The quality of the furniture is good, so that's good.  The only negative experience that I had was on delivery. I am very happy with the purchase I made. They kept telling me it was delivered. I had a window of between 9-11 in the morning and they didn't show up until close to 6:00 at night. That delivery I had depended on others I had coming in after them. We were incredulous that a company so popular and so widely advertised would take such a stand on brand-new furniture.  I called their toll-free number and spoke to more than a few people, and was told the same thing - to which I responded that it was an unacceptable decision and I wanted to speak to someone in management.  Finally, a regional manager in Tampa called me back and after much discuss...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Prior to moving to a new home, we bought a new living room set from Rooms To Go.  The salesman was very helpful and assisted us with putting together a package that fit the needs of our new living room as well as the style we wanted.  The delivery, which was prior to our actually moving into the home, went very well as did the setup.  It was the first new furniture we had bought in over 10 years (we take very good care of things), so we anticipated enjoying the new set for a long time.  After finally finishing the necessary modifications to the home, we moved in on April 25th and began to use our new furniture.  Within a few weeks, we noticed sagging and deterioration in the seating quality of the sectional couch.  Being very disappointed in the apparent quality of our sectional purchase (but completely satisfied with all the other components - end and cocktail tables, console and lamp), we called Rooms to Go about it.  They sent an adjuster out to look at the sectional.  He left after only a few minutes and said that he would report what he saw.  After a week to 10 days without response, we called again and they sent out a second adjuster.  This person took pictures of the excessive sagging and indentations where each of us sat, and told us that someone from the company would contact us in 3 to 4 days.  Once again, nearly 2 weeks went by with no call.  When we called to follow up, incredibly we were told that the two adjusters had deemed the situation "normal wear and tear".  At that point, we had sat on the couch barely 2 months!
