Our mature, 70-foot silk floss tree was damaged in Hurricane Irma. One of its three trunks toppled, destroying part of our fence and crushing the neighbor's lanai. Silk floss trees are difficult to work on. Their bark is covered all over with sharp, hard spikes that can stab through the heaviest work gloves and cause serious injury. His price is phenomenal; it's like $75 a month.  We've had him for years.  We told him that he's totally  under-priced his services, but I've referred him to so many people that he's like I'll leave you at that price.  He's A across the board.  He's very responsive when you have a concern and he's always worried about if he misses.  If he can't be here at a time he'll just stop by to tell you hey,...

He comes once a week.  He just does the standard kind of mow, edge, and blow off, and he'll do like if you need shrub maintenance or tree trimming maintenance he'll do that.  He won't do anything that requires a ladder.
