This vendor never returned my phone call. They contacted me via Angie's List chat, left me a voicemail and when I called them back they never returned my call. We ended up using a different contractor for our work.

It was agreed that that the bad parts of the 3 pieces of wood on each side of the opening would be cut out and replaced and trim pieces would be added to the front of the opening. At first glance, when he was done, it all looked fine. After he left, I realized that the inside pieces had not been fixed. Jack O'Trades did an amazing job. We have an older house, built in the 1920's, and did a full kitchen remodel.
