  my wife and i were interested in getting impact windows and we decided to go to assured storm protection. Through trial and error we did extensive research on a particular company to choose and to my surprise, assured has exceeded my expectations. The customer service was impeccable. The profound amount of knowledge they had made the entire process smooth. The installers were amazing along with the management and engineering. During the installation the installers noticed an imperfection in the glass and called the manufacture right away about this issue. Almost instantly a representative from assured called me to "assure" me the issue will be resolved within 6 weeks. They even handed me a $2500 check with my name on it to hold until the final window was installed. 4 weeks later the window came and the job is completed. I gave them back the check and the company was kind enough to give me a $150 credit for the inconvenience

  Horrible. Showed picture of inside of window with grid design. NEVER talked about grid design on outside of window. They NEVER told me they could not do grid inside. I never wanted grid on outside and would have never bought window. They lied to me. Charged me for window. Couldn't get my money back. And my hurricane doors are not hurricane proof. DO not use them Joe Jenkins is not honest and not that smart. Horrible business take your money and I never got my window. They told me later they could have the inside grid special order. My fee for window went from $1560.00 to $2946.00. Trying to rip me off. Got window in Miami for less than $1000.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  The whole project was simple with the assistance of our rep Jason Spiegelman. From picking out our materials at ASP���s state of the art showroom to final installation. The process wasn���t quick; however, they stayed in touch and answered our calls throughout the wait. Installers and office staff where very attentive to our needs. Rep even came out to inspect everything when job completed to ensure our satisfaction.

  First Stop Cleaning

  I needed a move out clean on an empty 1 bedroom 2 bath apt and provided a list of what needed to be done per my property management. Celeste called me verified the list that it would be no problem. I also let her know what I had surgery and was unable to to any cleaning so it needed to look good. She said again no problem. Upon my return to inspect, the floors, front bathroom, bathtub, baseboards, walls, door frames and appliances were dirty and I spent 2 house trying to clean what I paid them to do on crutches. I have about 20 before and after pictures of their work then after I cleaned it myself. I texted Celeste about the obvious issues and never received a response. I'm hoping when they do the walk through it will pass if not I guess I'll be seeing Celeste in small claims court for the 120 dollars I paid her and whatever they charge me. Horrible job and no follow up. I how this review will keep someone else from being scammed by First Stop Cleaning.

  ALL PRO WINDOWS & DOORS

  Ok.. this becomes a very complicated story very fast.. We used All Pro for new impact windows first then for a new impact glass front door, outswinging as is current code, and for a new wall of impact sliders. It took long enough to get our windows in..about 5 months... but suffice to say All Pro told us 5 weeks out for the new front door and slider and it ended up being SIX MONTHS OUT. At every turn there was a new excuse. A new lie. They pulled a permit.. they didn���t pull a permit. They came in.. no they didn���t come it... we have to build the frame for the door. ( no that is built onsite ) we called you.. no they did not call. Now, once the work DID begin, one slider panel was drilled wrong so it had to be installed upside down. On the fly I asked if they had trim to cover the holes and they did, so instead of waiting ANOTHER 6 months for another panel I solved the issue myself and you would never know it was originally wrong. Their installers are great guys, but the owner Jim... frankly is a bald faced lair. He will shine you on and tell you anything to get you off his back. Why we didnt actually get results until we started dropping by their 53rd st office. And even THEN it was like pulling teeth to get a striaght answer. Don���t bother with these people... their work ulitmately is good, due to the guys they hire, but their business acumen sucks. The final straw was when the last of the work was done they purposefully said, leave the stickers on for the inspection. Then weeks go by... and then we call ( we always had to call them ) and get from them on that Friday that the inspection will be the following Monday. Monday comes and goes and we call..yet again.... Oh we didnt pull a permit... WHAT !!! ??? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Liars to the very end.

  Found Paradise Exteriors on homeadvisor. Made an appointment with their sales rep Danny S. He really impressed me with his presentation. Spoke with 3 other companies before choosing Paradise. What made me choose Paradise was the professional presentation by Danny S, the great price, & the results of the installation were exellent! Highly recommend their install crew called, "The Family." Very clean & professional job! Thankyou very much Paradise Exteriors!

  Recently had these guys install some impact windows, sliding glass doors, and entry doors. James Johansen got us our quote and helped set up our ygrene program. He was very helpful and responsive and quoted us a great price for this fairly large job. The install went great, the guys were very professional and did a fantastic job. You can tell they know what they are doing and the end result was better than expected

  The staff at the company don't have good customer service skills. The real problem was when the two men came to install. I asked them NOT to step on this one tiny tiny piece of decorative grass and even parked my car up against it. I even moved my cars on the driveway so they had plenty of space to walk through and told them they could work on my lawn.They had my whooooole front yard to walk on. They kept climbing over my car and stepping on this one piece of grass and even standing in it. I saw them on camera and when I came around to confront them they got off the grass. I don't know what their mind, if they had one, was thinking but they were doing it deliberately. I then called the company about a situation with the window and you could hear some man yelling on in the background...they had me on speaker. Come to find out it was the owner who refused to give me his name, George Hernandez. I exchanged words with him and thought what an idiot to yell at me and refuse to give his name, like he was a sneak and he was making a fuss about the little tiny piece of decorative grass I didn't want the workers to step on. This company is HORRIBLE. Don't use them!!!! If they cannot even do a little request for a PAYING CLIENT then imagine what will happen if you were not on premise when they were installing. TOTAL HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

  A & M Hurricane Protection

  Awful. It took them six months to deliver my impact windows. I ordered windows in the spring that were not installed until after hurricane Irma. They were unresponsive to my numerous calls and emails for months. I finally had to hire an attorney to send a demand letter. It was a terrible experience.

From the initial quote experience, where Bret took the time to explain in detail the options available and different price points as well as his professional recommendation, to the scheduling process with Alex & Carol who managed to get this install scheduled earlier than anticipated & last but not least the installation process with Tiego & Eric & the team who were friendly & hard working professionals that executed the job with great attention to detail & got the job done on time.
