    THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DOCTORS OFFICE! 
    MY WIFE IS (WAS... NO LONGER AFTER THE WAY I WAS TREATED) A PATIENT OF DR. CARR, MY WIFE AND I ARE ON THE SAME INSURANCE PLAN!
    I INJURED MY ELBOW AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE DOCTOR. WAS TOLD AFTER FILLING OUT PAPERWORK THAT THEY DID NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE. I LEFT, TOLD MY WIFE THEY DIDNT TAKE OUR INSURANCE SHE CALLED AND SPOKE TO MELISSA THE OFFICE MANAGER, MELISSA SAID SHE WAS VERY SORRY AND THAT THEY DO TAKE OUR INSURANCE TO COME IN AT 10AM THE NEXT MORNING AND IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS TO ASK FOR HER. I WENT IN FOR THE SECOND TIME, FILLED OUT PAPER WORK AGAIN AND WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES. TERESA CALLED ME TO THE WINDOW AND SAID WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. I EXPLAINED THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY AND I WAS TOLD TO TALK WITH MELISSA IF THERE WERE ANY QUESTIONS. I ASKED FOR MELISSA, TERESA SAID SHE WAS NOT THERE. I ASKED IF SHE COULD PLEASE CALL HER, TERESA SAID NO SHE IS WRONG "WE HAVE TOO MANY PROBLEMS GETTING PAID WITH THIS INSURANCE." I SAID CAN YOU PLEASE CALL HER, SHE SAID REFUSED! SUZY AT THE FRONT DESK THEN SAID RUDLEY "I TOLD YOU YESTERDAY WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE".  I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR THEY REFUSED.
    THE ABSOLUTE WORST PATIENT CARE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT A DOCTORS OFFICE I THOUGHT I WAS ON A HIDDEN CAMERA SHOW. 
    SADLY I THINK DOCTOR CARR IS GREAT FROM EVERYTHING I HAVE HEARD, BUT THE OFFICE STAFF, TERESA SPECIFICALLY, IS HORRIBLE.

    My favorite physician is Dr. Rappaport. He is an internist in nephrology and internal medicine. I've been using him for five years. He takes his time with you and you'll never have to wait in his office for more than 5 minutes. He is great. He allocates time for everybody and he sticks to it. So he is really good. Office staff is great, they're really good. They remember you. The practice is like one of those places that they have such great rapport with their patients and the other physicians that even when I've had to get specialty referrals and things, I can call and say, "Dr. Rappaport suggested I call you." and they're like, "Oh Okay." You get treated like the queens even when you call the other doctors. So that's great.

    We felt like all went well until a year later when we went back to him with a complaint that her breasts were sagging already and the nipples were misplaced. Her nipples kept coming out of her bra or bathing suits. He told her she needed to loose weight. At that time she was 10 pounds lighter. We were not happy with his attitude at that appointment.
    Since then we have had a great doctor repair her breasts. We were told that the first operation was done the "easy, quick and cheap" way. I don't think $5,000.00 is cheap, which is what we paid.

    Dr. Tobis is great. He is the best one I have had in years. It is a very small practice and everyone is very nice. I think the thing that is most impressive about the practice is that I don't think I have waited more than 10 minutes for any appointment.

    I am due to see Dr. Fowble again at the end of January. He sent me out for physical therapy after the surgery. Then he checked the x-rays and did a check up on my knee by moving it back and forth. He is good in total joint replacement and that’s his specialty. I called my hospital here and he was the doctor who did the most knee surgeries. Then I called some people that he had operated on. Then I just took a deep breath and went ahead and did it. He is a great technician and the operations that he does are great. He has a tendency to lose his temper very easily. I don’t find that he has a good bedside manner at all, but technically he is really very good. If you can get past his personality, then he is fine. I may have to use him again. I could get to him anytime. He did go on a vacation many times, but he at least called his nurses.

    I see a particular doctor in there. I've seen her a couple of times and she's very good. I would recommend her to the others. She's an ophthalmologist. There's nothing that the staff could have done differently. The office is small and it's not a large one. The examining places are small but they're fine.

    It has always gone well from start to finish. Wait time minimal, respectful treatment each time for each problem and service, recommendations and referrals always professional, staff in office stellar and helpful.

    They're awesome, they are wonderful. They are responsive, professional and friendly. The big thing is Dr. Murphy really takes her time to get to know you and talk to you. She is kind, interested and thorough. The point is she won't take a lot of patients because she wants to make sure she has time for the patients she has.
