Details are personal but Dr. Tikku was very gentle and kind.  He listened to both of us with

patience and understanding and he is the first neurologist to prescribe a medication to help.

There aren't many neurologists in our area and we have now seen three.  The first seem to

think we should bring all information to him from other physicians.  The second verbally abused

and battered my husband and wondered why we were angry with him. Dr. Tikku was so different from the

others.  He asked questions without raising his voice and understood everything we said. He

knew that a couple married almost 53 years were inseparable and would be protective of each other. We are

anxious to see him again and to see how the medication is working.

He is a wonderful doctor. He will be our Neurologist from now on. He has called to see if the medication he gave him is working, is he alright with it, is there any problems. They ask us to call if there was a problem, but there was no problem, it's working out perfectly well for him. We are very pleased with the efficiency of the office. We definitely will be using his services. So far the medication has helped tremendously.

Before going we looked up all the reviews on the Dr. - most were very good. Doctor was though and ready to answer any / all questions. My husband did not feel rushed. Dr. made sure to write any new prescriptions and see if he needed anything else. Will go to a follow up appointment in 3 months. Pleased so far.

I would recommend him. My other doctor retired and I have only seen Dr. Baxley 4 times. He picks up on every little thing. He is a nice man. He listens to what you have to say. He is a very good "medicine man". He knows how to balance medicines. There are always so many new ones coming out on the market and for people who take multiple types of medicines, he's the kind that you go to because he is smart and he is good. He can get you on the right medicines. I use a counselor to talk to on a regular basis because they are a lot less expensive. He takes medicare, which a lot of other doctor's don't. I was prepared to stay with someone who didn't take medicare. He is an excellent doctor. He is prompt, when you go there you never have to wait more than 10 minutes. He keeps his appointments. He is well scheduled. He has a wonderful secretary. She is friendly and she really takes care of things. I walk in and he takes care of me and I walk out.

I was supposed to see him in January but I had to cancel and I am going to see him next week. I went to him for a follow up visit. He has already started the new patient process and I was referred to him by a psychiatrist I had seen before for 10 years. He moved to another job and I was referred to Dr Baxley. I still haven't figured him out as yet.

I like her. She is very personable. If she has to send me some place else, she does. I have Medicare. So, I cannot comment on her billing process. I will use her services again in the future.
