ATorres Construction LLCTorres Construction LLC was referred by a neighbor here in Port St. Joe Beach, Fl. After contacting Mr. Torres a meeting time was set for the following day. Mr. Torres arrived promptly, he was courteous and he came prepared to discuss the outdoor patio shower. First, he listened to our ideas and answered our questions regarding the design and materials available. He then showed pictures of outside showers he had constructed in our area and guided us on the preferred materials for a beach area. After deciding the type shower we liked, he then prepared a quite reasonable and acceptable estimate. Surprisingly, he was prepared to begin the project the next day. The quality and craftsmanship in the finished shower were excellent. In fact, his company will now begin on our kitchen renovation and interior painting projects. I highly recommend Mr. Torres and his company for any construction projects in your future. It has been a pleasure working with Mr.Torres and the professional work his company provides. Acitrus fence and repairI can't say enough good things about Citrus Fence and Repair and Chris Catlin, the owner. I first spoke with him a Sunday night. He came that very night to do an estimate. I told him we needed three 80 ft runs ASAP. He told me the fence could be done within a week. He and his crew worked in the worst heat of the summer this past week, and within 3 days they had it done. He kept his promises, he called back each time I called and kept in touch the whole time. Businesses like this, with the professionalism, integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, and excellent quality of work are hard to find. His prices were the best we could have ever hoped for. Her employee's were very polite and very attentive how I wanted things done. She used good materials and done the job right. I have worked in the construction industry for almost 40 years and she is a rare breed these days. She went over and above. She asked me if I would like for them to trim up my trees which they did about 10 of them and was a freebie. I paid someone several hundred dollars the last time I had my trees trimmed up. I would highly recommend her for any of your fencing needs. I could not be happier. It's really good to see there are still some hard working people out there that take pride in there work.- RICK M.

AI was very satisfied with Anderson Landscaping. I called them because of a flood I had suffered during recent heavy rains. The property did not have a proper drainage system due to its low elevation. Tod Anderson came out and quickly started troubleshooting and coming up with a multi-faceted approach toward mitigating future flooding issues. After the plan was designed and approved, the project started within a week. Every day, the landscapers would show up right on time and work meticulously throughout the day. Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible. He understood that landscaping was secondary to flood mitigation - and I very much appreciated his care and understanding of my problem. At several points throughout the project, I would notice areas that I figured I would have to go in and clean up or tweak. However, the landscapers always noticed those spots far before I even had to bring it up. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and care. I have already recommended them to another friend in need of a landscaper and would recommend them again.

Dthere was a little rust on the glider so we wanted it powder coated to protect it. Since they sandblast, chemically pretreat and then powder coat, we assumed the rust would be gone and the item would be protected. Well, they don't warrant any item with rust after treatment, so after 1 + years, the rust come through the powder coating like gangbusters. If I had paid more attention to the warranty (any metal items are not warranted for rust) I would have forgone this and saved a lot of money. So if you don't have any rust on your item, you probably will be OK, but if you have any sign of rust don't do it. Chances are it won't protect it rusting later on.
