weekend.
We knew it would take some time to complete everything as scheduled, however, it was well worth it. His and quot;office Administratorand quot;, was also helpful providing updates, billing, and passing messages from A.J.

I have used them a couple of times. I had a good experience with them. I felt though even though they are good at what they do, but with the cabinet business we were just anxious to get it done and it seems like, I am not just picking on them, when you hire somebody then they go away for a couple days it seems like the project drags on and on, instead of getting it done. What I mean is that they were good it is just it took them a little while to complete it. I had to live with it for a week.

Overall the job went well.  My only complaint is with the subcontractor that completed the tile job.  They left a mess and some damage to walls.  In addition some of the tiles are not level.  Nothing I can't live with but not ideal either.  As far as the other subcontractors for cabinet installation and drywall - I found them to be very professional.  The Cabinets Plus staff was wonderful to work with and very professional.

We solicited bids for Cabinets and Countertops from 6 different vendors, including other private companies as well as Lowes and Home depot. All Brevard Custom Cabinets truly did a custom design for us, lay-out, etc. and quoted a price that was very competitive with all others. Their service, their excellent taste and advice as well as the quality of their product convinced us that - dollar for dollar - we were getting the best deal from them. Installation was prompt and of excellent quality; follow-up was immediate. Very felxible if we wanted to make some last-minute changes. Their own creativity and artisitic sense was a huge side-benefit (which was provided free of charge). Bottom Line: very likely our best and quot;vendor experienceand quot; in many, many years! We rarely ever recommend anyone, but need to make an exception here - the experience and the results were simply astonishing!
