It was the best decision I made. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and the communication was great. The final results of my solar and honeycomb shades is even better than I could have imagined. The installation crew was also great, professional and clean! One shade had a small blemish and a replacement was order immediately. DWell Dressed WindowsEveryone that came in to do the work was very nice and professional. The owners were both nice and professional as well, until there was an issue. Then they were completely unresponsive and rude. I was told I was getting shades that would make my bedroom completely dark. I am not in the industry and do not know that there is a difference between blackout shades and room darkening shades. But they did not give me what I had explained I wanted. And then told me it was my fault because I should have gotten blackout shades. They came out to try Fix it by giving me a cheap blackout shade behind my very expensive Pirouette shades. It was a horrible compromise and when I called and text to tell them they were not working for me they would not respond. Spent a lot of money with this company and would never ever use them again or recommend them to anybody. They also deleted my review online.- Jennifer K.

DTINT AMERICAFirst, let me say, we have been loyal customers of Tint America for many years and this is the first time we had a negative experience but it is worth documenting. Yesterday (08/2102020) you made a terrible mistake. I was at your location yesterday when my son took his car in for tinting. He is visiting from South Carolina & asked your representative to look up the % of legal tinting for SC, which he did. (Very nice & professional young man) My son went with the tint based on the recommendation of your associate after looking up in a booklet the SC codes. Today, my son looked up the legal limit for tinting in SC & he was way off. My son called & spoke to the young man and he said they could could correct it for an additional fee of $175.00. Why would you want to charge more money for a mistake you made? You are the experts and we depended on you for accuracy. You should be embarrassed and ashamed for wanting to charge my son for a mistake you made. You are wrong. As a father, I am upset for my son. Please know, the young man at your store was very nice and respectful but he made a mistake and now, we are very unhappy people. Look up your records and see the business we have done with you and while you are at it, look up all the people we have recommended over the past 11 years- Bob R.

ACarlos was very easy to deal with. He showed up at our appointment time with many choices for us. He explained the difference between different window coverings and had pictures of other homes that he had done. We had gotten several different quotes all from other "A" rated services but we were the most comfortable with him. He and his son installed all of the window coverings (we chose motorized blinds) and then patiently explained how they worked and that we could also have an app to open & close our blinds. We discovered that two blinds had been switched in the bedrooms and Carlos came right out to fix the problem. I would definitely use him again!

After reviewing many different companies, shutter options, lead times, quotations, and method of install, I was happy that I chose Elite Decor to provide plantation shutters throughout my home. This was not your average small job and included all bedroom windows, kitchen, living room, and slider panels on all impact sliding door openings. From the start, J.C. and owner of Elite Decor was professional, on-time, answered all my questions and always communicated by text, email or phone throughout the process. I don’t impress easily but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of installation which exceeded my expectations. J.C. is a perfectionist, very dependable, and I was very satisfied with his product and installation and highly recommend his company.
