    Billiard Man LLC
Jordan is an expert with pool table repairs and restoration. He is an honest guy and never pulls a fast one on you. The price he quotes you is the price you'll pay not a cent more. We need more guys like Jordan whom values customers and is ethical every step of the way.

    HomeStretch Moving
We hired Homestretch Moving LLC in October to unload our two 26 ft uhaul trucks and load them into 16 ft pods and go minis. I was very friendly with the two young guys that came. I gave them water bottles and cups with ice a few times while they were working. I didn't stand over them and watch them being I was watching my young children as well as packing. I realized they packed our dryer with clothes still inside. I asked could he get the clothes out or me get it and he informed me   they put the lock on the pods and go minis and I was advised that being they were full and secure that I shouldn't open them and get anything out. I agreed to just wait until we had our final move. Fast forward to November the 15,2014 several of my go minis and pods were delivered and when we started to open them to unload  and we realized all the damage and mishandling of our furniture and belongings. We have tons of pictures and a police report. When I contacted the owner Brooke Sperry she was very rude and said we packed them just as we found them. I said that is impossible and ridiculous. I explained that no 26 ft u hauls trucks can be packed the same way into a 16 ft pods. I explained that several of our blankets were not utilized and just laying on the floor. I texted her pictures of how many items were broken and how poorly the workers packed and even  called to discuss the situation  and she hung up in my face. This is a very young unprofessional company please be aware of them if you value your belongings and treasured belongings. I have solid hardwood  furniture designed by H*****, Henredon, Ernest Hemmingway collections etc that were severely damaged due to their mishandling and neglect to my furniture. I have photos I will gladly post .I have asked her to provide me with her insurance information and she will not comply.

REBUTTAL TO PROVIDER RESPONSE: Homestretch does not take pride nor do they provide superior customer service nor go the extra mile for their customers. I learned the hard way and want to make every Angies List member aware of their deceptive behavior. Brooke the owner has lied on several points during her rebuttal. First and foremost please take note of the text messages between she and I regarding the pods picking up two and bringing two more. Homestretch was very aware that my pods were being transported and not stationary. Also look at the e-mail between Danielle and myself regarding the Blankets! I purchased 60 blankets from uhaul because I valued my expensive furniture and wanted them to be secure from this type of damage. Danielle stated  he put half in one pod and half in the other and also said some were on the furniture and some laying on the floor. Why wouldn?t a company just take the extra time to wrap my belongings in these blankets? Why because there  not theirs! They didn?t sweat to purchase expensive Henredon, Hooker, Ernest Hemmingway collections etc. They took advantage of me not watching over them and threw my belongings into the pods and collected their hourly pay. I also want to point out that I never deceived anyone with a rotated picture. I have a video of how these pods were packed. The video was too long to upload on Angies List. I also have proof that she and I had texts between us and she was extremely rude and unprofessional stating she was not responsible for the damage that they packed it the same way as they unpacked. There is no possible way you can pack two 26 ft uhaul trucks into pods and go minis the same! The length and width or very different and so these so called professionals should have strategized on how they could pack our furniture securely into these containers. Brook also has never to date provided us her insurers information so we can have them access the major damage. Stay far away from this company or you?ll be in this same position as me.
