Pressure Washing reviews in Tarpon Springs

    Sunrise Quality Painting Inc
Nick was a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive and honest about what needed to be done and how he would approach it. Nick kept me informed all along the way when his crew would be out to perform the work. Every day either he or one of his crew took me around the house to show me what was being done. It turned out so well! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick and his company. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to any friends or family!

We hired Jim 16 years ago to paint our house and rehired him yet again as his quote was tops. As before, his paint job was fantastic which has also now been confirmed by several of our neighbors. To boot, we had Jim and his crew replace a lot of our aging, rotted wood siding which was not an easy task to perform on a two-story home. Our house once again looks terrific thanks to Jim and his crews hard work. I would recommend this business once again, especially when it comes to painting.

Observing our neighbors house being painted, we noticed the detail envolved. Roundhouse was very punctual professional and paid attention to every detail from soffits/sealing/priming/scraping/professional paint and customer follow up during and after making sure everything was satisfied before payment. I would highly recommend and multiple neighbors gave us endless compliments!!

    Pete's Pressure Washing Services LLC
Pete did an excellent job on my driveway, front & side walkway and sidewalk. The local utility company had a pipe burst in front of my home which resulted in heavy layers of mud, sand, dirt and debris that could not be swept or hosed off easily. Pete is reliable. He set an appointment with me, and arrived on time. He was well equipped, knowledgeable and very professional. His pricing is very reasonable. He went above and beyond, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I would definitely recommend his services, and will use him again when needed in the future.

    Pete's Pressure Washing Services LLC
I had called Pete the week prior for an estimate on pressure-washing. He looked up my house on the internet and gave me a reasonable estimate. He said he would have to call me in the next few days to schedule. I wanted my pool enclosure pressure washed this week because I am having people come and re-screen, and wanted the pressure-washing done first. So, I hired some other company and scheduled the pressure-washing. Pete calls me on Sunday night at 4:30pm and says he has some cancellations and can pressure-wash on Monday. I tell him Monday won't work, but Tuesday will. He agrees. His estimate is lower than the other company I had hired to come on Wednesday, so I immediately cancel the other guy. I also send an email to my manager to make sure I can leave work at lunchtime on Tuesday so I can monitor the pressure-washing and pay when job is complete. On Monday (10/8/18) evening Pete texts me that due to upcoming tropical storm it will probably put my work on hold. I tell him to let's talk in the morning (because I knew that we probably wouldn't be feeling any effects from the storm on Tuesday, per all the weather reports). So, in Holiday, FL on Tuesday 10/9/18, all is clear and I ask Pete in the morning if he is coming. Keep in mind that there is no wind and not a drop of rain until evening (when it rains just a little bit), just a partly cloudy day. He says it's best to reschedule, as I should probably get sandbags for my property because Holiday tends to flood. I tell him I am always high and dry. He says better safe than sorry. I have no idea what all of that was about, none whatsoever. Anyway, Pete tells me that he can come some other time. Really? I have no idea why he didn't come when he was supposed to come. If he had given an honest reason, maybe he wanted to sandbag his house, maybe another job took longer than expected, maybe there was an emergency, I would have been understanding. But all the weird stuff he texted me about my house was a lame excuse. I told Pete that we won't be needing his services. Honestly, I am willing to pay more, happy to pay more, for someone who is honest and will keep his appointments. I am very disappointed at all the inconvenience he caused, not to mention the aggravation. He canceled. I lost a half day of work. I have to schedule someone else to pressure-wash, I have to reschedule the re-screening of my pool enclosure.

    Roundhouse painting Llc
The house looks much better. They pressure washed the house before painting. The workers were attentive to details, and they protected areas where you do not want paint (like exterior lights, security cameras, window glass, your parked car) and also made sure the paint edges were sharp and clean. The owner came back to clean up materials and haul away empty paint cans, and to put all our outdoor furniture and planters back after the patio floors paint was dry. He was also present for much of the first day of work. The owner explained to me why satin paint is better than flat for home exteriors, even though it leaves the house a bit shiny at first - it's more protective against the weather. He was gracious about providing us with proof of insurance and worker's comp - which is important to us because our house is very tall, almost like a two story, and required a lot of high ladder climbing. Everyone was very professional. His pricing was also very fair, considering all of the work they did. We're happy with the results and would hire him again.

Great! I spoke with Josh, the owner, and he was able to have done within a couple days. Andrew did the work and we are very pleased with the results. He was timely, worked efficiently and it all is so clean! We will contact again.

    Suncoast Surface Restoration
The two year old unsealed travertine tiles around our pool were bleached from the sun, difficult to clean and had vegetation sprouting despite our best efforts at weed control. We were concerned that seaing the tiles would create a slippery surface; Tyler and Jeff at Suncoast assured us their restoration process and the additive they used would prevent that; their presentation was both sincere and professional, and we are so glad we went ahead with this project. Our tiles look brand new and are NOT slippery...not a weed had sprouted in the last month and we are very happy! They also power washed our pool cage and driveway and did a great job at a very reasonable price for the thorough and very meticulous service they provided We would highly recommend Suncoast Surface Restoration; these guys do what they say they are going to do! Ethics Pressure Cleaning Inc
He did an excellent job on the roof. I read a review that complained he did a sidewalk and left it with streaks and did not make right. I agree...the sidewalk and drive way had streaks that did not go away as promised. I would use him for roofs but would stay away from any other work.
