    I would definitely recommend Stephen's Appliance Repair to anyone. Stephen called me immediately when I asked for a list of Pro's in my area from Angie's List. He scheduled an appointment to come out the next day. Jimmy was the person who came out to repair my washer and he was on time and called when he was about 20 minutes away. Jimmy was very nice, knew what he was doing and is a hard worker. He got my washer working and I was very happy! Stephen's Appliance Repair has excellent customer service and I will definitely call them again when any of my other appliances break.

    Excellent, he called and set an appointment right away and was on time. Found the problem and tested the rest of the appliance just to make sure got the part delivered to my home and returned the same day to finish the repair

    It went great! I called Arnie's and they sent someone out right away. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and even fixed an annoying second problem that I didn't ask him about because I didn't think it could be fixed. The ice maker replacement was approx. $180, then $50 extra for my leaking problem. I felt like this was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business!! Ask for Kevin - he was great!

    Very nice folks but incompetent. The salt water system isn't working ( they're coming back tomorrow) and the shower head and leak are poorly done. The office is very professional but unfortunately the capabilities of & outcome of the work was poor. I can't recommend this firm.

    Worst experience. They came out first and needed to order parts for a drain pump and belt. I placed a down payment, only to be overcharged when they came out to "fix" a week later. That was resolved, fine. But after they left and said they tested and it worked, I checked it and it did not spin (which was the entire reason for the call). They came back out, and sent someone who couldnt speak English well (and I'm not trying to be rude, but my wife who was home does not speak Spanish so it just made the experience of communicating the problems and solutions difficult). On top of that, the person wouldn't take what my wife was telling him and just kept telling her to "call her husband," which I find extremely condescending. I called and was told that the transmission was bad and they could replace washer with a refurbished washer, same brand. I agreed. When the washer was delivered (had no call when it would be, just happen to be home), they sent someone who spoke no English at all and from what I could gather, he indicated he couldn't turn the water off to uninstall the old washer to put in the new one. I was extremely frustrated and just said thanks and he basically just left sitting the old and new washer where they were. I went to look at the water valve, and the water was already off. So I had to move everything and install the washer myself. I can't believe that this company is listed on Angie's list and was part of a "deal" they advertised. I will never use the appliance place again, and will likely never use one of the Angie's deals again because apparently they don't vet the companies.

    I called at 7:30 am and was told that someone could be at my house between 12:00 & 2:00. Dale arrived before 1:00. Dale was clean and professional. He listened as I explained the problem and he explained that he was going to snake through the roof vents. He explained the items he may find and the possible other problems that may be encountered. He immediately went to work and about an hour and a half later our drains were running great. He said that there is no warranty on another clog due to the nature of material that were down drain. The problem was caused by something that was flushed. The work was performed in a professional manner and the price is what I expected to pay. I will use Scotto again if the need arises for a plumber.

    My air conditioning would not turn on, there was nothing. It was 95 deg. in my house and it was a weekend. I didn't know what to do and Warren Home Maintenance was recommended to me. He was at my house within a few hours of my call and found the actual problem was an incoming electrical issue. He was knowledgeable, professional & courteous and explained the problem. He also followed up the next morning to make sure the electric company had resolved the issue and that my ac was working properly. I could not of asked for better service. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

    Call to schedule appointment was handled professionally. Offered to send tech the same day. Scott, the tech, arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem, a plugged drain line. He went to work and cleared the blockage which should solve the problem. Scott was personable and very professional. Based on this experience we plan to use Better Homes for any future appliance repair issues.

    Arnie's called right away and set an appointment. They showed up on time and fixed the door latch. It was also determined that the blower wasn't working (that's why my clothes were so hot but not drying.) On top of that my vent was clogged. It didn't take the tech long to have everything back to working order.

    On July 14th i contacted Whirpool regarding a cooling issue with my refrigerator. Whirpool set up an appointment for me through Michaelson's Appliance for the following saturday. I received a call from Michaelsons that same day stating they could be at my home in 30 minutes. I was surprised at the promptness of the service. The repairman arrived and assessed the issue stating that the heater and bi metal would need to be replaced and that it would cost somewhere around $267.00. I told him i didn't have that money at the time. He told me that i have a service call of 109.95 that was due. I was unaware of the service call being due since Whirpool had sent them out on my behalf. He gave me a business card and told me to call the office.I contacted Whirpool back and expressed my concern. I talked with my husband and we both agreed that it seemed high for the repair. We contacted there office and was advised we would need to pay the whole amount before parts would be ordered and then they would schedule an appointment after they came in (a few days later). We asked if they had some sort of payment system since we didn't have all the funds up front. They advised us to use a friend or family members credit card!!!! We told them we would get back with them, Desperate to get our refrigerator working i searched for other options I found a company that would charge 45.00 for a service call and use that towards the repair. Well this was over the weekend and the refrigerator was working since it had defrosted. Only a few days later the problem arose again and we contacted the second company back for repair. To my pleasant surprise they arrived and within the hour my refrigerator was working perfect!!!!! All we needed was a burnt wire replaced!!!! No heater No bi metal No 109.95 for just a dishonest service call!!!! A honest repairman fixed my refrigerator for less than 100.00. No i didn't need the parts Michaelson's tried to get from me but a simple fix from a wire!!!! Beware of this company charging for dishonest service. Whirpool has also been advised and are displeased!!!!
