  • I was stuck in a bed. Food was appallingly bad. PT staff tries but they are overwhelmed. Facilities are tired.I was sent home prematurely. Case manager was the master at covering her but. They talk to you when you are in pain and drugged into oblivion, then they base treatment decisions on your answers. Anywhere is better. The only up side is the physical therapy staff but they cannot keep up with the work load. Avoid like the plague!

  • They are good, I will go back there. The only problem that I saw and that would make me change provider is that it takes months to get an appointment. They sell their online tool but my results were not posted online, I have nothing there.

  • It's a big practice and they can always make an appointment for me. They're always prompt. They're never late. They never keep us waiting. They'll do prescriptions in-house if patients want. It's very convenient.

  • However, the billing and administration departments are disconnected, and not professional or trustworthy.  When there is a problem with billing, NO ONE takes responsibility for correcting.  Billing Department has you contact urgent Care Facility Manager, who takes down details and does not follow-up.  in addition, does not pass on information to have her boss contact me.  Result is documentation of bad experience placed on Yelp and Angie's List, which if needed at a later date, will help in getting assistance through Attorneys at Legal Shield.

  • This place is filthy and falling apart. The service is terrible. This is my second time here. The first time was for a heart attack I was having. I was the only one in the emergency room and the doctors and nursing staff were gathered around a desk laughing and talking. I was transferred to another hospital where I died twice on the table, but luckily my doctor brought me back and now I have 10 stints in my heart.

  • Cleveland Clinic price themselves in operating a one hundred percent smoke free campus. They do not permit smoking anywhere on the property so I want to give them definitely an A for that. I know that they have an excellent world renowned reputation. In fact, I even remembered during the presidential debate, President Obama complemented Cleveland Clinic on their efficiency in the way they handle the patient's records. Their working environment is very comfortable and I have no problem communicating with them.

  • I was very happy with my experience at Mayo. They were always great at getting me in quickly. I felt very safe for both of my surgeries, and both went well. Everyone was very kind and efficient. I loved that all of your results are available online, and the info is available very quickly.

  • ER staff were handed 3 copies of medication/allergy list upon arrival (paramedics also had a copy). While in ER, they tried to administer medication plainly listed on allergy list, it would have killed her, I stopped them from giving it to her.

    She was admitted to ICU, I gave ICU staff another copy of medication & allergies list. A day later while in ICU they wanted to administer yet another medication that was on the allergy list, again I had to stop them.

    3 days later she was moved to a non-ICU room on the same floor. A nurse ignored the red warning hospital bracelets and the sign above her bed stating that no IV, Blood Pressure, or blood should be done on the left arm and tried to do blood pressure from left arm, I had to stop her.

    Those 3 examples were just while I was present, I have no idea what they did to her when I was not there, and I was there every day for 1-3 hours.

    She did not have any drinking water available to her on the bedside tray until the 4th day, no pitcher of water etc.

    She was there from Monday through late Saturday, they did not bathe her or clean her teeth even when requested to do so. On Friday it was so bad, I had to bring in baby wipes from home and clean her myself and brush her dentures.

    The staff did not keep me apprised of her condition, I had to wait and hope the doctor stopped by while I was there, the official diagnosis was given to me by one of the therapists, not the doctor or nurses.

    They did not notify me when they discharged her on Friday, they had no place to send her because the case manager could not find a rehabilitation/nursing home, so they kept her for 1 more day.

    The extreme lack of communcation was appalling, I had to make a nuisance of myself with the nurses, doctors etc. in order to get any answers and I had submitted copies of my power of attorney to act on her behalf.

    A scathing letter is being written to the hospital administrator.

    I would not let them take care of a stray dog after that fiasco.

  • The doctors and nurses were all very attentive and good. The physical therapists were exceptionally good. Because of them, she is living a normal life again. Even the food was good for hospital food.
